Yamamoto No.7 Yeast Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake Shirakami-sanchi spring water A bottle where you can enjoy the difference in yeast. I finally had a chance to taste Yamamoto, which I had been curious about but had never had a chance to drink. When you put it in your mouth, its gorgeousness and umami flavor spread softly without any unpleasant taste. Personally, I felt a fresh fruitiness like melon. It is perfect as a food sake and has an excellent finish. Next time, let's try the No. 6 yeast. Yum 😋😋😋.

@Sugiura Sake purchased with Nabeshima|Tokujun Aizan I have been interested in this sake for a long time. The naming has a strong punch, but the sake has a good balance between the umami and aroma of the raw sake. I drank it over a week or so while enjoying the changes, but the flavor did not lose at all even after the bottle was opened. It has a firm taste and a slightly rounded flavor that is different from that of the first saké. Now let's drink the front side! It is delicious!

@Sugiura I was torn between Aizan and Jungin, which I hadn't had a chance to drink due to timing conflicts, but I chose Junmai to get a good taste. It was a delicious sake with a gorgeous flavor that brought out the best of Aizan!

@Satoshi I regret to think that I could not drink new sake for New Year's this year, but.., To my surprise, there was an additional shipment! I mean, we were forced to have it! Thank you, Mr. Satou 😭 We are very impressed with the new sake that we were able to drink this year as well, it has become more square and full of flavor. The price is going up a bit, but I take my hat off to this price for this taste. We are grateful for the sake that is filled with the spirit of President Kensou and enjoyed it. We are really happy to be able to drink it every year! It's delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.

a gift A friend gave me a gift of Mitsui's Kotobuki, a slam-dunk label? I tasted the I've been curious about this sake for a while, but I've tried other sakes and this one was one I hadn't tried yet! The taste is completely dry, and the sake is so clear that it doesn't interfere with the food, which is good when you're tired of drinking or something! I was able to spend a good sake time comparing it with Tenpyo and savoring the individuality of each sake! The label is a complete slam dunk! I wonder if a collaboration is coming soon? It's good 😋😋😋.

@kagata-sans I was working on preparing a base in the neighborhood for my first visit to the restaurant, as I will be changing my place of work in May. I found a list of restaurants on Google Maps that I would like to visit, I have never visited the west side of 23 wards because I don't go there often, but I decided to take this opportunity to visit there! There was a good selection of well-known items in the store! The store is also crowded with customers. Everyone is stocking up on GW's evening drinks. While browsing around, I found a bottle I've been wanting to drink for a while! I bought it immediately 😆. It was my first time to drink Kagoshima sake, but it was so mild and gorgeous that Kyushu has become my second favorite region after Tohoku! It will be a nice evening drink tonight! Yum 😋😋😋😋😋😋

@HasegawaSanP Enjoy sake in a little calm at the end of GW With that in mind, we went to Hasegawa-san! I don't go to the restaurant at the Palace Hotel, but today I visited Hasegawa because I was on my way to change trains! Is it because it is the end of GW? The fridge was empty. But I feel it's good that I have less time to choose. When I asked for recommendations, Kuribayashi and Hitakami seemed reasonable and good! I decided on Kuririn because it has a strong flavor! I had it with sashimi, and it was delicious with sweetness and a slight tanginess! We drank a full four-pack and were very satisfied with our evening! Delicious 😋😋😋😋!

@Satou. Asahi hawk I got at the end of this year too. I've been looking for the right time to open the bottle, but I opened it this day! Compared to last year, it seems to be more square than last year. I always ask them to send it to me, but I am surprised at how much it continues to evolve every year. I was surprised that it never stops evolving every year, There is still some new sake left in storage, so I am looking forward to that as well! I asked the store owner about it, and he told me that it is very hard to get even locally! We are thankful that we are able to drink it every year thanks to the kindness of Mr. Satou and our relationship with him! It's a nice evening drink 🍶. Delicious 😋😋😋😋!

