I also bought a bottle of Ine Mankai at the same time, so I wondered what kind of unique sake it was...! I was dreading it.
I was a little scared, but from the moment I poured it into the Chirori, the color and aroma were light and gentle.
The color and aroma are light and gentle ☺️, and the aroma is mild even in the middle 🍵.
The first sip is softly sweet and delicious 🫧 the rice flavor that Japanese people love is in full bloom 🌾.

This is my first time to buy Tsukiyoshino's sake, but recently I've been seeing it a lot at Sakegawa.
I often see it at Sake-no-Wa, so I got it!

The sweet umami of the rice comes gently, followed by a hint of fragrance that spreads to the palate, and then a darker umami and bitterness that is firm and delicious! The sharp acidity in the back of the throat in the aftertaste is also impressive.
Probably not famous, but good! Successful connoisseurship at the store!
