Purchased because of the impressive bottle design.
I bought it on impulse without any prior knowledge of the design and with the preconceived notion that it would taste good if it was made by hand.
I found out that the letters of the alphabet have a meaning, and the "H" stands for "Junmai".
When I drank it, I found that it had a fresh taste with a slightly fizzy mouthfeel, not unlike Junmai, but not as fruity as it should be.
However, the moderate carbonation makes it easy to drink.
I thought it was good as a food sake because it did not interfere with food. かいくんぱぱ720 about 1700 yen
Purchased because it is only available at this time of the year.
Unlike doburoku and nigori sake, it has a great sense of liveliness, and the richness, sweetness, and gaseousness can be felt in good balance.
I think it is a very good brand for enjoying seasonal sake as a variant.

After the gorgeous taste and aroma, the sake feeling comes quickly.

It was hot, so I decided to drink a summer sake from Sakuyabi.
I was worried about Kabutomushi and Shirokuma, but this was my first Sakuyabi.
This was the first Sakuyabi.
There is no gassy feeling, but the sweetness and acidity are well balanced in the mouth, and it quickly goes away.
It is delicious.
I really wanted to visit Yokouchi Sake Shop or Matsuzaki Urawa Parco store, but a family meeting decided to go to Koshigaya Laketown, so I quickly bought some at nearby Yamatsu Yanagiya, put it in the refrigerator, changed into mourning clothes, and headed to Koshigaya Laketown.

The bottle opens with a pleasant 'clunk' sound, typical of Kaze no Mori! The first sip was just as described, with a mellow aroma of green melon and cucumber, a soft sweet flavor, and the unique Akitsuho acidity that gradually spread out, and I finished the bottle lightly!
It was priced at 1,980 yen for 500ml, but this amount seems to be just right!
