It has a refined sweetness with no bitterness 👍 The most fancy ✨ in the Turtle Sea series. I thought it was 🤔 I've been drinking it from 5am first thing in the morning just to make sure 🤔👍👍. I've been drinking it since 5am first thing in the morning 🤣👍 I'm sure it's right 🙆🏻‍♂️ I'm going to continue to have zero liver rest days. I'm planning on 🍶&🥃 so I'll try to be a little more rare with my balls 😘hehe

I drank Viridian and thought Shinsei is delicious, but There are a lot of different kinds. I can't really tell the difference because they are all in the same direction. After I finished drinking it, I noticed that there is a set of 3 kinds I noticed the existence of 3 different kinds of sake sets 😅. Ash, Earth, and No.6X-type Let's start with a gulp of Ash! I can't tell any difference between it and the Viridian I just had. I can't tell the difference at all 🤣.

Oh shit... this was a food sake 😩. It's very matured and very dark 💦. Like biting into a sugar cane. Sweet, bitter, sour, graininess 🌾. But the umami is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! It's 18 degrees alc. Not a trendy taste I know there are many people who don't like it but I think people who like it will like it☺️. It's similar to Chochin. I like it a lot 💕 I heard the liquor store said this. I heard it's possible to age it at home and drink it. I think it tastes better when it's cold. I'll try that for junmai sake 😊.
