I had stocked up on this sake for the New Year's holiday, but my stomach was not feeling well, so I finally got around to opening it the other day. It's 40% polished Yamada Nishiki, but it's really good for the price❗. I love Hououmita, but I have not had it in a while💦. I've been drinking it for a while now and I really like it😊. I can't wait for the aroma to open up as the temperature rises✨.

It was a gift from a relative💦. I'm not interested in sake at all 😂. Thank you very much✨. The aroma is very flamboyant and I like it. The taste is pineapple🍍. There are a lot of people who feel the bitterness, but I personally find it pleasant and easy to drink. They didn't tell me how to get it, but I'm hoping to get another hard to find brand😏.

It's an exciting season with the new sake nigori rush 😋. Ohmine Yuki OnnaOur first time. It's light and easy to drink with muscat. It's 14 degrees and I drank a lot of it in one night🎵. It's a sad winter love. I hope to see you again next year ✨.

Fruity and easy to drink is exactly what it sounds like 🎵. The sweetness, acidity, and sharpness are in perfect balance😍. The taste changes well after opening the bottle😋. This is the first new sake in our house. I get excited when I taste origari or nigori. The Colligarami of Colligarage is very easy to drink. It has an excellent balance of umami and bitterness. It also has a nice crispness at the end that refreshes your mouth. It's delicious!

The first old sake in my life. They've been brewing it with rice for the past 7 years and blending it every year. The concept is interesting, so I bought it. It smells like candy cane and tastes like whiskey. It will go well with cheese, nuts, strong flavored food, and Chinese food!

This is my first Takihama as a gift. I don't often choose dry strains myself, but I like dishes and snacks with a lot of flavor, so I realized that this kind of thing is possible. Good with sushi too! It was delicious😋

My first Asahi hawk. I was fortunate to get it. The aroma and first touch is more sake-like than Jyushiyo. The sweetness spreads in the mouth, but it tightens up at the end, and the aftertaste is beautiful✨. There is also a sense of Jyuoshiyo in this area. I prefer the way the aftertaste disappears in the Jyushiyo, but maybe that's because it's an everyday sake. Takagi Shuzo's sake really gives you a sense of happiness.

This is a local brand of Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, which is famous for its sake. The package will be changed from October 1, so I bought it while I can. Personally, I prefer it to Saku. It has a green apple-like aroma and taste, and you don't feel the alcohol, and it goes down your throat without any hindrance. It disappears quickly and the aftertaste is beautiful. It is very delicious. The price is less than 2,000 yen for a Junmai Daiginjo in a box of any grade, which is too good for the cost. It's amazing that you can buy this level of sake in the sake section of your local supermarket...

Hiyaoroshi from Saku. If it becomes a limited product, it is tempting to buy it, but if it is Saku, there is no mistake no matter which one you drink 🎵. The aroma is more subdued than normal. The umami and acidity are also more relaxed. It has matured over the summer and everything has become rounder, I liked it when it was a little warmer after taking it out of the fridge✨.

I went to the sake shop to get some Hiyaoroshi, but they didn't have what I was looking for, and I've never had Moribari before, so I bought it. The aroma is not flashy, and the mouthfeel is slightly gassy, but it has an acidity like lactic acid. This sourness makes me feel sour depending on what I eat. It was the impression that the delicacy can be said to be typical of Kyoto.

It's been a long time since I've been to Collage Collage. I don't remember Collage being this good. It's fresh, with a melon-like flavor and a sourness like that of a grape. It has a perfect balance of flavors. The way it disappears in your mouth is also beautiful. I can drink this one without hesitation!

This sake is produced by Imuraya, famous for its Azuki bars and meat buns. The sake is well-balanced in both taste and aroma. It is a good point that they use Mie Prefecture's sake rice and yeast. I wonder if the strong price is because they are targeting tourists?
