This is the Takachiyo I took with me when I went back to my parents' house for New Year's!
I selected Gokutakayo to show people who don't know the wonders of sake and only have an image of how difficult it is to drink it, the wonders of modern sake ✨.
It's fruity as you'd expect! It has a wonderful, refreshing sweetness! And not just fruity, it also has a very satisfying flavor of rice with a great texture ✨.
Everyone was shocked by its high quality and drinkability, and considering the alcohol content of 16 degrees, it was a dangerous one! Hats off to them 😁.
