[Buy direct from Chisa Aoki🤩] I bought this bottle from Chisa Aoki, the eldest daughter of the brewery, at a sales event at Ikebukuro Seibu the week before last. It was great to meet a celebrity in the industry 😆. I couldn't taste it because of this time of year, but I was able to smell a few different scents and chose this label as my favorite ✌️. It's a Hitachinishiki Junmai Ginjo aged for almost 2 years at very low temperature, and it's the first label to be sold this year. The aroma is grape 🍇-like, which is the reason why I decided to buy it, and when you put it in your mouth, the beautiful sweetness and full-bodied flavor will fill your mouth. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy with a unique aroma that makes it a fun sake to drink😄. This is a must drink for those who are allergic to aged sake as well as Ousachi ❗❗ I should have bought this in a bottle 😅.

It's gassy and schwaggy. The aroma is quite fruity. The aroma is quite fruity, and the taste is refreshing, somewhere between dry and sweet. I have the impression that it hits the perfect balance between dry and sweet. The impression of "Gohkei-shiki" has been improved. I can't drink it because I don't usually see it 😅.

Sushi Matsuura🍣 There were six in total, but I only post the ones I've never met before. The fourth one, following Amber, is Gokeijo. I had never heard of this brand before. It was also the first time for me to taste Hitanishiki sake rice. The aroma is gorgeous, and the rice is delicious and sweet. In contrast to the lightness of Amber. The tuna was Canadian red meat and Shiogama toro. The toro was frozen in season. It is amazing to see the progress of technology. I didn't realize that you can enjoy delicious tuna even in summer.

I bought this set with the Hitachi Nishiki I drank the other day, but the flavors are quite different. This one tastes a little spicier, and my preference is definitely Hitachi Nishiki.

This sake won the Jury President's Award at the Sake Competition. The taste is of a high standard, with a refreshing yet sweet and umami spreading through the flavor. It was very good.

I went to buy some Raifuku summer sake. I was recommended to buy this one 💡. It's the first time I've bought this sake in my prefecture. It's not this dry, but I heard it won an award in some contest 🏆. It's not a summer sake, but it's like a summer sake? It's a perfect sake for dinner. It's a perfect sake for evening drinking 🌟. Lately I've been drinking sake from the first glass 😆.

It has a gaseous and juicy flavor, just like the label on the back.
