The second bottle we opened at the same time today is also from Takachiyo's Orikarami 😀. We compared the three sakes: Sakazukin-chan at room temperature, Takachiyo-san's supernatant and the orizumi mixed with the orizumi but returned to room temperature😇. The Sakazukin-chan and Kochira's supernatant were very similar in taste 😇. However, the one mixed with Ori immediately transformed the taste, adding a more Japanese sweetness to the umami...it was like a fresh, fresh, hydrated pear😇. In my opinion, Kachiyo-san with Ori mixed in was the most delicious 😇.

Happy Halloween! Since it's Halloween, we're opening two bottles of Takachiyo-san at the same time today 😇! Takachiyo-san is said to be made with the image of a fruit flavor, and I felt a sweet and delicious taste of green melon from this Takachiyo-san 😀. I felt the taste of Sakazukintyan after a year's absence was even better than last year's impression 😀.

For my second bottle for my birthday, I decided to go with Date Seven with a 7 of 67😇. This is also the sake recommended by everyone last year 😀. This year, Hakurakusei and Urakasumi were responsible for brewing this year, but I had not had Urakasumi yet, so I chose this Urakasumi Style Traditional Sea 😀. Kaorin took a half day off to prepare a cake and decorations for us today 😀. The best match for the fruit-filled cake was Urakasumi with its robust flavor 😇. By the way, Kaorin gave me a hat with a lot of Dodgers patches on it 😀. It would be good for hiking in the mountains 😇

Last year (2023) I got hooked on amber for outside drinking during this season. This time (2024), I wanted to drink it at home somehow, so I bought it at Yamamoto in Morinomiya. The aroma of apricot and the refreshing sweetness 💨. The aftertaste was clean for a hiyaoroshi, and it was very easy to drink without being sticky. The label is also very autumnal. 720 mL ¥ 1,980

Today's sake is Kudokidobue 😀! I had previously obtained a Hakutsuru-nishiki sake rice for the first time from Jikin, and got this Kudokidobee to compare them, but since Jikin's Hakutsuru-nishiki had already been opened at the brewery open house that the Kansai Sake-no-wa gathered for, I opened the bottle by myself 😀. The taste is a bit different from Kudokutei's usual sake, but from the first aroma to the mouth and down the throat, it is fruity yet firm and very nice sake 😀. Hakutsuru-nishiki is said to be the brother sake rice of Yamadanishiki, and I would like to try Hakutsuru-nishiki brewed by Hakutsuru-san next time 😇.

Thank you for participating in the brewery opening 🙏2️⃣ 1️⃣ This is the last sake for this event, Jikin's Kimoto Akaban Omachi😇. In the 12 bottles I chose this time, I had one bottle each of Jikin-san, Shinshu Kamerei-san and Shinmasa-san 😀. However, I had prepared 5 more bottles each for Mr. 🐢 and Mr. Shinmasa in the additional order, but I didn't hear from them at all 🤣. I guess everyone is in favor of Jikin-san ❓😅😅. Anyway, the brewery party ended without any problems. Thanks to the organizer, Umaisan, and everyone who attended, we were able to have a fun day 😇 There were a lot of things we didn't do well, but please don't let this stop you from coming back for the second Yasubee Kurabiraki 🙏 🙇‍♀️🙏

Summer Nigorinpik 100 Today is Tanabata, and we are celebrating with a total of 100 bottles of nigori sake this season at our house 🎉! This is the second appearance of Hirotogawa nigori sake this season. Last season we wanted to drink Hirotogawa Nigori but finally couldn't get it...so this season we got two bottles each of Jigokawa Nigori and Hirotogawa Nigori as soon as the season started😇. I was prepared that I would not be impressed when I first drank them since they had been stored for more than half a year, but that was not the case at all. Even though it is not called "active nigori", the bottle was opened slowly, but even with automatic stirring, a nice aroma spread at once and the tongue was well-stimulated😇. I knew a nice nigori would remain fresh and tasty even after a little bit of storage 🙆🙆. The 100th bottle was also nice 😇

It's been a while since I've had a "Bida" 🍶. Dry but with a hint of sweetness 😋. It's still delicious😍! I can't bring it anywhere near me, so I end up going to the back of the fridge 😅. I'm a little reluctant to open a bottle on an empty day, but for some reason I still crave it 😍. I still have to drink it regularly 😊.

This is a post from the day before yesterday😅 It's been a while since I took you to "Mimuro Cedar" 🍶. I remember the taste vaguely. I thought it was easy to drink back then 💦. So I opened the bottle and drank it 😊. The aroma is subdued (←somewhat surprising), and I take a sip, a little puzzled by the difference from my image... 😱... The taste is also completely different from the image 😱. This is a very different memory 💦. Dry and refreshing. The spiciness is assertive and strong. This is delicious in this way, but... the exact opposite of what I imagined, and the surprise ‼️ was so intense that I finished the first day in a confused state 🤣. I let it sit for a day and on the second day... The aroma is mellowed 😍This is it. When I took a sip, it was exactly as I had imagined at first, mellow, with the umami of the rice and a gentle overall feeling 😋. I'm surprised at the dramatic change in one day😅

This will be my first time drinking Eiko-Fuji's AiYama🤣. However, it is definitely a delicious Eiko-Fuji, and AiYama is one of my favorite sake rice...how can it not be delicious? The aroma was unexpectedly light on the nose, but the taste was sweet and delicious 😀. It has some nuances similar to the Junmai Daiginjo of Murasaki Uchu that we had yesterday 😇. But the taste of sweetness is not simply fruity, it's quite a complex sweetness 😀. But in the end, it was a delicious sake without being clingy 😇.
