This Black Label is a medium-brew, so it's freshly squeezed out of the bottle.
The color of the label might make you think it's a dry sake, but it's the complete opposite: it's a good sake that you can drink in large gulps!
At first, it had a melon-like aroma, but after opening the bottle for a while, the tropical ripe pineapple aroma and flavor came in with a fruity and fresh taste, and the acidity was just the way I like it.
