cursive typeface I've been drinking it for about a month. Pure Daigin of "Tobiroki", 100% Yamadanishiki, 16% alcohol. sweet and bitter 😆. It starts with a clear pear-like sweetness Then it disappears, and then there is a spicy taste... I'm not sure if it's spicy or not, but it makes my mouth water. A little bit of sourness fades out✨. I love the sharpness ✌️. I finished it last night and it was the best last night! It was calmer and had more class to it😊. I've heard people say it has no personality. I've heard people say that it has no character, but I think that's true. I think there is something that is hard to describe 💡.

Hi Mariponu😃. I think so too❗️The assertion is never strong, but there is certainly a unique and elegant taste there. It's the kind of sake that makes you feel like you're secretly longing for it.

Hello, Mariponnu ^ ^. I also drank it at the end of January, but my first impression was My first impression was that it had no characteristic taste. I felt that it had no distinctive taste. But it is a sake that I think is a quintessential Tobiroki Junmai Daiginjo ☺️.
