It doesn't have the deep sweetness of Jikin, but I felt the aesthetics of straight drinking 😎.
As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases and the mouthfeel feels softer.

Last year it was a library picture, this year it's a portrait 🧐.

First of all, just sake 🍶.
Sweetness and sourness. The sweetness is a quiet sweetness reminiscent of cherry 🍒. The acidity is stronger than the sweetness.
Hmmm, more acidity than last year 🤔.
Smell is mature and doesn't interfere with food. ☺️
I will eat it with Osechi dishes😄.
It becomes dry and tight when combined with kamaboko (fish cake).
When combined with kazuzu, it becomes mellow with sweetness.
It is a great balance.

The carbonation is just so strong, and it's shrieking from start to finish 🫧.
Slightly sweet with a strong acidity abe武蔵野蒸留所 collaborationおりがらみ貴醸酒 keitaA bottle using Musashino Distillery's "Spine Ball" for the preparation.
The mouthfeel was a little tangy, yet sweet like muscat and lychee, and very easy to drink 🍶. keitaLactobacillus beverage type flavor, pleasant bitterness that leaves a piquancy and stimulation.
Little sweetness, moist mouthfeel keitaOpened a bottle of No.6 Xmas-type that I got in a New Year's goody bag this year🎄.
The sizzling sensation remains from the first sip to the end of the bottle 🍾.
It is slightly sweet and feels more like a Western sake than a Japanese sake. keitaA bottle I bought because of its color.
Gentle acidity and firm sweetness, this sake is more like a dessert to be enjoyed on its own than with a meal 🍶. ヒロ☀️
The sake rice is Bizen Omachi🌾.
I bought the label, but since it's Ni-Hare, I have faith that it won't slip up 😤.

The label seems to be a remake of the 7th generation Sentori label 🧐.
Now for the taste...
I can see small bubbles at the bottom of the boar cup 🫧.
But I don't feel any carbonation.
On the palate, it is sweet and sour like apricots🤭.
The sourness is subdued and the sweetness is brought forward. The sweetness envelops the sourness, and it can be drunk calmly and gentlemanly without being turned away by the acidity 😌.
Nevertheless, the acidity is well perceived and it goes down the throat well.
The perfect balance of acidity gives it a sense of depth 😳.
I would like to drink this one modern and classic too 🤩.

The weak sweetness and umami, and the acidity, which is filled with citrus-like bitterness such as lime, create a three-dimensional effect.

The autumn sake has a good reputation, so we will have it with high expectations.
It has a sweet aroma. It is as sweet as ever even when you swallow it. Although it is sweeter than the standard Omachi, the sweetness is just right and supports the umami, creating a very good balance. The ratio of sweetness to umami is about 7:3.
It has a freshness and freshness as if it were a new sake, but with a pleasant acidity and soft sake quality, it is not too spicy and has a mellow mouthfeel, giving it a good autumnal sake taste.
But what is interesting is that it is not just a soft, modern sake. It has a classical atmosphere with a strong alcoholic character, which is the quality of Yamagata Masamune.

We chose a standard Omachi for the comparison, but this one has a distinct sweetness and plenty of flavor. The juiciness from the acidity and sourness of the other one?