@Hasegawa at Tokyo Station It's been a while since I've been to Hasegawa in the station. There is a refrigerator near the entrance with a corner for spring sake, and among the sake is sasanami? I had never seen this sake before, and when I looked where it was from, I found it was from Saitama Prefecture. I had never seen sasanami before, and I wondered where it was from. I had only seen a couple of them, but.... I found it! This sake has a good balance of umami, sweetness, and fruity flavor while also being firm 💖. It was another sake that I could easily drink too much of! I thought it was a good idea to try a sake with a label I didn't know. I enjoyed my evening drink! It was delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Hasegawa. It's been a while since I've been to Hasegawa in Kameido. I visited Hasegawa for a spring drink in the spring weather💨. This Sogapale caught my eye at first glance. And there was only one bottle left! I've seen this Sogapale many times, but never touched it. It's also a local liquor, so I thought it would be ready to drink soon, but it's been a few years since I've had it. Today I'll drink it!!!!!!! I heard a voice in my mind saying I grabbed a bottle and got in line at the cash register. And I bought it. The label on the back says erotic. When I drank it, it was a delicious springtime sake with a fruity taste and the famous sweetness of rice intertwined! Where is the eroticism? Well, it's delicious, so I hope it's good! I think there are a lot of spring sake that I think is good for me these days! I hope to drink again next week. It's good 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Lawson Sanskrit is available at a convenience store. and I bought it immediately! But when I went through the cash register, the price didn't show up... The clerk ran to the shelf and when he came back, he couldn't find the price. I thought it was around 1,600-1,700, but when I looked at the register When I looked at the register, it was obviously cheaper... I took advantage of their kindness and went home to have a drink with them. What's that? I wondered if it tasted this much like old sake. I let it mature in the refrigerator for a week. I found that delicious Bon GOLD with a rounded taste. It's been about 4 years since I last drank it. It's still good! It's so good 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Sugiura The store's recommendation for the sake yeast. The acidity is strong. It is a little bit my weak type of sake, but I want to be able to enjoy drinking sake from this area too! I would like to be able to enjoy this type of sake as well.

@Hasegawa. It's been a while since I've had a drink at home today. Recently I've been drinking more and more outside, so I haven't been able to have a drink at home for a while. I rushed in just before closing time and made it just in time! I took a quick look at the Aizu Chusho and decided on it immediately! It's my first time drinking this sake and I'm looking forward to it! Fukushima never disappoints, so my expectations are high! The label is a nice jacket with an austere look! How does it taste? Dry at first! After that, it has an elegant and gorgeous aroma. It is excellent as a food wine because it cuts off quickly afterwards. Fukushima has good fruity sake such as Sharaku, Gakki, Shizenigo, etc., but this one has a different taste. I have the impression that it is similar to hiroki 🤔. This was also a great experience! Yum 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Sugiura Checking in much later. Forgot to enter... I have only seen Mr. Hayashi once in a while. But this time I had a chance to see him for the first time in a while and had a real drink! As the store owner explained, it was a beautiful but robust sake, just the way I like it.... I remember it was my favorite sake. I would like to drink Yamadanishiki next time if they have it 😋. It was my first visit to Toyama, but I had a very good impression to start with! Yummy😋😋😋

@Hasegawa. It's cold today, so let's drink sake at home today at Hasegawa's. Found a brightly labeled kudoi and bought it! I enjoyed it with sashimi! The taste is clean and calm, and does not interfere with the flavor of the food. The aroma is also elegant and fragrant on the nose. We are grateful to Kamenoi for their work in providing us with consistent deliciousness! I recommend this bottle as a food sake 😋. It was an evening drink that made me realize once again that kudoki should be drunk when you can find it. Yummai 😋😋😋

@Satoshi I thought I would not drink the annual Asahi Hawk this year, but I managed to purchase it. Thank you thank you thank you! It's still as good as it ever was, no explanation needed! They do a great job. Just a shame we didn't get to drink the new sake this year. I hope I can drink it next year! Yum 😋😋😋😋

@Sugiura The second bottle on New Year's Eve is a 59% polished Takachiyo! It's been a while since I've had this one, but I've never had a bottle to finish it off with! It is a good sake full of Takachiyo's gorgeousness. It is easy to drink, full of flavor and beautiful! Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
