[Even though it's all in one place! 😮] Hiyoroshi from Nishinomon purchased at a sake brewery direct sales event at Shibuya Tokyu 🍁. It is a hiyaoroshi from the nama-shu (raw sake) category, with a dense melon🍈-like top-fragrance. It also has a bit of fizziness, and the dark sweetness like ripe banana🍌 combined with the spiciness of the aftertaste gives it a very punchy taste🥊. The Hitogokochi sake I've had so far all gave me the impression of being refreshing, but this one is the exact opposite, with a rich sweetness 😄. I paired it with sautéed cod with lots of butter, and it was a perfect marriage, just as I had hoped 🥰🥰🥰.

[tutti frutti🔴] Get Tosa Shiragiku's limited edition products in Tokushima on your trip👍 It has a very fruity 🥭 top aroma, like muscat, melon, lychee, I don't know what it is anymore, but it is very fruity and has a little bit of a chili feeling. It has a slight sweetness, sharp mouthfeel, and a dignified spiciness that makes it a natural dry 🥰. I have rarely had a chance to drink Tosa Shiragiku, but the ice-aged sake I got last year with my hometown tax payment was wonderful, and I'd like to actively buy it if I find it in the future 😄.

[Full-bodied, thick] Ice-cold aged sake from the mountains 🤩. The top aroma is gorgeous and there is still a slight effervescence. It has a thick umami flavor due to the aging process, and although it is not flashy, it is a highly complete bottle with a refreshing sweetness and a full-bodied drinking experience 😘. The punch that is typical of the mountains is layered with a richness that seems to come from the aging process, and it's quite good👍. I nominated Yamama as one of my 10 personal favorites last year, and I'm sure there will be another one this year 🤣.

[I love the south 🫶] A special summer-only version of South, made from unfiltered unpasteurized sake and aged fresh in the refrigerator👍. Minami itself is a crisp and dry brand with a Kochi-like impression, but this bottle retains that characteristic while also maintaining a gorgeous aroma, mature flavor, unadorned fruity and gassy taste that is also very well balanced and extremely 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍. It was a great match with tuna and salmon sashimi: 🐟️ This is really one of the best ‼️

[Purchased every year, impressed every year 🥹] One of my favorite bottles of sake out of all the sake 😍. It has a great balance of maturity, juiciness, and drinkability that really impresses me anytime I drink it 🥰. There are sometimes aged raw sake, but this is one of the most outstanding bottles that combines the best of raw and aged sake 🥇.

ma-ki, I buy it at Tokyo Station every time I go to the station, but since it is originally from Wakayama, I'm sure there are places near Osaka that sell it as well 😁. Also, I think you can usually buy it online depending on the time of year!

[Hire Sake Boss 👊] I looked for a good sake to enjoy the Hire Sake that came with my takeout tecchiri and finally bought Ichinokura. I heated it up in a sake warmer and put the fillet in the sake and drank it. ‼️ The aroma and richness of the fillet accented the dryness of the sake and made it taste pretty much the way I wanted it to 😁. Nice choice 👍

I'm getting excited! This is a hometown tax return gift from Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture. The killer words "Jun Daigin Nama", "Ice Storage", "Abelia Flower Yeast", "Limited Quantity", "No General Distribution", I can't stop myself from getting excited before I drink it💘😁. The mild but fruity aroma like pear 🍐 and moderate sweetness are pleasant, and after swallowing, it is tightened with moderate alcohol and spiciness. It's refreshing, yet very drinkable and delicious 😋. I didn't get a sense of maturity from this sake, but it is a good sake with a gentle roundness and a story to tell 😍.

Strong Style Doburoku💪] A tax return gift from Tono City. I received two four-packs of 14% alcohol by volume, so it's nice that I can drink it with soda water without losing much. 👍️ It has almost no sweetness and is rather dry and dry. ⚡️ Because it is dry, it tastes thin if you drink too much soda water, so I found 2 parts doburoku to 1 part soda water to be a good balance for me 😁. On a hot day, it's good to drink beer and doburoku soda depending on your mood 😋.

2025 Wadaya hanpukai (7) Wadaya's limited edition wine that has undergone several months of ice-cold aging in the brewery for the hanpukai 😁. The freshness and the slight bubbles that are typical of Kaze no Mori come to the forefront, and the taste does not disappoint us 😍. The sweetness is not so much, and the slightly dry attack is pleasantly spreading 😘. It has almost no sense of maturity, and it wears off with a slight bitterness, making it very refreshing to drink 😘✌️ As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases and the impression becomes juicier 🧃.

