It has a fruity smell with a hint of koji. It is slightly carbonated, has a wooden vat feel, is sweet and sour, and has a pleasantly sour lemon-like acidity that comes later and finishes off without the stimulation of alcohol. Yum! It is a fruit wine. The taste in the middle is also strong! It starts to get sweet, but it blends in and you don't mind it. It did not go well with food. It is a surprise taste that works well on its own.

The cute label shows a cute cat riding a horse, the Chinese zodiac sign for next year. It has a mild aroma and a gentle mouthfeel. It is smooth and has a beautiful lingering aftertaste that finishes nicely. It is not too flashy, and the slightly charming impression makes this sake's character shine through.

I went to the liquor store as soon as the notice came out for this one 💨 Pears 🍐...this is not to be missed for pear lovers😍! It's a bit late in the year, but it's still on tap 🍶. ...I think the Tasyu Zodiac and Kinjaku Winter might have been better than 🍐 😱... It's delicious, but it's not the same as the previous Chiyorara, it's more refreshing than sweet and fresh like the Zodiac Zodiac 🤔. The second day didn't expand the flavor that much either, I'll have to try the third day after a long time 😏.

Reminder. This is the Halloween version of Takachiyo, the rightmost one in the photo. It has a gorgeous sweet aroma of Chupon type, and you can enjoy a rich flavor with a slight effervescence and a delicious mouthfeel. It is easy to drink as it has a good sharpness.

Slightly gassy, as if freshly squeezed. Aromas of grapefruit, pear and white grapes. The freshness of the freshly squeezed juice and the thick mouthfeel derived from the origami. A slight bitterness finishes off the whole experience. A definite delicacy!
