We didn't have a chance to open the bottle, and finally opened it on New Year's Eve 2021. Sweetness is moderate without being too strong. I also like the second half of the day. It's good to drink it carefully, wondering when I can buy the next one 😆.

Purchased December 2021 A little spicy on the first day of opening⁉️. I liked the sweetness better after a few days than when the bottle was just opened. My first "Do"! I was surprised how easy it was to drink despite being extremely cloudy.

Purchased December 2021 The design is excellent, from the label and the cloudy white color of the nigori to the white color of the cap. It has a lot of sweetness and this nigorigo was also delicious.

Purchased December 2021 One of the two bottles I brought to the year-end party at the bar. You have to bring your own local sake 😄. Some people didn't know about Kamikawa Taisetsu, so I'm glad they did. It was well received and empty 😆.

Deep drinking @ Matsumoto and liked the mutual relief. The next day, I stopped by the Kutsugake Sake Brewery, but they didn't have it, so I bought it at a nearby liquor store (Hara Shoten) 😄. Punchy sweetness and fizziness The lingering bitter-sweetness from the light nigori was also nice. More and more brands I like in Nagano 😅

Purchased December 2021 Wadaryu purchased during the Ueda Sake Brewery Tour A few minutes north of Ueda Castle Ruins Park It is about a 10 minute walk from Okazaki Sake Brewery. The taste is clean and beautiful, and although it is quite dry, the deliciousness is slowly felt. We also have a photo of Wadaryu Tosui and 🐱 that we drank before.

Purchased December 2021 rounded Fresh acidity and sweetness with fruitiness Some spiciness in the aftertaste, but it is slight and slips away quickly. I have no idea what it is to me. My partner doesn't seem to be a bit good with aromas😅.

Purchased December 2021 Purchased at Mikotsuru Sake Brewery after visiting Suwa Gokura. The label is kind of congratulatory 😄. It is dry, but I like the gorgeousness on the palate. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to pair with a variety of snacks 😆.

Purchased December 2021 Brand name I was interested in First purchased on a trip to Nagano! There doesn't seem to be any stores that carry it in Chiba Prefecture, so you have to go to Tokyo to buy it 😭. I also enjoyed the Snow Woman from a bar in Matsumoto, so I'd like to try some of the others 😋.

Purchased in December 2021 Good again this season😋. I like the sweetness with a strong rice flavor. It's silky smooth 🤤. I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it again in the future. One of the 10 choices for 2021🎉!

Dec. 2021 Hometown tax return 19% alcohol A sweet taste like honey. A tingle of stimulation in the back of the mouth. It has a very complex taste. I thought this was bad when I took a sip 😳. It's also very good hot. Melting 🤤 10 choices for 2021🎉

Purchased in November 2021 The freshness and acidity of green apple🍏 with accents of woody aroma It disappears leaving behind a slight astringency. This should have been the exact opposite of my favorite strain, but it's good😋💦. Sad that this is the end of this season😭. 10 picks for 2021🎉

Purchased in November, 2021 Sai Rai after a long time There are some stores near me that carry Bunraku, but few have Sai Rai😭. The sweetness is a little mild. I've never felt such a complex aroma coming through. I'd like to know if there are any more stores that carry it in the Chiba area🙏.
