This bottle was brought along with a Junmai Daiginjo Halloween label feat. sara panda model when we traveled to Uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture in September. It had been laid up for a bit 🤗.
The raw material rice is domestic rice (undisclosed brewing)
Polishing ratio is undisclosed.
Alcohol level is 16 degrees.
The specification is Junmai-shu, unfiltered raw sake, without hi-ire and watering.
When the bottle is opened, the aroma is gorgeous and sweet, like ripe apples and pears, and the sweet fruit aroma spreads in the glass. The aroma of fresh melon and lactic fermentation-derived acidity wafts in the background.
When poured into a sake cup, it has a clear and very pale golden color. It is not silky but juicy and thick in nature.
When you take a sip, it is like fruit juice, with a firm sweetness. After that, the rice flavor is well expressed, and a light yogurt-like acidity is added to expand the flavor. The aftertaste is short, with a slight bitterness and astringency that is not overly sweet and will not make you tired of drinking it.
With a clear flavor and smooth texture, you can enjoy the fruity aroma of apples and pears, and the taste shows a ginjo-style structure. It is definitely delicious♪
Slightly gassy
There is an oozing sensation
Pear, a little lactobacillus type aroma, sweetness, sourness
Grapefruit-like sweetness and acidity
Fresh, fruity, juicy
Almost no bitterness on the first day, but bitterness and flavor appear on the second day and after.
Easy to drink, I think
I have decided on Hiragana Takachiyo as my first new sake to drink at home this season 🥳.
A brand with a good reputation at Sake-no-wa should be a no-brainer.
The aroma just by opening the cork is gorgeous fruity 🍊Fine little bits and pieces on the glass. The refreshing mouthfeel, juicy flavor, and the sharpness characteristic of orikara-mi.
This, this, this... 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 □! 😆 😆
I hope you will be able to enjoy many delicious new sake this year as well!
I had a drink last year and freaked out and ⚡️ repeat product 🔁.
It's a Junmai Daiginjo, so it has the sweetness and umami of a Takachiyo-style sake.
It has a sweet umami taste that is typical of Takachiyo.
The usual "juwa" is a little bit matured.
It has a beautiful pull that makes you think of a slightly dry sake.
Delicious!
But this year, I'm looking for variations in tastes 🔍.
On the second day, I went for this one to heat up 🍶.
...the mouth is saturated with sweet umami 😍.
The taste is very good to begin with, so by skipping the sake feeling a little, the lingering umami flavor passes down the throat and through the nose for a long time... 😍
This will be on repeat forever ✨
Good evening Hannah 🌝.
I drank this for the first time this year and it was shockingly good 😋.
I see 🤔 it's hot 🤔.
I drank it all up quickly, so I'll have to repeat the challenge next year 👀.
Chirsta.
Good evening 😊They are delicious 🤤.
Personally, Mr. Takachiyo 🍍🎃⚫️ can't be missed ✨.
As for first day regrets, I was left with the challenge of heating it up hot and adding a little bit of sizzling cold... 🤣.
Low alcohol, sweet fruity. It crosses my mind that if you are going to drink this, you might as well be tipsy. Where does the identity of sake reside? This is a bottle that makes you think.
The pace of the Denshikiku was too fast.
It's been a long time since my last takachiyo.
Well, how does it smell?
A sweet smell with little alcohol and just the right amount of fragrance.
Taste.
A slight tingling sensation in the mouth.
When you taste it, you feel the pineapple that the brewery is aiming for.
Pineapple is what the brewery is aiming for.
A little bit of alcohol.
When you swallow it, you will feel a moderate acidity and a lingering alcohol taste.
Recently, I asked my wife, who doesn't like to drink
I asked her to taste it.
She said this is a drinkable sake.
Hiragana
Tachikayo
No disappointment!
The first new sake was our first home brew in 2 years, Hiragana Takachiyo ❣️
I couldn't help but reach for it when I saw everyone drinking it, including the Halloween label 😆.
The aroma is slightly white and sweet!
Pitchy fresh, and sweetness that you can tell it's sweet!
The bitterness is also quite strong 😳.
It's sweet with a hint of grapefruit.
Reminds me of the grapefruit I used to eat with lots of sugar 😆.
On the second to fourth day, the bitterness gradually decreases and the sweetness becomes more pronounced, but the freshness remains, so it's still sweet but tasty â
I had been passing it up because it's a relatively easy brand to buy, but now I'm reminded that I have to drink it because it's so good 😅.
By the way, can you read "盡"?
Thanks for the help of Google Lens 🤣.
It is read as "ジン", and "無盡" means "no end" or "no limit".
It tasted rich and never-ending 😁.
Hi Ponchan 😃
My guess takachiyosama💕.
I'm glad you picked it to start your new brew 🥹I'm GETTING it too of course👍.
