Here are my impressions after 3 weeks of opening the bottle.
Aroma: Immediately after opening the bottle, there was a melon-like note, but now I detect pineapple, sports drink, and a banana-like aroma in the back. It tends to be more like a sports drink.
Taste: Unlike the sports drink-like aroma, the taste is intense. A thick bitterness remains at the end. This bitterness gives it a grapefruit-like atmosphere. It also has a slight alcohol taste, probably due to the 16% alcohol content.
It is very rich and delicious.
Shintakachi-Q Unfiltered Nama-shu Oragami - One day a pink bear is BABY
low-alcoholic sake
Berry aroma
Sweet and sour
Delicious, but I hope it's not sake.
I'm sure there's a chu-hi or something similar tasting.
Here are my impressions after one week of opening the bottle.
Aroma: Cut pineapple, with some apple (low-moisture variety).
Taste: The aroma is fruity with a predominant acidity, but the taste is rich and sweet. Strong sweetness and bitterness remain at the end.
Very tasty.
Drink it for those who like sweet sake.
Shin Takachiyo Des.
Gold label and flat rice polishing.
The taste was...
It was definitely delicious 😂.
The aroma is fresh and fruity!
The mouthfeel is a slightly piri lemon🍋 apple🍏 feeling. Did you see the 🍌 in the throat?
There is also an exquisite light acidity, a clean refreshing taste that makes my body happy 😆.
The alcohol content is only 12😲😲.
This is a health drink 🤩.
Good morning, Yasusake!
Hmph 😁✨✨
Sake as a healthy beverage - then it doesn't matter how many you drink 🤣!
Shin Takachiyo, you're not missing a thing 😋.
Strong fruity sensation reminiscent of autumn fruits.
The impression is that it would be better to drink it right away without letting it rest, as it has a delicate quality.
It's been a long time since I've had a katakana takachiyo.
The smell after pouring it into a glass is
Yes, extremely fruity!
Is it banana?
It's still banana when you taste it thoroughly!
And it's made with sake!
It's so easy to drink!
There is little bitterness in the aftertaste and it's wonderful!
I gave it to my wife.
She said it was as easy to drink as Kame-no-Kai!
When I drink Takachiyo Shuzo's sake
I'm able to pick up the pace.
My first "takachiyo" 🍶.
Isn't it kind of like [Shin Evangelion]? LOL.
I bought it out of curiosity.
What is Y2?
Why did you say [End]?
Brewing happiness is wonderful💓
I love that the barcode is a liquor bottle 😆😆.
Everything is on point and I'm totally hit! LOL!
The taste is surprisingly fruity🍎 and refreshing.
It is so refreshing that I would gobble it up by itself even without rice.
I have never had this type of drink before, so it is very fresh!
I would like to try the other types again because they are interesting and wonderful!
at that moment
Sweet and sour! Delicious. It's a sake with a strong claim! That's what this sake is called. Also bitter and pungent. It's very mild. Not sweet and bitter, but bitter. Grapefruit. 85 points.
Sweetness: 3.4
Dryness:2.5
Hints: 2.6
Acidity: 2.8
This bottle was brought along with a Junmai Daiginjo Halloween label feat. sara panda model when we traveled to Uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture in September. It had been laid up for a bit 🤗.
The raw material rice is domestic rice (undisclosed brewing)
Polishing ratio is undisclosed.
Alcohol level is 16 degrees.
The specification is Junmai-shu, unfiltered raw sake, without hi-ire and watering.
When the bottle is opened, the aroma is gorgeous and sweet, like ripe apples and pears, and the sweet fruit aroma spreads in the glass. The aroma of fresh melon and lactic fermentation-derived acidity wafts in the background.
When poured into a sake cup, it has a clear and very pale golden color. It is not silky but juicy and thick in nature.
When you take a sip, it is like fruit juice, with a firm sweetness. After that, the rice flavor is well expressed, and a light yogurt-like acidity is added to expand the flavor. The aftertaste is short, with a slight bitterness and astringency that is not overly sweet and will not make you tired of drinking it.
With a clear flavor and smooth texture, you can enjoy the fruity aroma of apples and pears, and the taste shows a ginjo-style structure. It is definitely delicious♪
Slightly gassy
There is an oozing sensation
Pear, a little lactobacillus type aroma, sweetness, sourness
Grapefruit-like sweetness and acidity
Fresh, fruity, juicy
Almost no bitterness on the first day, but bitterness and flavor appear on the second day and after.
Easy to drink, I think
I have decided on Hiragana Takachiyo as my first new sake to drink at home this season 🥳.
A brand with a good reputation at Sake-no-wa should be a no-brainer.
The aroma just by opening the cork is gorgeous fruity 🍊Fine little bits and pieces on the glass. The refreshing mouthfeel, juicy flavor, and the sharpness characteristic of orikara-mi.
This, this, this... 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 □! 😆 😆
I hope you will be able to enjoy many delicious new sake this year as well!
Hi Ponchan 😃
It's so juicy and piquant, just like a new wine! It was just like a new sake. It was a good decision to start with Takachiyo. I will continue to follow you all in this season! 🏃🏻♂️
I had a drink last year and freaked out and ⚡️ repeat product 🔁.
It's a Junmai Daiginjo, so it has the sweetness and umami of a Takachiyo-style sake.
It has a sweet umami taste that is typical of Takachiyo.
The usual "juwa" is a little bit matured.
It has a beautiful pull that makes you think of a slightly dry sake.
Delicious!
But this year, I'm looking for variations in tastes 🔍.
On the second day, I went for this one to heat up 🍶.
...the mouth is saturated with sweet umami 😍.
The taste is very good to begin with, so by skipping the sake feeling a little, the lingering umami flavor passes down the throat and through the nose for a long time... 😍
This will be on repeat forever ✨
Good evening Hannah 🌝.
I drank this for the first time this year and it was shockingly good 😋.
I see 🤔 it's hot 🤔.
I drank it all up quickly, so I'll have to repeat the challenge next year 👀.
Chirsta.
Good evening 😊They are delicious 🤤.
Personally, Mr. Takachiyo 🍍🎃⚫️ can't be missed ✨.
As for first day regrets, I was left with the challenge of heating it up hot and adding a little bit of sizzling cold... 🤣.
Low alcohol, sweet fruity. It crosses my mind that if you are going to drink this, you might as well be tipsy. Where does the identity of sake reside? This is a bottle that makes you think.
