☀️ I've been busy with some stuff until mid-day today💦. I've finally started GW too 🎉. Today, I'm going to talk about gold. "Hououmida Gold Phoenix" ✨. The bottle is made by Monterossa in Italy. The bottle is a champagne bottle made by Monterossa in Italy. When you hold it in your hand... I feel like I've just won a Formula 1 race😅🏁 It's a 45% Aizan shizukusake that's been bottle heated and stored at an ice temperature. I'm sure you'll agree. (Black is 55% by the way). The lid is also different (3rd picture). When you pour it, it makes a nice tapping sound. The aroma is very subdued ☝️. The first sip is rather spicy 🙁 but the texture is soft. Rolling it around doesn't hurt my tongue😅. When you swallow it, it fills you with a mellow and moist aroma I love it! I think of words like "receptive", "calm" and "sophisticated". I think of the word ☺️. It has a different taste from the black 💡. The only difference is that when the temperature rises, the aroma rises✨. I've been drinking it for a few years now, and I've always wanted to try it.

☀️ Every year I'm looking forward to the "Glory Fuji 🌟七星". Another year has come and gone... It's the end of the year for me. It's a summer drink that I can't stop loving❣️. This year, too. Fragrant, fruity, sweet and handsome. Shine Muscat? Lychee? Sake degree -15, but no sticky feeling at all✌️. The bitterness is smooth and well coated. It seems to be well coated... Deeply, delicately, penetrating... I am I've been boned😍. I'm so happy to be able to drink it again this year❤️. I'm so happy to drink it again this year! I'm so happy to be back! 🌥 Seasonal brew of "Koko," Sense of Wonder. It's a name that stimulates your inquisitive mind. The name is 🧐. It is a direct pumping type using Gohyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki🌾. It's a fruity, greenish fruit flavored beer. It starts off quietly. Easy to drink😊. It goes on smoothly with good acidity and gas It seems to be transparent, but you can also feel the rice... This is why it's a wonder 😆. The bitterness at the end is not too strong. It's a really smart bottle✨👍.

☀️ Comparing "cargo tag sakes". Next up is a nama-shu of my favorite sake rice, Dewa Sanzu 🙂. Wow ❗️Suddenly comes, intense sweet and delicious sensation ‼️. It's not heavy at all, but it's cute and crisp. The sweetness is typical of Dewa Sanzu 😆 . It has a light acidity and a refreshing mouthfeel. The sweetness slowly fades out and the aftertaste is wonderfully pleasant😊. It is best served chilled as well🥰 This time 🧐 When you drink them individually, you may get a similar impression The difference between the two is that the two are very different. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do.

☀️ At the beginning of this month, I bought a bottle of "Danrei Fresh" to drink after a long time. I bought a bottle of "Danrei Fresh" and haven't opened it yet. I opened them at the same time😅. The first one is "Danrei Fresh"... 65% Gohyakumangoku in the🌾 I was wondering, "How can it be fresh when it's been fired? I was wondering... I'm convinced❗️It's quite gassy✌️. You can see the bubbles on the glass. At the beginning of drinking, it's slightly sweet and slightly bitter. It's light because of the gas, but as it progresses it becomes thicker and thicker. But it doesn't linger. But it has a refreshing feeling that doesn't linger. I understood the meaning of the name "Danrei Fresh". I understood the meaning of the name "Danrei Fresh" well. I think it's better to drink it chilled ✌️. I'm sure you'll like it.

☀️ It was featured on the TV show "Seven Rules". A summer sake brewed by Maiko Tsuji, the head brewer at Tsuji Honten in Okayama Prefecture. Omachi rice 100% summer sake🐠 First time! Gozenshu & Hatsu! First time! You can feel the goodness of water on the palate. Fresh and fruity😊. Melon at first? Muscat? Then - banana flavor 🍌 It's refreshing but full of flavorful ministry. The sourness and bitterness of the banana flavor But the sharpness is outstanding 😉👍. It doesn't interfere with a meal 💡. Maiko Toji, your skin is beautiful✨ Sake effect⁉️ But your hands are... well, I don't mean to be rude 💦 but they were "working hands". I admire how you can do it all by yourself😊. It's no wonder he's so tough! They are the hands that support the sake world!

☀️ I had a pink label Jun Daigin before and it was delicious❣️I think I've had it since then 🧐. This is a different face of "Nozomu" from Jundaigin 💡. The first step is the top clearing. I'm not sure what to make of it. Yeah❗️It's a nascent yeast 😆. It's a little hard to drink just by the supernatant... Mix it up! Here comes the gas of activity 😁! The sourness and bitterness is mellowed and the lactic acidity is moderate. It's more of a umami type ☝️. It's very smooth and easy to drink 😉. You can feel the depth of "Akita Sakekomachi" ❗️ It's a different line from what I usually choose. (Because it looks so delicious 😅) The drinkability and sharpness❗️It's ummah ✨.

☔️ AKABU EARTH series has started 🌏. I've been drinking a lot of alcohol lately, so I'm not going to drink any more. It's a great way to start the day. I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. (based on the "zero calorie" theory from Ametalk 😆 ) It's like white wine but with rice🌾 The acidity is softer and more handsome than grape etc... It spreads fluffily and is absorbed quickly. It also has a sense of deliciousness, and most importantly, transparency✨. The cider is still alive and well! I'm so happy to be able to drink it again this year. I'm so happy to be able to drink it this year. (It's a little expensive, but it's a great match with sake with a white wine feeling👍)

It has a tingling sensation on the back of the tongue. What's different from usual is the richness! You can feel the flavor of the rice from the freshness of the mouth. I can feel the flavor of the rice ✌️. The bitterness makes it sharp, so it's good to drink while eating. It's also very drinkable on its own 😉. The color is a beautiful golden color✨ The aroma is... unique ☺️. What can I compare it to? I imagine it smells like an old wooden sake barrel that has been burned ❓ A spice from some other country❓ Anyway, it's a scent I've never smelled before 😆. When I drank it, well... it's mellow... It's beyond sweet, sour, bitter... The taste itself is not like that, but the unique aroma occupied me all the time😵 I'm sure someone who drinks it can describe it properly, but I can't 😭. But ❗️It was a good experience ✌️ It's so romantic that it's been sitting there for 30 years🥰 This craphane seems to have been a huge success ⤴️. It's because of the name value of "gangi" that we've been making delicious sake👍. I'm so glad I could be a part of it🤗.
