Business Trip & 0th Meeting] A little time before the get-together on a business trip to Tsukuba. It was coffee before I got into the swamp. I had been curious about this sake bar for a while. They have a variety of Ibaraki's local sake. The popular Yui and Urasato are out of stock, and Ibaraki is known for its Akari Ogawa yeast, but I was drawn to this one because of its name. It was gorgeous as a daiginjo, with a punch and a bitter finish. An adult sake. It is said to be the same as the gold medal winner. I feel like a drunkard.
Yamadanishiki from Ibaraki, Toji Kazuhiro Yanai.
Good evening, WOM!
Thanks for your business trip🍀.
0Next time to a local sake bar before the reception,,,,you are a healthy drinker 😁✨✨.
I'm so excited to be at a local sake bar 🤤!
Thank you ma-ki-, I totally agree with you 😊. The canned sardine with ume plum paste tasted even better when I had it in a bowl, and I was the drinker.
The third generation head of the family named the sake "Go-Keiji," meaning "the most joyous occasion," after the Emperor Taisho's wedding, with wishes for the prosperity of the imperial family and the further growth of the Japanese nation.
A slight scent of tortoiseshell candy. What is this peculiar taste that hits your throat? It is a sweet sake with a slight sourness.
This is the 626th one-cup, one-pack festival.
A-4.5
There are three other varieties with different rice, but this Hitachi-nishiki one is still delicious!
Personally, I prefer Hitachi-nishiki.
The cost is a little low, but the taste is very satisfying.

The first "Gokei".
Although brewed in a traditional sake brewery,
This hiyaoroshi is,
It was a delicious sake with a mild sweetness, a little refreshing and umami.
I would like to drink it again.
Ibaraki Sake
Gokeijo Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi
The Gokeijo summer nama-zake was so juicy and delicious that I bought a bottle of hiyaoroshi as well. When poured into a glass, it has a gorgeous aroma and a full flavor and sweetness. There is a slight gassy sensation, and the taste is refreshing and juicy. The moderate acidity balances the wine and leaves a refreshing aftertaste. It has a melon-like ripe fruitiness and a delicious rice flavor. As the temperature rises after pouring into a glass, the aroma becomes stronger and you want to keep smelling it. The Aoki Sake Brewery's website says it tastes good at room temperature, so I will buy another bottle to check it out.
