I was able to get a bottle of Takachiyo that I had been curious about for a while.
It has no peculiarities at all and is easy to drink. It is a very delicious sake with a sweet taste, a delicious rice flavor, and a slight sharpness at the end, which is well-balanced.

The smell after opening the bottle is lychee!
It is exactly lychee! But it smells a little like a light mint.
In the mouth, a wave of lychee is coming in from the gassy pizzazz 🌊.
The citrus bitterness (or grefleur bitterness 🤔) is a nice accent, and the rice flavor and yogurt flavor that is often found in orikara is only slightly noticeable 🤔.
Of course, the sweetness of Takachiyo is still there, but this sake is a little less sweet!
But for me, a lover of spicy and sour tastes, I'm like, "Sweet!" 🤣
I tried it with gorgonzola as a side dish...

The second bottle we opened at the same time today is also from Takachiyo's Orikarami 😀.
We compared the three sakes: Sakazukin-chan at room temperature, Takachiyo-san's supernatant and the orizumi mixed with the orizumi but returned to room temperature😇.
The Sakazukin-chan and Kochira's supernatant were very similar in taste 😇.
However, the one mixed with Ori immediately transformed the taste, adding a more Japanese sweetness to the umami...it was like a fresh, fresh, hydrated pear😇.
In my opinion, Kachiyo-san with Ori mixed in was the most delicious 😇.

This Halloween label is a counterpart to the Sumi Sake Sakazukin-chan that I received the other day, and this one is orikara-mi.
It has only been a month since I bought it, which is unusual for me, but it was going to be the last bottle I would open this month, so I opened it much earlier to make it in time for Halloween.
I had a physical yesterday, and for the first time I took it during the afternoon hours and didn't get my appetite back until the evening, so I didn't drink any alcohol. I had also taken two days off from drinking before that, so this was my third day of sake in the middle of the day. Sake after a long time tasted sinkingly good.
While Sumi-shu's Sazukin-chan had a fresh sweetness with a hint of pear, Sarapanda had a deep flavor unique to orikarami, with a sour pineapple-like taste and a slight bitterness that gave the impression of grapefruit.
Toward the end of the year, they usually release a Christmas label, so we are looking forward to that as well.
