The fourth one, following Amber, is Gokeijo. I had never heard of this brand before. It was also the first time for me to taste Hitanishiki sake rice.
The aroma is gorgeous, and the rice is delicious and sweet. In contrast to the lightness of Amber.
The tuna was Canadian red meat and Shiogama toro. The toro was frozen in season. It is amazing to see the progress of technology. I didn't realize that you can enjoy delicious tuna even in summer.

I bought this set with the Hitachi Nishiki I drank the other day, but the flavors are quite different.