I'm looking forward to grapefruit or ❣️ 😋.
Hi Pon 😃
Takachiyo says the color on the label indicates the flavor, the green one is grapefruit 😳 looks fresh and delicious😊.
...not broccoli🥦, too bad .
Hi Pon, how are you?
I also had it on Friday for outside drinking: ⤴️
It's a sweet sake, but it also has a strong bitter taste 😋.
I think I'll be relying on outside drinking for new sake this year😅.
I didn't know it was called "Houmun Mujin" 😲.
Hello, Pon 😀
I see that you started this season's sake drinking year with Takachiyo-san 😀!
I was curious to know which sake it was, but I knew that Hiragana Takachiyo-san is a definite sake😇.
Good evening, Pon 😃.
Hiragana Takachiyo, I've never had it at home for some reason, but it still looks delicious 🤤.
Thank you very much for your help 😊I registered it in my user dictionary as soon as I could 😁.
Good evening, HinaHanaMama!
I've been influenced a lot 😆👍I've been looking at Halloween labels one after the other and my mouth is watering 🤣I've finally calmed down.....................it's delicious! The bitterness gives it a grapefruit feel 😊.
Good evening, Hanapin 🦉.
I can read more kanji as I get older, but there are so many I still can't read about sake💦and I'm sure I'll forget this after a while🤣.
I wish I could drink good sake all the time 😊.
Hi Hiro, good evening 🦉🦉.
Broccoli🥦🤣I know what broccoli flavor is! I only know what it smells like when it's boiled 😂I've got some herbal ones, so maybe there will be some vegetable ones soon!
Good evening, ma-ki-!
I see you had a drink! I'm relieved to hear that we have the same impression 😁🙏🙏.
I dipped my toe in Yamaguchi but couldn't buy it back home, so I'm really enjoying this 😆👍.
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌝.
Hiragana takachiyos have no hassles, that's exactly what they say👍
I wonder if the 🟡 label is greeful 🤔 to emphasize freshness and bitterness since it has rivals like banana and pineapple.
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛You beat me to it 🤣I just opened a bottle today and drank it 🍶It's a sweet greefle, the kind you eat with a jagged spoon, sprinkled with sugar 😋I guess you can never go wrong with a Hiragata Kachi-yo 🥰.
Pon.
Good morning♪
Hiragana takachiyosan, I feel like there is a greeful bitterness hidden in the sweetness of every sake 🤔I wonder if I'm the only one who feels like this accentuates and brings out the best 😅.
Hi Yasbaye 🐦.
I haven't drank at home for a long time, but I wanted to have what you are drinking 🤣I'm like a child 😆 I hope to drink different ones and find the label I like 😊.
Hi Aladdin 🐦🐦.
I like Takachiyo, Kafuda Shu and Toyo Bijin, but they are released every month so I feel like I'm keeping away from them 😅.
🤔I can read and understand if it's "no-exhaustion" 😂.
Hi chika 🐦.
Hahaha🤣I wonder if there is a haze? I haven't drank many, but I remember the hiragana labels were generally good 😊I'd recommend them if by any chance there is a haze 🤣.
Hi Nao888 🐦.
Did you drink it 😊👍 glad to share the taste with you ❣️
Yes it's jagged 😆 I'm glad you got the message because I've been having less sour greef lately 😂.
Good morning, Pon 😃.
Sweetness that you know is sweet! Is it the one that ran bitter from ‼️ halved grapefruit with lots of sugar and a spoon 🥄 for each bunch 😌 I miss it!
I'll have to try it!
Houjun Mujin Takachiyo Tatakayo, flat polished rice, Junmai Daiginjo, unadjusted, raw, unblended, strictly selected, Nakadori, Honmai, BLACK label! (Long!)
(Long!) Hiragana Takachiyo's black!
Pineapple from the moment you open it! It has a gorgeous tropical fruity aroma,
It also lifts your spirits!
Sweet and sour, soft and fruity!
Juicy mouthfeel,
The juicy mouthfeel is full of rich umami,
A pure rice daiginjo with a refreshingly crisp taste,
It is too delicious! This is delicious!
This Junmai Daiginjo Nama-Nagaraju is a cosy Junmai Daiginjo Nama-Nagaraju.
You don't feel the 16 degrees of Nama-no-Hara, and it's so easy to drink that you can gobble it up and drink it instantly!
On Good Marriage Day, I hope we can continue to be a good couple.
The results of the Niigata Sake Mastery Test Gold Mastery were out...hmmm, too bad...I thought I could go for it this year...so frustrating! A black star, along with a black takachi-yo vowing to try again next time. But shock...
They say that in times of adversity, you should say, "Well, it's getting interesting. Let's enjoy the challenge, not be naive!
