On today's Tanabata Winter Festival, we're going to make various wishes... Seven famous breweries in Miyagi collaborated to brew this beer. This year is the last one, so it's the first and last one for me. DATE7 🥺 This time we aimed to make "a new type of umami sake A new type of umami sake for the next generation". 🌾Yamadanishiki, 45% polishing ratio, 16% alcohol. The first sip of the sake has a gentle and soft sweetness, a tight acidity, a good bitterness, and a lingering sense of clarity. It's as if the water just goes away. The second and third sips, the impression changes little by little. Some are more full, some are more fruity. If I say it's complicated, that's all I'm saying. It's a shame that it will end this year! While looking at the beautiful bottle, I felt like a weaver princess. (I don't accept tsukkomi😑)

まりぽんぬcursive typeface I've been wanting to try this "Gou Arikou". Sakko-san told me about it (thank you 😊) and I bought it at a liquor store in Iwatsuki where I go for the first time ✌️. I'm not sure what to do with it, but I'm sure it'll be fine. I now have crisis management skills💪. Shocking from the first sip🤩 overflowing fruitiness💕. It's not from the south, it's from domestic fruit🍑 Not overpowering, but delicate and elegant✨. Fruity, juicy, and sweet! It's fruity, juicy and sweet. It's not overly rich, but it's not leesy either. And the gas is amazing! This gas makes it sweet but crisp. It has a nice acidity and bitterness as well. I've found another great brand! I want to try the other ones too! I'm not sure what to make of it. The brewery is made up of young people and is brewed locally in Yamagata. I'll definitely drink it ❣️.

The first bite smells like peaches for a second (reminds me of Momoten 😅) It's not too sweet.) After that, the sweetness continues to be not too sweet and ... handsome! まりぽんぬ🌦 Finally released "Tenbi" Jundaigin✨! I went to pick it up 😄. I don't know why I hadn't opened the bottle yet, but the fire-hardened Jun-Gin and Junmai was already in the fridge I opened 3 bottles to compare ✊ I opened 3 bottles😅. The first one is Junmai Daiginjo... It was originally supposed to go on sale in March, but Fujioka's toji But the aroma and taste were different from what Fujioka expected, and the sale was suddenly postponed 😭 It's a wonderful decision✨. Afterwards, under proper management, the aroma and flavor The balance of aroma and flavor is now well balanced and ready for release❗️ In the liquor store where I bought it, it was sold out just by reservation😱 You can see the expectation and popularity❗️ The opening of the bottle...the lid flew off🚀! It's a Jundaigin without a doubt (I don't doubt it 😅). I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. It has a soft sweetness and then a bitterness. まりぽんぬ🌦 I was wondering if there would be any reviews yesterday and today. I'm not sure if you've heard of it or not. I'm not sure what to make of it. It starts with a rich sweetness that is typical of Aisan 💡. I started to drink it when I was very hungry. You can feel the weight of the 🤭 As you eat, it gets better and better! The sweetness that was thick is felt fresh, and the supporting role The sour bitterness is beautifully put together😊. However, compared to the past Yamadanishiki and Omachi I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not 😅. I'll take that as a difference in the rice 🙌. I'm still looking forward to the future of "Tenpui" ❗️. I'll be following you 😁👍

まりぽんぬ🌦 The day has finally come for me to drink it😄. But I only opened it yesterday💡. It was a late dinner so I had this low ale one 😉. It's like a mix of yakult and amazake 😑. It's like a combination of Yakult and Amazake... It's sweet and sour but also tastes like rice😊. Naturally, ummay❣️! As recommended on the back label, lots of ice! The lees are pretty thick and because of the low alcohol content I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but it's a good idea. It's a bottle you'll want to keep on hand for summer😋♫♫

まりぽんぬ🌦 "A cup to cause a stir." After last week's Junmai Miyamanishiki, today we'll have a Jun Gin Yamadanishiki today😋. The aroma is a sweet ginjo scent. It has a nice aroma. When you taste it... it makes your back stand up straight. The mouthfeel It has a sweetness like an apple or a cherry for a moment. After a moment of sweetness like apples and cherries, it becomes dry and crisp as you swallow it. There is almost no aftertaste.... Compared to last week's Junmai Miyamanishiki I think it has the "Morishima" character that I thought it had👍. I stocked two bottles of Omachi Jundais, the flagship of Morishima.
