@Hasegawa. It's been a long time since I've had Kido and Omachi, but this was my first time. It is a beautiful sake with a clear taste that is typical of Kido, but with the umami of the rice on top! It's a good cosmetic sake, and I have no complaints every time I drink it! It's delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@ @Karuizawa Purchased some local sake at a store I found while driving to Karuizawa. While it is still summer in Tokyo, autumn has already arrived in Karuizawa! Because the sake shop is located in a villa area? I asked the shopkeeper if I could buy some local sake from Shinshu, a region in Japan. Takizawa is located in Ueda City, the next town to our home town, and Shinshu Kamerei is a famous sake, but this sake is also one of the recommended ones, so we bought it! Overall, the taste is mild, but the ginjo aroma that comes through in the nose is well balanced and effective. I paired it with grilled swordfish, and it was absolutely delicious! I would like to try it again with a different label! Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋!

@Nan Shuuhan Honten Visited on the way back from an expedition to Ishikawa Prefecture I was recommended a bottle of Kikuhime Ginjo at the store founded in Taisho era. Sold only at contracted stores and only in the Hokuriku region It's great that you have to go there to buy it! The description "sake, thick and umami" seems to be traditional, but it's not. The pleasant ginjo aroma and balance of the taste is superb. As a food sake, it complements food. Good job! There are many good sake in Hokuriku, so if there is another opportunity, I would love to go there again! Yum 😋😋.

@Yamagata Yamagata is also a treasure house of great sake for me! Now, this time, a bottle only for the Sake Festival! Ginrei-Gassan, a sake I knew the name of but had never had before! I knew it! I knew it! Sake from Yamagata, or rather Tohoku, does a really good job! The moderate sweetness and umami are outstanding, and the concentration is such that you don't get tired of drinking it. It goes well with Japanese food, and you can gobble it up! Delicious!

@... I forgot the store where I bought this... Bought it on the way back from drinking in Akabane! First time I've ever had Kuroryu Daiginjo in a store. Kuroryu is a stable, calm, deep and delicious sake! We enjoyed it again! Yum😋😋.

@Inariya It's been 4 years since I've been looking for a Hana-yosu. I finally got it, I thought I wouldn't be able to buy it, but I happened to call and there was only one bottle left! Of course I bought it right away! It's been a long time since I've had this sake, but it has a sweetness that is not unpleasant, and as the name suggests, it leaves a premium aftertaste! I would like to drink it again if it is available! It's delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Oikawa. Collaboration sake from Tenmei Machida Brewery. It's a jacket buy lol It is a delicious sake, but I don't have the tongue to tell you how good this sake is..., It's not syrupy, but it's fruity and sweet, and in my opinion, it would have been better if I could have felt a little more of each brewer's flavor. That's my impression! However, I am sure it is a delicious sake! Good taste!

@Oikawa. The first time I opened the bottle, I felt it was a little acidic, but as I drank it, I got used to it. But as you drink it, you get used to it and Nabeshima does a great job. After a week of drinking, the acidity became milder and it turned into a juicy Nabeshima with a lot of flavor that I like! It's still delicious 😋😋😋😋.

@Inariya Sake Shop The liquor store I wanted to visit, I contacted them in advance for hanaabi. I was told that there was only one bottle left, and the condition was that I needed to purchase a set of Ai-no-Sato, the brewery's regular sake, so I did! A very cosy sake! When I opened the bottle on the first day, I felt the taste was clear and refreshing, but when I drank it on the second day, I felt it became deeper and more umami. This is just my personal feeling, I would like to add this sake to our lineup as a regular sake. It's good 😋😋😋😋.

Update now due to forgetting to upload one for New Year's. This sake is popular in Aichi Prefecture, but I enjoyed a higher grade of sake than usual for New Year's. We enjoyed it happily and deliciously with the New Year's dishes. Yum😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.

@Fukushima Acquaintance A bottle given to me by a former colleague from Fukushima. It was the first time I drank this sake, which is not available in Tokyo unless by reservation or lottery. It has an elegant fruity taste like a Junmai Daiginjo, but it is not too sweet and gives a sense of the brewery's individuality. It is a good sake as a food sake that does not interfere with the food, but is still a very robust sake. I would like to drink it again if I have the chance! Yum 😋😋😋😋

Yamamoto No.7 Yeast Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake Shirakami-sanchi spring water A bottle where you can enjoy the difference in yeast. I finally had a chance to taste Yamamoto, which I had been curious about but had never had a chance to drink. When you put it in your mouth, its gorgeousness and umami flavor spread softly without any unpleasant taste. Personally, I felt a fresh fruitiness like melon. It is perfect as a food sake and has an excellent finish. Next time, let's try the No. 6 yeast. Yum 😋😋😋.

@Sugiura Sake purchased with Nabeshima|Tokujun Aizan I have been interested in this sake for a long time. The naming has a strong punch, but the sake has a good balance between the umami and aroma of the raw sake. I drank it over a week or so while enjoying the changes, but the flavor did not lose at all even after the bottle was opened. It has a firm taste and a slightly rounded flavor that is different from that of the first saké. Now let's drink the front side! It is delicious!

@Sugiura I was torn between Aizan and Jungin, which I hadn't had a chance to drink due to timing conflicts, but I chose Junmai to get a good taste. It was a delicious sake with a gorgeous flavor that brought out the best of Aizan!

@Satoshi I regret to think that I could not drink new sake for New Year's this year, but.., To my surprise, there was an additional shipment! I mean, we were forced to have it! Thank you, Mr. Satou 😭 We are very impressed with the new sake that we were able to drink this year as well, it has become more square and full of flavor. The price is going up a bit, but I take my hat off to this price for this taste. We are grateful for the sake that is filled with the spirit of President Kensou and enjoyed it. We are really happy to be able to drink it every year! It's delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.
