It has a very nice aroma of rice. The sweetness is firm...but not unpleasant...so it goes well with light white sashimi.
I think I had this one before Kamo Kanehide.
As someone said, the order of drinking is important!
Well, they are both delicious!

It's a green label but ... it looks like grapefruit citrus. It also has an acetic fruit-like taste, so I wonder if it's a green label? I'm not sure.

Takachiyo Unfiltered Nama Oorigarami Green Label
The hiragana "Takachiyo" is a sake with no mistakes. The interesting thing is that the color of the label represents the fruit and the taste.
The green label seems to be grapefruit. It has a rich aroma, and in the mouth you can taste more acidity than sweetness compared to other Takachiyos. It has a mellow flavor with a deep, crisp, rice flavor. The first time I opened it, the sourness was strong, but the next day it mellowed and the sweet and sourness became one. After all, Takachiyo is delicious.
