The light acidity rounds out the aftertaste nicely...
It goes away quickly... 😌😌😌...
This time it's especially fresh ✨
It's pitch perfect 🤤.
When heated up, the sweetness and sourness become clear...
The push and pull waves are like a big wave... 🌊 🌊 🌊...
Freshness is still there...
This is delicious!
I can get through this winter on this sake alone... ⛄

Our first Fukuoka sake was this one 🤗.
In retrospect, I saw that the taste changes depending on the entrée... I guess this is the push and pull of the waves!
That said, this sake is not enough 🤣.

Then the acidity that finishes nicely is the undertow 🌊.
I interpret it as 😁.
I can drink it hot or cold with a bottle of sake... and of course I drink other sake with it 🤣.
