I "imagine" that Banshu Aizan ❤️ is a very drinkable 😅. じゅにちThis year, for the first time, I tried a 39 from Kangiku Meikozo, a sake brewery that is the pride of Chiba Prefecture, where my parents live. The aroma is subdued, but in the mouth it tastes like juicy, sweet pineapple. It is crisp and not at all sweet. The moderate gasiness is also pleasant. It is very tasty! 

flos_lingua_estIt had been a while since I had a chance to drink sake with friends, and this was the sake I brought. I had a hard time deciding what kind of sake to bring, but I chose a refreshing dry sake because they were the polar opposites of an extreme drinker and someone who is not used to drinking.
From the moment it was opened, it had a gaseous feeling that was hard to believe it was fire-added, and you could feel it as freshness when you sipped it.
The aroma was clear and fresh, with a hint of muscat, grape-like astringency, and a bitterness similar to citrus fruits.
As the temperature rises, a banana-like aroma filled with sake-like characteristics peeks out. It is wonderful to be able to enjoy the difference in taste even with changes in temperature.
It is a clear, dry sake that goes down well with snacks, and some people drank it very fast, saying it was delicious.
As was the case with Morishima, which I drank just before, this sake is excellent as a food sake, so I personally like to pair it with fish. It goes well with grilled fish, sashimi, or anything else.
I've never tried it with grilled meat or spare ribs, but I think it might work with them too..! I don't think it would go well with stew.

It's a stunning sports drink colored ooze with tiny rice grains drifting 🌾.
Soft sweetness and fine acidity are irresistible 😚.
It's banana-like🍌 on the entry and crisp with a sourness at the end.
I can see bubbles 🫧 in the glass, so it seems to be slightly carbonated, but I don't feel too much gas, it passes by leaving a refreshing impression 😁.
This year again, it has sweetness and rice flavor, but with the lightness that is typical of Sairai 🤗. ひなはなママHi Hiro, good evening😄.

flos_lingua_estI had never had a chance to try it. One day, I suddenly thought that the standard dry sake might be hi-ire, so I asked a question at a liquor store and found out that it was also hi-ire. So I decided to keep it at room temperature and drink it whenever I wanted to, so I kept it in the closet. It was convenient because I was just looking for some standard dry sake and this was one of the candidates.
It seems to be similar in direction to the Tengu Mai Yamahai Namaizu that I had just had. The main difference is that it has less acidity and is therefore more crisp.
On the first day, it was quite alcoholic or had some classical peculiarities, but after the next day, it suddenly became more coherent and less stuck.
Perhaps it was the Taheizan 3104 that I was drinking with it, but it seemed strangely more organized or beautiful, or somehow less stuck in the drink.
It is indeed a fire-entry. It does not deteriorate even after a few days, and even seems a little milder after about 10 days, and the impression remains almost the same until the end. For my personal taste, the 5th day was the best.

This is a Halloween🎃 label that has been posted on many Sake Wawa.
I only bought this one here 💁 for refrigerator reasons.
It is slightly carbonated🫧 and has a strawberry🍓 like sweetness and light acidity😙.
There is a bit of astringency at the end and I'm wondering if it's more apple🍎 leaning? I'm not sure 😅.
Fresh with a slurpy throat!
The refreshing sweetness will help you to shed the fatigue of the day and refresh you 🥰.
After a day, it became a little rounder, and after 2 days, it became even rounder and felt like a freshly picked peach 🍑.

I bet your red dragonfly is delicious 😋. 谷泉能登の酒を止めるな! 鶴野酒造店×天領盃酒造原酒 じゅにちI happened to see this Noto support sake at a local liquor store, Matsuzaki Shinjuku. It is a collaboration between Tsuruno Shuzo, a Noto sake brewery that was damaged by last year's earthquake, and Tenryohai Sake Brewery on Sado Island in Niigata Prefecture. While the top aroma is modest, the taste on the palate is fruity and beautiful, like muscat. It is not sweet, but rather clean, crisp, and delicious 😋. keitaSoft sweetness with a slight sourness and bitterness.
The aftertaste is refreshing and very easy to drink 🍶. 
じゅにちJikkomai is a bottle that I won in a raffle sale at the Matsuzaki Shinjuku liquor store in Kawagoe, Japan. Moreover, it was a bottle! I couldn't decide when to open it. I decided to open it tonight after going to a Yose at a hall of Stella West in Fujimino City, Saitama Prefecture, and listening to a rakugo story about sake by Sanyutei Koyuzo, the master.
I decided to open it tonight after listening to a rakugo story by Sanyutei Koyuzo. The first aroma is elegant, like that of wasanbon. In the mouth, it has a sweet and sour taste like strawberries with a pleasant aftertaste that cuts through quickly. This is a sake to be treasured. ma-ki-Good evening, Jyunichi-san!

It is dry, refreshing, and has a good aftertaste. It is a great sake to pair with meals. The alcohol content can be felt well. The whale's tail on the label is stylish. 

flos_lingua_estI looked up when was the last time I had a drink and it was 2 years ago...it's been a long time but it wasn't as long ago as I took it...I thought it was 3 years ago...lol
I've been drinking it for a while, but this summer will be my first time to try the Gin Nigori. The first time I went to the beach, I was in the middle of the night, and I was in the middle of the city, and I was in the middle of the night.
The aroma is a strong, alcohol-driven strain. The aroma is very strong. It is similar to the Yamagata Masamune that I had before this one. It is delicious with a strong umami flavor!
Compared to Yamagata Masamune, this one is more rough, powerful, or guttural. It is on the edge of being harsh depending on the conditions.
It is recommended to drink it in a well chilled state with a sake cup that makes it difficult to detect the aroma. As a meal, it goes well with well-seasoned grilled fish and, as in summer, grilled meat.
For a sake that is supposed to be drunk with strong flavors during meals, it is a little difficult for people like me who want to drink it by itself, so I have to be the one to match it.

A bottle of sake made from local rice and brewed with a noble brewing process will be served on the tray.
The alcohol content is low at 11 degrees and there is a slight effervescence.
As described, it is fresh, soft, sweet and acidic, and easy to drink 🍶.
It is an easy-drinking sake 🍶!

flos_lingua_estHere is the first sake of the second half of 2025! They are releasing a different tank of Yamagata Masamune Natsuno-Junmai, which impressed me last year, and I would like to have the tank #1 one that I bought before. However, the package is not clearly marked, so if you are not careful, you will not know which is which lol!
It seems to use yeast #14 which produces a lot of isoamyl acetate. I see...no wonder I like it so much! The aroma is banana-like both on the nose and in the nose. The banana-like aroma is not gorgeous, as it is backed up by the alcohol-like aroma, but the delicious vinegar is not harsh, moist, and smooth, making it easy to drink.
The sweetness is so pleasant that you can drink it by itself when it is cold. However, as the temperature rises, the spiciness comes out and the flavor becomes stronger, making it a perfect food sake.
It is a slightly mellow, modern dry sake. Personally, I prefer it cold, but if you like it strong, you may prefer it when it is warmed up. In general, it was right in the middle of my favorite and very tasty. I am very impressed. ハリーSono Kangiku Discovery Series
