🙂
The Sentori snowman is a must buy every year!
This bottle makes me feel the end of the year - lol!
The schwashiness is still there this year, but the finish is relatively dry.
🙂
This is the new Tasake sake that looks like summer sake lol.
It's a stable Tasake with a bit of firmness and a piquant finish!
A sense of security with no hassle!
🙂
This is an electric chrysanthemum that will be the autumn sake frame of the delicious and popular Kangiku.
It has the typical Kangiku acidity and deep flavor, with a slight gassy feeling, and is as delicious as rumored!
🙂
Good evening everyone, it's been a while! LOL!
I'm Piro-san, who for some reason gets busy with work after the Off-kai, and my frequency of posting on Sake no Wa decreases.
Jay-san was worried that I might have died.
Well, recently I have been drinking not only sake, but also craft beer, orange wine, whiskey, etc., but I also drink sake!
This time it was Shinomine doburoku, my favorite sake!
This time it was my favorite sake, Shinomine doburoku! LOL!
But it's also very refreshing and easy to drink!
I look forward to buying this one every year, but it's a shame that it goes out of stock so quickly.
Hi Piro 😃
I had the incense bag ready just in case 😆 I'm glad you're alive 🤗It's good to drink a variety of things 😊Is the orange wine by YMJ?
I'm curious about the Doro Doro Sukkuri which I enjoy drinking every year!
Thanks for your help, J & Nobby!
I have purchased orange wine from YMJ of course, but also from time to time from various liquor stores!
This Shinomine is really my personal favorite!
If you don't like sludge, this is not for you!
Thanks for your help, Chichi!
This one was drunk at a sake bar and was not purchased by me.
The owner of the store had a stocking trip to Kyushu? It seems that the owner made a trip to Kyushu to stock up on sake, and purchased it on his trip!
🙂
I bought this because I wanted to drink Hirotogawa after a long time.
I was surprised that this was unexpectedly very tasty! LOL!
I had an image of Hirotogawa as a subdued sake that is not flashy or fruity and goes well with Japanese food, but this one is quite fruity and on the sweet side.
It tastes a bit like sweet muscat.
This was a betrayal in a good way.
Delicious! I'm going to try it 😋.
Good evening, Mr. Piro ฅ👒🌱
I'm sorry, but I'm not sure if it's bitter or not.
I didn't buy it last year because the nigori was a bit bitter, but after reading your review, I think I could drink it: ❣️
Piro-san Good evening (^o^)Hirotogawa Autumn Agari is also delicious, isn't it? It is certainly more fruity than the usual Hirotogawa. I wonder if there is an effect of letting it rest?
Thanks for the help, Sashi!
I don't know if it's the effect of letting them sleep or what, lol.
Huh? It's different from the image of Hirotogawa? I was surprised at the impression!
🙂
I've been buying this must-have Collage every year!
Every year I am concerned about the strength of the slight cemedine smell, but this year it is moderate? I'm not sure if it's the same thing or if it's a different thing.
This year it has a strong and intense sweet taste like a ripe melon!
I'm looking forward to next year... ♪
Good morning Piro 😃
Thank you very much for joining the Tochigi citizens' group the other day😊You must be a good drinker 🤣寫樂 is quite expensive so it's hard to afford anything other than the standard 😅...
Piro-san Good evening(^o^)I also drank Nagoshi sake last year and thought it was delicious. I couldn't buy it this year, but I think it might be my favorite among the 寫樂 brands in terms of taste!
Rafa papa, thank you for your hard work!
I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
I'm not a big fan of the "Kuraku",
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'd like to try it!
The first thing that you need to do is to make sure that you have the right tools and the right equipment.
🙂
I have been curious about this Pero from Manjusen for a long time!
It's light at 12% alcohol, and as the label says, it's not too tiring to drink.
But overall, the taste is a bit bland and it's a bit hard to be impressed with it,
It seems to be good when you want to drink just a little bit of sake, or when you want to drink something that doesn't feel like sake.
Rafa papa! Thank you for your hard work!
As an introduction to sake, I think it is light and easy to drink!
I think it's also good for when you are thinking of drinking light sake today!
🙂
Who wouldn't like it if they drank it?
It is a flying luan that makes you think!
I wonder if this Saido is an autumn sake quota?
Overall, muscat flavor.
The gasiness is just a little bit?
The flavor seems thin at the entrance but thicker at the exit, which is interesting because of the strange finish!
Good morning, Piro 😃.
This one, Hiran, definitely looks delicious too: ❗️
The only problem is that the liquor store is far away, but I'd love to try it 🤗.
Haruei Chichi! Thanks for your help!
It's delicious, isn't it?
As JN said, it takes over an hour by car from my house to the liquor store that sells it, so I can't buy it very often.
Thanks for your help Rafa papa!
Yes, I think it's a good sake for an introduction to sake! I think this sake can be recommended as an introduction to sake!
It would be nice if this kind of thing could be bought at convenience stores or something lol!
🙂
This is a gift from a relative in Gunma, Japan.
I drank it for the first time and it is a very beautiful sake with a decent umami flavor, but it has no peculiarities and is very easy to drink!
It is a very complete sake as a food sake!
This is a hidden masterpiece of sake 🧐.
