National Sake Fair 2025 in Osaka㉔
Ibaraki Prefecture Booth ⑭
Aoki Sake Brewery in Furukawa City, where the young 8th generation brewer we talked about at the Japanese Sake Festival was here.
◉Gokeijo Dry Junmai Ginjo
The aroma is clean and refreshing, and when you put it in your mouth, you can taste the fruity flavor along with the acidity. The taste is also very clean and not too spicy. It is also deliciously dry.
The 7.5 generation sister has been succeeded by the 8th generation, and the appeal of the sake was perfect.

Aoki Sake Brewery in Koga City
Well, I think Yonemune in Aichi was also Aoki Sake Brewery 🤔.
The brewer was there, so I decided to have something to drink, and he told me to try this dry sake.
Rice polishing ratio 55%, Ichibanboshi 16%, Sake degree +5, Acidity 1.5, 1595 yen
AOK-1 yeast (No.7 series)
I checked it out and it seems to be a standard dry sake.
AOK-1 yeast must be their own yeast.
It claims to be dry, but it has a nice aroma and is quite clean and fresh even though it is fire-brewed. It is deliciously dry and tasty.
This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. This is a solid, sturdy, masculine sake. It is smooth and goes well with fish. I like the ease of drinking and the weight reminds me of Tsuki no I. I am thankful that I can drink good sake in good health today.
At a nearby bar.
It is sweet and has a thick, quite sharp taste with a clean aftertaste.
The figure showing the milling ratio is easy to understand.
There was a time when I mistakenly thought that the higher the number, the more polished the rice was.
Red Star 🟥
I recently stocked up on cans of Akahoshi because they are sold in large quantities at convenience stores and supermarkets ‼️
Akahoshi saikou 🌟
It was sold out near me in a week, so it means everyone likes Akahoshi ❤️
I bought it last year because I drank it at a pub and it was delicious 😆.
The aroma is mild. It's almost unnoticeable.
The attack is light and petit, with a fresh acidity like white grapes and a light sweetness. The moment you put it in your mouth, you get the feeling that this is a good one.
It may seem modern, but the feeling of richness gradually accumulating on the tongue has the feel of Japanese sake.
The astringency and acidity of the white wine-like taste goes down the throat, and the unique minerality of the aftertaste is addictive.
There is no doubt in my memory that I drank it last year, and it is delicious 😋.
When chilled, it is quite a white wine, and when the temperature rises a little, the umami is more like sake, so you can enjoy the change in taste 😆.
Good evening, Mr. Manachie😄.
I was confused for a moment whether the review was about Akahoshi☆ or sake💦.
Reading your review made me want to drink Akahoshi☆ for some reason🤣🤣🤣
Good morning, Mr. Manachie 😃.
It is true that this review makes me suddenly want to drink Akaboshi 🍺🤗I will toast with Akaboshi 🍺 at the celebration. ‼️
What was the drink? What was the drink 😆?
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
I only have an image of Akaboshi in bottles at pubs, but I think that if you can get a lot of it in cans like this, you will have more fans ❤️ Please visit Akaboshi ‼️ for your celebrations!
Jive, I went to 2 Lawson stores yesterday and they didn't have it 🤣 I checked today and it was on sale in late May, so there's a good chance it sold out quickly 😭.
The aroma is light.
When you take a sip, you will be surprised by the rice-Uma.
Cotton candy and a hint of spicy flavor.
The aroma is gorgeous and juicy.
Beautiful acidity. It has depth and transparency of texture.
It is easy to drink like a wine and has a beautiful finish.
4/5 stars for my taste.
I wanted to drink slowly, so I went to my usual restaurant ✨.
I wonder if they have any interesting drinks ✨
Oh! They have a summer sake for the happy occasion 😳
It's a summer sake with a gentle sweetness and a bit of spiciness 😄.
It's delicious 😋.
