I couldn't check in yesterday, so here it is.
One cup Ozeki Daiginjo, a classic cup sake product.
Purchased at Aeon.
The aroma is a nutty ginjo aroma with a strong alcohol taste.
The palate has a moderate sweetness and a strong umami flavor.
It is a light and dry type that is easy to drink.
After work, get off on the way and have a drink.
Oogiya is a casual yakitori restaurant.
A 300ml bottle of Ozeki freshly brewed and stored sake.
Smooth, standard sake.
Just the right impact, sweetness and richness.
Unfortunately, it's at home, but it goes well with the in-season saury and somehow makes you feel like you're on a trip. Maybe.
I bought it on impulse to pray for the safe completion of my business trip🍶.
The aroma is mild, the first impression is refreshing, and the flavor spreads through the aftertaste. The aftertaste is long.
25th Hankyu Brewery Festival ⑫
Ozeki's booth.
The person who helped me was a woman, probably from the brewery. For some reason, she asked me, "Are you from the industry?" I answered, "No, I'm just a pure drunk.
◉Jiene's sake "Meguru" Junmai Ginjo
Slightly sweet and complex. Slightly cloying. It was good when I drank it before.
◉Number: Junmai Daiginjo Genshu
This sake is limited to 1500 bottles and has a serial number. As a contribution to society, each bottle is numbered by people at a facility for the disabled. The number is full-bodied, with a strong umami flavor, and a nice spicy accent on the aftertaste. This is delicious.
◉Souke Osakaya Junmai Daiginjo
A soft acidity and a hint of umami.
◉Chotosensen Jyudanjikomi Junmai Daiginjo
The sweetness is strong, but not sticky, and the elegant sweetness is impressive and delicious.
I looked over my review and it seems to be the same lineup as the "HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023".
Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance and Food Fair ⑥
I saw a tank of KEG at the Ozeki booth, so I approached it and saw that it said "Jun-Dai no Nama-Haraju", so I drank it.
There are a lot of bubbles in the cup poured into it.
It has a little bit of a peculiar taste, but it's slightly sweet and fruity.
I wish it was commercially available 😋.
Maybe the best I've had today 🤔.
Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance has now left!
We received a bottle of Ozeki Shuzo's "Sakura-michi" 🌸.
This is a Junmai Daiginjo-shu made with 100% cherry blossom yeast from "Imazu Benikanzakura" and the highest grade of sake rice, Yamadanishiki, produced in Hyogo Prefecture ✨.
When poured into a glass, it is light and soft on the palate, like cherry blossom petals softly dancing. The elegant acidity of the cherry blossom yeast and the moist sweetness of the rice from Yamadanishiki are in perfect harmony and gently spread in the mouth. The aftertaste disappears smoothly and cleanly, with a pleasant lingering finish.
The aroma is subdued, so it goes well with not only Japanese food, but also Western food and light appetizers, and can be enjoyed on any occasion. It is a bottle with a spring-like appearance and name that will add a touch of color to your dining table.
It was a sake that I would definitely like to taste during the cherry blossom season and that I could feel the delicate expression that only the Ozeki Sake Brewery can offer 😋🌸.
