Welcome 🤗Menchan! I don't know what Mr. Menshuoh is doing in Tokyo (he says it's a business trip), but anyway, welcome to the Menchan Kai! On the first day, we had a toast with MAJ, Ane-san, Nochi-san and 5 others 🍻. I'm sure there are better shellfish in Hokkaido, but we were attracted by the all-you-can-drink sake offer, so we went to Kaaimi. The best sake we had was Akirika Nigori (cloudy) 😋 We drank more and more of it. It was cloudy but not too sweet and refreshing ✨. It was a very short 2 hours. See you Wednesday 👋

It's my birthday on Iinikku day. I am drinking with sake delivered from my sister who is a great drinker 🍶. On the day of my birthday, my friends who have been working hard together for one-upping me celebrated with me! We rather love each other than each other's husbands 😘pic3 walking around Hamarikyu 🚶pic4 Singaporean food and beer from noon 🍻. Pic2 was lucky enough to have my family free (no, they were free ⁉️) on Iinik's day, so we had a celebration! The strawberries were so sweet 🍓. I wrote 'Ritsurin' and zetsu ......🙄 I heard it reads "Ritsurin" 🤗. When I said Kuribayashi, the waitress told me that she reads it as "Ritsurin" 🩵🫠. From left to right: Manjusen, Zoka in the middle, and Kuririn on the far right. The Kuririn was dry and smooth! It goes well with Tsumami✨The white liver is tender and delicious! This restaurant is very tasty from the appetizer! And it's retro and cozy. I want to go here at least once a month.

I bought this yesterday at Yokohama station. For my son who loves sake😆. He said this is still the best 👍 but he drank a little and finished it. The reason... he drank too much tequila yesterday and today was a day of reflection by himself 🤣. I saw bouken's post and learned that they changed from Brewing Forest to Yuki no Mayu. It still tastes good, muddy and sweet!

On the way home from a physical... I think I'll buy some sake and go home... I'll drink some! I'm so excited to be alone ✨. One glass of sharaku wasn't enough, so I ordered the next one, Gagaku ✨. I ordered a different sake to warm up, but the waitress rifled through the fridge right after. The waitress rifles through the fridge and says, "Wow! It's Garakudai! Can I drink it?" She replied, "Of course! It's a collaboration sake with Imanaya". This restaurant serves everything 🤗. I guess it hasn't been open long, but I love the tangy sensation it leaves on your tongue ✨I love it 😋That's what "light" means: ☝️ Shime saba (mackerel) with cream cheese and iburigakko (pickled ginger) was the best match. （I should have taken a picture.) I may come back next week 😆 and headed home with two bottles of sake at the restaurant!

I brought it to the restaurant for my sake-loving friends to drink. Of course, I couldn't drink a bottle of sake, so I had to replace it with a Yongo bottle 😉. A light touch that you can drink forever without getting tired of drinking. Wow, it's shwai pichi and delicious! It was highly appreciated by my friend and we both finished it in no time 😋. We had another drunken drinking session tonight 🍶.

I am taking a late summer vacation🌻 and returning to my parents' home. We went to an Italian restaurant that my sister had reserved for my mother's birthday celebration. It was raining hard, but the place was packed😳It seemed to be quite a popular restaurant. My son also happened to be in Kanto for training, so I invited him to Niigata. His mother was overjoyed because she thought she would not be able to see her grandson for a while ✨It was the best birthday present of all 😊. I bought this one at Ponshukan too...whenever I see Koryu, I pick it up. And I knew I liked the taste 👏My mom and sister were happy to drink it too! It has sweetness and acidity, and the balance is perfect. It's a direct-from-the-middle bottle, so it has a high degree of alcohol content and is delicious. The next day, the bubbles disappeared and the taste became more subdued, but my mother seemed to like the bubbles and said, "You should have drunk it all in one day. She said "I should have finished it in one day" 🤣That's what I expected👍.

