Green label of Shiboritate Orikagarami Nama sake from "Takachiyo", one of my favorite sake brands.
It was a rare purchase of a bottle.
Fruity aroma, melon-like sweetness, and a hint of gas. It took us 5 days to finish it as a couple.
The second day after opening the bottle was the most vigorous, and when we uncorked it, it made a louder noise than on the first day, which surprised us.
We could not deny some deterioration on the fourth and fifth days, but it tasted good enough.