[Back to Standard️] This is a bottle that I fell in love with in my early days of drinking sake. I haven't had it in years, but it's still delicious 🥰. It has an apple aroma and a slight effervescence. It has a sweet attack, but it disappears quickly like Wasanbon, and the aftertaste is cut off with a thin bitterness. A picture-perfect, clean, honors sake 😋. I thought again that I was able to fall in love with sake because I found this kind of brand when I first started 😁.

[Mermaid in the surf 🧜] Kawachinagano City's hometown tax return gift, which was in my personal top 10 last year, is back again this year: ✨️ This is a special product made by maturing unfiltered raw sake at the bottom of a dam for half a year. The combination of the 18 degrees alcohol content, the solid sense of maturity, and the mellow and dense flavor is still my favorite taste 🥰. It has a story of aging at the bottom of a lake, which is very attractive to sake lovers, and is a very distinctive and unique bottle 👍👍.

[Give me a big dobrok 🛐] Hometown tax return gift from Ina City, Nagano Prefecture. I ordered a set of two 600ml bottles to drink a lot of doburoku soda👍. It is 6% alcohol by volume even if you drink it as it is, so it is not too much to say that it is non-alcoholic when you mix it with soda (lie 😁). It's a very tasty 😘 drink as is, but the doburoku soda with a little bit of strong carbonated water is the best 😍! We had a total of 1.2 liters and it ran out quickly 😭. I want a bigger one 😄

Wadaya distribution in 2025 (8) This is a wadaya-only light nigori version of Sentori Retro. I usually don't drink or buy SENKYO, so it's been quite a while 😅. It is a low-alcoholic sake with a slightly fizzy, sweet and sour taste with a strong acidity and a light mouthfeel anyway 🪶. It has a strong Sentori character and the aim is very clear. It's not my favorite sake quality, but I think many people like this kind of sake and it's a good thing about hanpukai that we have a chance to drink brands we don't usually drink 😁.

Wadaya distribution in 2025 (7) A true metamorphic sake 😎. A hybrid of sake🍶 and beer🍺 brewed with a cross between doburoku and hops. It is a hybrid of doburoku and hops 🍶 and beer 🍺. Since it is a brew of other brews, it is definitely a colored sake compared to regular sake, but the combination of the rich flavor of doburoku and the moderate coolness of hops makes it far more delicious than I expected before drinking it 🤩. The top aroma is muscat-like. Low alcohol, easy to drink and 500ml capacity, so it was empty in about 20 minutes after opening the bottle 😅... It's quite expensive compared to beer, but it's definitely the one and only tasty drink 😁.

[The lord's topknot. Well, I hadn't drank recently, so I bought Nabeshima for the first time in 2 years. The tropical aroma that is typical of Nabeshima is intriguing 😆. It has a slight effervescence, a perfect balance of sweetness and sharpness, and an easy-drinking quality that will appeal to many people ✌️ The absolute sweetness is on par with Shinshu Kamerei's Jungin Yamadanishiki, which I drank one time before, but Nabeshima has a cleaner aftertaste and a more subdued overtone. This is also a very good sake that can be safely recommended to anyone😘.

[Scented millefeuille😘] Shinshu Kamerei purchased for the first time in 2 years. This is the first time I drink Yamada Nishiki 😋. The top aroma is apple🍎, but strangely enough, the overtone is melon🍈, and the fruity aroma is multi-layered. It is a little chili, and after a while after pouring it into a glass, it turns into a kiken rice juice with a sweetness that increases at once. ☢️ The impression is that it is fresh, sweet, and delicious right in the middle, and the quality of the sake is easy to drink and acceptable to all 😄.

[Amakusa Shiro] Another year's refill of the hometown tax gifts from Konan City, Aichi Prefecture, which we liked quite a bit last year 😆. I really like the sweetness of the attack and the nutty, aged taste 🥰. It has a full-bodied, strong alcoholic taste that makes you feel like you've had a solid sake 👍. I think I'll apply for another hometown tax payment this year 😁.

Wadaya distribution in 2025 (6) It is a little chili with a rich melon-like aroma that is very distinctive. The sweetness is moderate, the umami is intense, but the finish is clean and crisp👍. Lychee-like top notes, but not too sweet and dry finish. It has a dry and balanced taste with a little acidity 😙. It's easy to pair with food, so it's very versatile and can be served with almost anything 😋.

Miyazaki Mikamizugen Doburoku (3) This is one of the sweeter of the three bottles 😄. The alcohol content is low, and when drunk with soda, it's like a strong calpis soda. I wish they would sell it in 1 liter bottles or something. ❗️ Of the three bottles I drank, the one that left the biggest impression on me was the wine yeast Kamuroki Mairi. It had a very unique taste and was delicious 🥰.