How are you doing? I haven't checked in in a while! This drink is just too good ✨. I'm taking a late summer vacation🌻 and going back to my parents' house. My sister has been a fan of this brewery ever since she went on a tour of the Imadaiji brewery and bought some for me... Naturally, I was in a pretty good mood after drinking it during the day and went to Ponshukan ☝️ and bought 3 bottles in just a few minutes 😆. I went home and started the third party ❣️ and had it cold at room temperature 😋. I was so impressed with Imadaiji's work. It is full-bodied and the deliciousness of the rice fills your mouth. Niigata sake goes well with food 😋 Sake, snacks, sake, snacks...I can't stop 😊. The third picture is of the Sea of Japan. Sadogashima Island can be seen in the back 🌊.

Souku drinking comparison✨Luxurious 😊I didn't taste the Yamada Nishiki, but I bought it thinking it was a sure thing. I didn't taste the Yamada Nishiki, but I was sure it would be the best ✨It never betrays you. Compared to the Omachi, it is more refreshing and dry. But when pouring it, it's still very smooth. Yamadanishiki goes well with meals. I prefer Omachi to drink by itself. Yumachi is more fruity and my favorite 🎶.

I opened a bottle of Aozora that I bought from Fujioka Sake Brewery in Kyoto to compare... Of course, I could take a tour of the brewery, but I won't 😆 That's terrible 😆 No, it's ok, it's just me and Ane-san from ‼️. I kind of know how to make it 😆 (What? (What? What's that? LOL!) We compared the sake in Kyoto and I liked Omachi the best❤️ Nama Sake😊. It's still delicious no matter how many times I drink it 😋 I can tell it's tender when I pour it. Yummma👍

I actually bought a bottle of sake🤭 to drink on the bullet train on the way back from Kyoto... but I made the mistake of waking up 10 minutes before arrival to have a good night's sleep😪... After eating sweets on the bullet train, I lost my memory 💦. I finally opened the bottle at home. The aroma is fruity, melon-like. Clear and crisp like a white wine. ‼️ Today I'm going to pair it with hamburgers... My son will be transferred to Osaka next week. I asked him what he wanted to eat and he said 'hamburger steak', so this is my last supper. I know that's an exaggeration, but I'm going to make it with all my love and send him off 💕.

It is the last day of my trip to Kyoto. We are going home slowly. Ane-san's mother gave me a lift to the nearest station 🚗In the car, she never stops talking about her bullet train 😆 and her stories are so interesting 🤣I wish I had talked more about them! She is indeed Ane-san's mother, and she spits venom too 😉. Yuka-chan, can you get married? I think we had a conversation about getting married when we were born again 💕 (too old, too old 🤢) or not 🤪... 🤪. After buying some souvenirs at Kyoto station, we had our last sake party 🍶 at Mie restaurant, even though it is in Kyoto! At first there was a snack set, so we went in for that, but then there was Jikkom ✨, Tamitsu, Saku... the menu was whispering to us to drink. Let's drink from one end to the other 😁It's been a while since I had a Saku. It's still fruity and delicious 😋. I bought a few different kinds of sake from Kyoto and will enjoy them at home. Getting tipsy at Aozora 🎶Lunch🎶. I know I'm persistent, but I'm finally here at her parents' house 😆 also known as Ane-san💕. I greeted his lovely mother, who is the exact duplicate of Ane-san, and brazenly stayed with her for 2 days 😅. Day 1 in Kyoto: Arashiyama -> Fujioka Sake Brewery -> Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine -> Heian Shrine -> Concert at Rohm Theater -> Mahjong Club Online (MC) after returning home We had a dense and rich day 😊. First, the sake we drank at the Fujioka Sake Brewery. Never tour a sake brewery 😆 Saturday they said they don't have a set of sake to compare, so let's make our own! We chose the unfiltered raw sake Omachi, Ogara-mi Omachi, and Ogara-mi Aizan. The unfiltered Omachi was my favorite. We went to lunch, tipsy 🍶.

I don't know how much we drank 😆 As expected from Osaka, Kaorin and Ane-san talked about Tigers in a funny way 🥂I was impressed by their funny stories.
