The first bottle on New Year's Eve was a bottle of Hachitan-Nishiki draft. I went back to my parents' house and drank with my three male brothers 😊. Tasake Tokubetsu Junmai Shu Yamahai Brewing My favorite Tasake's special junmai sake. This time it's yamahai brewing: ✌️ I wanted to drink it warmed up... 🍶. It has more acidity than the regular Tokujun. It has more acidity than the normal Tokujun and it cuts through quickly. When heated up, the umami of the rice comes out. The acidity keeps the sharpness. The overall taste is softened and delicious... 😋. I'll savor it in a bottle 😊. Heated sake is delicious this time of year 🤤.

Tenpoichi Junmai Nao Kumi Nama Last week, I had dinner with a customer in Fukuyama City. I thought it was a good opportunity to try a local sake... I drank Tenpoichi for the first time! It was so delicious that I was going to drink something else. I had another glass of Tempo-Ichi 😅. It's soft and easy to drink... I went to the store this weekend and found some more Tenpoichi 😳 And it was a bottle of ✌️ I had to bring this one home 😁. It's the first new sake of the year... It's fresh as new sake should be😆. Unlike the impression I had the other day, it's a bit naughty... Unreservedly like a child, yet Pure and pleasant 😌. Thick umami flavor spreads all over the mouth. The strong acidity gives it a refreshing kick ✨. It's assertive but crisp and easy to drink Very easy to drink 😋. It's also interesting to meet this kind of sake 🤣.

Nichinichi Yamadanishiki Second Brewing Season Sake from Sumino Sake Shop's hanpukai It's been a long time since I've had a Nichinichi... The price is too high for me to afford it myself 🥲. I'm glad I can buy it from the hanpukai... 😊. If it tastes good... even better 😌. Harmony of umami and acidity typical for a sake brew 🎶. Bubbles on the glass make it a little petit 🫧. After the fine aftertaste, it lightly and beautifully finishes. It is really delicious sake 😋. Picked in the field Cabbage with claypot meat 🥬. Chinese cabbage with hot tofu from ......... with... 🤤. I wish I could buy it easily 😅

Akabu Junmai Shu NEW BORN This is Akabu's newest sake ✨. It was a disappointment in a good way 😳. Very fresh and juicy 🍐. I don't remember Akabu being this sweet 🙄. It tasted different from what I imagined it to be 🙄 but I enjoyed it very much 😋. I shouldn't have preconceived notions about alcohol 😁.
