Sweet like ripe fruit! You can taste the tanginess of unfiltered raw sake at first, but the sweetness lingers on. It is a dessert sake, so it is delicious with a choice of foods.

Anmai. Taste of dessert. It has a sweetness that even those who like sweet things think it's too sweet. It's a very strong sake, so be careful not to drink too much. I don't know the specs so I can't say for sure, but it tastes quite luxurious.
The katakana shintaka chiyo received on short notice.
Since it is the end of the year and my cellar is full, I decided to consume it right away.
