The rice used is Asahi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture. This is a good food sake that can be drunk easily. It has just a hint of sweetness, with a crisp, bitter and spicy finish. There is nothing to hold you back, so you can't help but drink it. This is one of the several bottles I purchased from Doroki Sake Store, including the Koei Kiku, under the guidance of MAJ. I would like to thank you again for the good sake ^_^.

The third cup is "Ooga" jungin non-filtered raw! (First picture, left side) The mouthfeel is mild and gentle, a far cry from the dryness of the previous section. The strength of the original sake, the sweet and delicious flavor of the rice, and a hint of cream-like aroma are very appealing!

The aroma is gentle, with just a hint of umami and acidity on the palate. It is dry and crisp with no lingering aftertaste. It's a good sake to drink while eating! It's also good to drink as a finish after drinking something else😊.

After a moment of sweetness, spiciness and sourness come at once. The assertiveness is modest, so it may be suitable as a food sake. I noticed after drinking 4 kinds of sake that I may not like the unique flavor common to all the sake breweries here.

It is sweeter than the other Shugetsu wines I've had. It is refreshing and fruity, but a little peculiar. The rice is probably Yamadanishiki. It is fruity and on the sweet side, but not fruity. This costs over 1000 yen for 300ml....

There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. It is truly exquisite. I think it is similar to the Shiroshika Classics Limited Nama-Nihan-shu. It's definitely better than the first unfiltered draft I opened.

First Fukuoka sake on my new account. It is Ikegame from Kurume 🐢. The label is a cute goldfish: ❤️ This is my first time drinking Ikegame, and while it is a junmai sake, it also has a bit of ginjo aroma, which gives it a nice cosiness 😙. It has a refreshing and crisp summery taste, with just the right amount of sweetness and umami that won't interfere with your meal 😋. It went well with meat, fish, and vegetables👍. Thanks to the sake brewery and the store that recommended it to us 🙏!

Pond turtles are good. This is the first time to see this one, and it's also hot, so I thought raw would be good too, so I bought it. It has a very light and refreshing taste, but it has a very strong spiciness and a very strong umami taste. It has a lot of elements that make you want to drink it. It can also be heated. Some of the nama sake can be too strong, but this sake is light, so it goes well with it. I liked how the astringency came out well. Mr. Mitamura went to Arashiyama He was tasting a high Tanzan. He said it is only available at certain times of the year, but it's a great service!

8.5 points (Wife 8.5 points) Sake Brewer : Ohga Shuzo, Chikushino City, Fukuoka Prefecture (Fukuoka Prefecture's oldest brewery) Rice : Yamadanishiki produced in Fukuoka Prefecture Rice polishing ratio : 60 Alcohol percentage : 16 Sake Degree : Undisclosed Acidity : Not disclosed A gift from a friend in Fukuoka who came to Fukuoka Airport to see me off (purchased at Todoroki Sake Shop). Slightly melon-like finish The same subdued, fruity aroma as the first sip, with a hint of vanilla and a hint of azuki beans, soft sweetness and umami of rice spreading with a refreshing acidity, and finishing gently with a hint of bitterness and a slight spiciness from the alcohol. Elegant and well-balanced, it is easy to pair with meals, and is also delicious on its own. My friend's nickname is Tama-chan and his wife's maiden name is Izumi, so he chose this sake as a pun. It went well with Italian-style grilled salmon with foil, stewed sweet potato, chilled tofu, and squid cod roe.

The oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka, Ohga Shuzo, has created a GABAGABAHEY raw sake. At the first sip, the fresh and rich rice flavor typical of nama-shu spreads. It is certainly a sake that you might drink with the governor (^-^), and it is delicious. It seems to be a limited sake, so if you are interested, please come early~.

The fourth cup is a "Tamadezumi" unpasteurized sake! (First picture, left side) The sweetness is even richer than the previous "Ooga Unfiltered Nama"! However, as you savor it, the acidity and pungency slowly come from the back, along with a hint of shiitake mushroom-like aroma. The coffee milk-like aftertaste is impressive ✨.

( -̀ᴗ-́ ) ̖́-🍶🍶🍶🍶 Sake Marche 2023 Part 2 We had sake from Kuze Sake Brewery, the closest sake brewery to my parents' house 😋. Amber-colored Daiginjo ✨with a rich rice flavor😊It's a traditional sake 😚👍It has a robust flavor, but the aftertaste disappears quickly😇. I felt like it was a sake to be enjoyed by itself and sipped slowly 🥳.

GW in Kanazawa! At the Kanazawa Sake Brewery in Kanazawa Station, we came across a dream machine that allowed us to sample sake for 100 or 300 yen (P.S.) Naturally, we took the challenge. The description said it was dry, but I prefer raw sake, so I chose this one. I tasted it thinking it might be a fruity type, but it was a clear dry sake that would go well with sashimi and other dishes. I appreciate free tastings, but I feel somewhat guilty about it, so this kind of reasonably priced tasting is very helpful and encourages me to try different kinds. I tasted three other types of sake here, and all of them seemed dry to me. I have an image that Ishikawa's sake is basically dry.

Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 14 We received this as a souvenir. Although the aroma is modest, it has a unique taste with a mixture of umami and bitterness, and after a few seconds, the aroma is gone and the impression is clean and crisp. It is bitter if you drink it by itself, but if you drink it with a strong-flavored snack, I think you can enjoy it with its sharpness and a clean, crisp taste.

Full-bodied ginjo aroma🪙. In the mouth, a slightly heavy sweetness and a unique umami taste escape through the nose, and a light acidity rounds it all out😗. The price is reasonable and I can't complain, but enjoy it as a food sake: ☺️🍽️

Sentoku, a gift from Sentoku...Junmai is a traditional ...the... Junmai is a traditional sake...the local sake! It's a little bit different from the popular sake...but I think it's a good sake for a meal. I don't like Ginshizuku and Kinshizuku because they are alkaloids... Thanks for the hard-to-find sake 🍶... Hmmm... I guess that's what general sake is like.... Now I have to go to Okinawa...

I wish I could have been there to see it all! The other day I walked past the liquor section of a large supermarket and found a familiar name for a sake 😁I found Chitoku, the gateway to Miyazaki Prefecture 🐎 breaking through the impregnable castle gate of Miyazaki Prefecture 🐎. It's a cup of sake, but it's a celebration. If I hadn't seen the sakenowa, I wouldn't have noticed it. Thank you all 😄😄😄.

When it gets cold, I want to drink hot sake. Speaking of hot sake, I also like sweet sake, so up until now I had been drinking brewed sake from Ofuku. But when I saw a bottle of Harazake at the store, I thought I'd give it a try. It was quite sweet, and it was junmai, and I don't know what that means, but it was called hara-sake. I thought I would choose Yamadanishiki for sweet sake, but I was wrong.