🙂
I like Tenzhi, but fizzy cereal doburoku: 、、、、
I have a feeling this is going to be delicious lol.
Drooling grainy drinkability!
Easy to drink with just the right amount of acidity!
Mmm! This is my favorite!
Delicious! LOL!
🙂
The peculiar acidity of the Hanabai,..,
I like it, lol.
I'm a maniac for the fact that it is made with no additive yeast and with a method of "sake brewing that releases acidity without suppressing it" lol.
The color is yellowish, and to be honest, it's a bit of a hurdle to overcome as an entry point to sake, but I'm sure it's a sake that acidity lovers can't resist~!
I'm sure it will be delicious when it is matured...,
Well, I'll drink it up before then ٥∇¯٥ lol
Hi Piro 😊I wanted to try Hanaboe's Natur ✖️ Natur and was checking out the sake stores in Nara to see if I could find it without popping in 😅What 🍶 did this Hanaboe taste like that Piro drank? I'm curious😍.
Thanks for your help, Kotori-san!
Hmmm, I wonder what this is close to ٥∇¯٥ lol
I guess it's close to Hanaboe's regular Yamahai, lol....
I'd say it's more like a less umami version of Kuroemon XVI, but that's hard to say... lol! LOL!
Incidentally, I have never had Hanaboe's Natur x Natur, but I have had Mizuhashiashi x Mizuhashi, which had Hanaboe's characteristic sourness but also sweetness like kijoshu, which gave me an impression that it was rather sweet!
I think Natur x Natur is also probably made like a noble sake, so it might be sweet there! But I expect that Hanaboe is not that tart because it also has acidity! LOL!
Piro-san, good evening😊Thank you so much for all the information! I like sweet and sour too, and I'm always interested in Piro's choice 🍶🤭.
I'm drinking Kuroemon XVI's Oumachi right now 🤗It seems to have less umami... 🤔 hmmm
🙂
This is Banjo Kotobuki, a sake that I personally want to make my everyday sake.
This time it is a red label which is probably an autumn sake frame.
Basically, it has a classic flavor, but with moderate acidity, and can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, from cold to lukewarm.
It is a good sake!
🙂
Kawaguchi natto with a big impact on the label! LOL!
It looks like Kawaguchi Natto brewed sake by Wataya's sake brewery using rice produced by Kawaguchi Natto in their rice fields.
So, it does not taste like natto lol!
It has a beautiful flavor, but it also has acidity and a relatively clean and crisp finish that doesn't make you tired of drinking it~!
There is a big gap between the label and the taste! LOL!
Good morning Piro 😃
Kawaguchi natto label has a huge impact 🤣Wataya was my favorite flavor so I would like to try it 😋My wife is from Ibaraki but she hates natto, I would like to see her reaction too😁.
Thank you, Rafa papa, for your hard work!
The taste is not even the "na" word of natto! LOL!
It was like a beautiful, refreshing, easy-to-drink food wine!
Thanks for your help, Haruei Chichi!
It seems like the liquor store I go to has started stocking it this year, so I was able to purchase some!
Unlike natto, this sake was clear and sharp and could be drunk smoothly! LOL!
🙂
Souhyo is one of Tochigi's best sake brands!
It has a tight umami flavor and the acidity of a sake yeast yeast, making it classic but relatively easy to drink!
It's like a regular sake that you want to drink little by little with your autumn table!
It's kind of calming! LOL!
Hello Piro 😃
I think I drink relatively more sake in Tochigi than in other prefectures, but I haven't had Souhyo yet 😅I would like to try some unique Tochigi sake in Utsunomiya 😋.
Thank you Jay & Nobby for your hard work!
I used to have an image of Souhyo as THE dry sake, but when I tried it, I found that it has both umami and acidity, and I really feel it's a good sake 😊.
Thank you for your time, Rafa papa!
Souhyo seems to be sold in other prefectures these days, so I highly recommend it if you have the chance!
When you come to Tochigi, please try the sake that can only be found in Tochigi.
🙂
Daishichi is famous for its heated sake, but I found a label that seemed to be for cold sake, like summer sake, so I bought it.
It has the typical Daishichi flavor of rice and the acidity of the sake's nama yeast, but as the label name suggests, it has a very nice refreshing aftertaste!
This kind of ingenuity in summer sake is interesting to drink!
🙂
Secretly Piro-san recommends this hidden beautiful sake from Tochigi.
That is this Matsu no Kotobuki Yamahai Junmai! 🥰
I love this kind of thing with acidity that leans towards sweetness, as if it has been aged a bit lol.
I hope you will give it a try!
🙂
Want a refreshing crisp drink!
In that case, this is the one! It's Ona!
It has a fruity flavor that does not interfere with food, and it has a nice sharpness!
Ona is perfect as a food wine.
Because it is hiyaoroshidashi, it has a full-bodied flavor, but the crisp aftertaste is unique to Ona.
It is a good sake that Tochigi is proud of! 😊
Mr. Piro Good evening.(^o^) I drank it too and it was very tasty! I was reminded that I myself like this kind of alcohol. It's a drink that really doesn't interfere with the meal.
Thanks for your hard work, Sashiu-san!
I used to like only sweet and fruity sake in the beginning, but I have come to like refreshing sake as well!
Sake is a wonderful complement to food, isn't it?
