This is Sara. I was planning to go to Matsuzaki Kawagoe sometime in the future, but I had to go to Kawagoe, so I went there for the first time. The Nakafuku main store is closer to my house, but... The taste is elegant and sweet! I want to drink it regularly. I heard it is ranked No. 2 in Saitama on some website. I hope it won't be as hard to find as Hanerbi.

Overall 10 (out of 10) We completed our move today😃. But it's only about a 5 minute walk away 😅. The sake I pulled out to celebrate is from Aichi prefecture where Pekho and I have our parents' home, Kuheiji🍶. It's delicious 😋. Cutting sweet-umami type👍 The main taste is sweet and umami, but it also has an astringent and spicy taste that is not so obvious but works well in the background so that it doesn't end there 👍👍. I had it chilled. The aroma I felt was -Aroma: Ginjo aroma👍 -Aroma: Slightly astringent taste on the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum). -Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1 -Rice flavor: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light Bigger number = thicker (5 is the maximum)

Two summer sakes and Mitsuo Yamakawa's Yamagata Masamune times were my personal dots. The autumn sake has a good reputation, so we will have it with high expectations. It has a sweet aroma. It is as sweet as ever even when you swallow it. Although it is sweeter than the standard Omachi, the sweetness is just right and supports the umami, creating a very good balance. The ratio of sweetness to umami is about 7:3. It has a freshness and freshness as if it were a new sake, but with a pleasant acidity and soft sake quality, it is not too spicy and has a mellow mouthfeel, giving it a good autumnal sake taste. But what is interesting is that it is not just a soft, modern sake. It has a classical atmosphere with a strong alcoholic character, which is the quality of Yamagata Masamune. Overall, it has a fresh, light fruitiness, somewhat like a pear. This does not change even after a few days from the first day. It also has aromas of apple and pineapple. We chose a standard Omachi for the comparison, but this one has a distinct sweetness and plenty of flavor. The juiciness from the acidity and sourness of the other one? I enjoyed both as moist and umami sake! It was a good sake that had both autumn-agari-like and un-autumn-agari-like elements.

Overall 8 (out of 10) I bought "Sairai" which I was curious about from your post on Sake no Wa 😃. According to the description Enjoy the harmony created by the elegant ginjo aroma, the sweetness of the rice, and the fine acidity. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Delicious 😋. At first, the gentle ginjo aroma before drinking gives the impression of dryness, which is slightly different from what you might expect. The sweetness of the rice soon follows, giving the impression of a gentle aftertaste. The opposite image of a sweet sake with a spiciness that gives it a sharpness. The sweetness of the rice softens the sharpness of the dry sake. I got such an impression 😋👍 I served it chilled. The image of the aroma that I felt... -Aroma: A strong ginjo aroma 👍 -Aroma: A slight spiciness that passes through the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 1 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 1 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 -Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste -Rice flavor: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Small number = light and smooth Large number = thick and rich (5 is the maximum)

☀️ Soft sweet aroma as soon as the bottle is opened 😊. Pineapple and green apple sweetness, astringency. The sweetness is a little more mellow. Astringent taste is still the same. No carbonation 🫧 at all, so it has a calm atmosphere. Mild sweetness stands out in a moist structure. After 2 days after opening the bottle, the astringency and mellowness are lessened and the refreshing coolness is more ⤴️. It was more settled after a day😊.

Overall 9 (out of 10) I got Tasake Akita Sake Komachi 🍶😃. Delicious 😋❣️ The umami with a sense of transparency and a weak astringency that accentuates the taste. I got the impression of a lingering sense of transparency rather than a crisp cut 😋. Compared to yesterday's Tasake Yamahai, Yamahai has a sense of maturity and this Akita Sake Komachi has a sense of transparency. That's my impression! As expected of Tasake, both are very good 😋. Tasake has a complex taste and is cleverly assembled. I am inexperienced in sake, but I can't decipher the taste! I drank half of it to write my impressions again 😅 I drank it chilled. The aroma I felt was -Aroma: Ginjo aroma -A hint of astringency in the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 -Astringency: 1 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste -Rice flavor: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light and smooth Bigger number = thicker and richer

Overall 9 (out of 10) I got the Tasake Yamahai 🍶😃. According to the description by the brewery According to the description by the brewery, "a well-balanced sake with a good balance of umami and sweetness that even those who don't like Yamahai sake will be captivated by it." It's delicious 😂. It's delicious 😋❣️ The taste is different from what you would expect from the rich aroma, with umami and a woody astringency (an astringency that reminds you of a wooden barrel that has been used for many years) that spreads in your mouth. The aroma, umami, and this astringency are in total balance, and it is a classic without feeling classic 👍. It's a complex and difficult taste 😋. I drank half of it to write my impression😅 I drank it chilled. I was able to taste the aroma of the wine. -Aroma: Full aroma👍 Aroma: Aroma that is rich and full 👍 - Aroma: Aroma of astringency that passes through the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Astringency: 3 at the beginning → 2 lingering -Rice flavor: Start 2→ Lingering 2 Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light and smooth Bigger number = thicker and richer

Even when the astringency is sharp, it maintains a beautiful balance, which is what makes Tasake 💕complex, deep, and such a sake impression is indeed difficult! It's one of the charms of sake that makes you keep on drinking. I left some for tomorrow's sake comparison - ❗️

Overall 9 (out of 10) Jay & Nobby's, after Team Orange we also got this sake that is part orange 🧡😃. Different lots of the same brand have different descriptions, and this Yonotori was no different 😮. The third photo is the one we received this time and the fourth photo is the one we received in May this year! According to the description Aroma of wild fruits such as apricot and raspberry. It also has an earthy aroma of earth and soup stock. and "earthy aroma like earth and soup stock are also latent. Delicious 😋. I have never heard the expression "earthy aroma" before, but now that you mention it, I think I can feel a different kind of tangy taste behind the sweetness, which is not the tangy taste of rice 🤔. It is such a noble sake, mainly sweet but not only sweet 👍 I think it's a good idea to try it. -Aroma: Ginjo aroma👍 -Aroma: Slight scent of wood vat and rice. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 5 at the beginning → 4 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 -Astringency: 1 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste -Rice flavor: 1 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 Mouthfeel I felt】→4 Smaller number = smooth Larger number = thicker and richer (5 is the maximum)

☀️ The back of the bottle says it is a refreshing sake for early summer. It has a sweet and sour taste. Compared to other sake brands, the acidity is stronger with less sweetness 🧐. The balance of sweet and sour, combined with the slight carbonation, gives it a clear, sharp taste and a nice clean finish. The aftertaste has a thin sweetness of rice.... The type of sake was different from the ones we have had in the past and gave us a fresh impression 🤩. If the same brand is different depending on the season, I want to drink it every time 🥰.

Overall 8 (out of 10) This is my first Wakayama sake 🍶😃. According to the description. It tries to express the good quality water of Kishu. It is characterized by its softness on the palate and its aroma when it enters the mouth." They say. Delicious 😋. It is exactly like water, silky light, but with a weak but strong aging taste (I can't find the right word to describe it, but it tastes like a strong Shaoxing wine) that works well, making it silky light, not shallow and not thin👍. I had it chilled. The aroma is as follows. -Aroma: Slightly spicy ginjo aroma. -Aroma: Aroma of rice and a little bit of a tangy taste. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 3 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 1 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 1 at the beginning → 0 aftertaste -Bitterness: 1 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 -Astringency: 1 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 -Rice flavor: 2 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→ 2 Smaller number = light and smooth Bigger number = thicker
