I've been wanting to try the Junmai Daiginjo that I've known about "Takachiyo" for a long time〜〜〜〜 and I was able to buy it when I was in Niigata the other day‼️😭.
It's really really delicious❗️It has a pineapple-like sweetness as pineapple gold as it is, and I didn't know this, but the fizzy and shwashy feeling is really delicious❗️You don't need any more entree, you can really enjoy it just with sake.
I'm really glad I came across this sake 😭🍶.

My first hiragana takayo😊.
I found it at Fujijiro's when I was buying Murayu and bought it✨.
From the first sip it tasted like pineapple with a strong mild sweetness 🍍.
I thought it was similar to the Yamama I had last year, but sweeter 😊.
It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink and tastes great throughout without any bitterness in the second half 🍶.
Personally, I think I could enjoy it like a dessert ✨.

This is a gem from Kanazawa-ya in Uonuma. Long description of the sake.... It is slightly carbonated and is Calpis juice. It is not that carbonated. Anyway, it is sweet. It feels different from fruity sweetness. It has a strong flavor. I think there is some kind of miscellaneous taste. It may be overdone, but it's delicious anyway! Definitely a Hiragana Takachiyo!

I had given up on bringing it to you because of the refrigerator overflow problem, but then I came across it at a liquor store ✨I had no choice but to bring it to you now that I found it ✨I had no place for it to wait for me, so I opened the bottle immediately 🍶.
The top aroma is fruity and citrusy lactic acid drink feeling 🍋The sweetness rushes into the mouth when you take a sip 😋 After that, there is a refreshing sourness, a slight bitterness, a chilli gas feeling and a sweet refreshing lactic acid drink like aftertaste 💕The taste has a pineapple candy aftertaste🍬I drank it before. Silver was also pineapple, but I think this one was sweeter pineapple 🍍It was still right in the middle of "Takachiyo"✨.
