So cute!
It is similar to Kudoki-Ue's Shiboritate Nama-Shu that we drank together, with a strong sweetness and umami flavor, very tasty!
Ibaraki Sake from a gift 🍶.
100% Hitanishiki produced in Ibaraki! The aroma is fruity and sweet. The mouthfeel is sweet and bitter, then sharp! Is it dry? Today, I'm sipping it with my son and daughter-in-law with potato salad and chikuwabu (a kind of fish paste) as a side dish.

This is a brand that I am very attached to since drinking a 2 year aged sake from Gokeijin opened the door to my love of aged sake.
This is freshly pressed sake, so the taste is totally different... 😅
It has a tropical fruity 🥭 top aroma and a nice chirichiri-ness.
Sweet but very refreshing, very easy to drink and delicious 😋.
Unlike aged sake, I would recommend this to anyone 😁.
Gokeijo is of course a brand that I would not miss, but I also quite like the sake rice itself, Hitanishiki.
Morishima, Kiritsukuba, Yui Yui, Raifuku, and all the Hitachi-Nishiki I've had so far are at a high level👍👍.
The first taste is clean and refreshing, followed by a moderate sweetness and richness.
Easy to drink, this sake has a happy atmosphere.
It also goes well with meals.
I ordered it because the summer nama-zake was so good, but this was a different kind of sake.
I prefer the summer nama-zake, but it was rich and would go well with hot sake or something.
Alcohol: 16%, Raw material rice: 100% Hitanishiki from Ibaraki, Polishing ratio: 50%, Yeast: SYS yeast, Sake degree: -3, Acidity: 1.5. The first sake of the year 2025 is Gokeijo Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi, which was included in a whisky grab bag. It is a limited edition product sold only in the fall every year. The acidity is a bit strong and there is a bit of spiciness, but it finishes with a spread of umami later on. This year's post will be irregular, so please check back often!
