I wasn't aiming for this, but just happened to have all three available at the right time, so I decided to compare them ✨.
I went to Yamamoto based on information from Nemuchi and they still had a few bottles left 👀.
When I opened the bottle, it almost spewed strongly so I had to open and close it 3 times 🫙.
Strong carbonation. Good balance of sweetness and bitterness with a clean pull.
No wonder so many people are addicted to "Hirotogawa no nigori" 💡.
This was my first Hirotogawa, but if it is this good, I am curious to try the regular version.

I have always had a strong impression that "aluzoe" is a term used to describe a sake that tastes bad but is made to taste good by adding aluzoe, and I began to think that we were losing money by avoiding aluzoe.
Of course, I have had Junmai Toyo Bijin before and I know it is delicious, so I chose this sake because I thought I could experience the taste of Daiginjo more with this sake 😀.
When I opened the bottle, I could smell the delicious ginjo aroma.

I used to be a Junmai-sake supremacist because of a certain manga, but thanks to Gakki and some other great sake brewers, I've started to drink a lot more.
You should try different kinds of sake without prejudice. ❗️ boukenThe color is like beer. The aroma is like barley tea or hojicha with a hint of sweetness. It also has a coffee-like flavor.
When you drink it, it is bitter with a hint of sweetness. It is gassy, barley-like, and sweet, like Mekkol (anyone know what I'm talking about?). Who can tell?)

In my case, Jikin really depends on the luck of the draw 🤣.
Last year I tried 5 times and won 4-1, which is a high percentage, but the only raw was nigori 🤣.

The entrée was a picnic set from a wood-fired pizza shop in the park 🧺.
There were several bottles of Hanami sake in the fridge, but I was right in choosing this one😇.
The cheese on the pizza matched well with the sweet and sour taste of the peach nigori, and both the pizza and the sake were delicious😇
