The other day I drank a new regime of Tenmei's Hakuten Sei and made a fuss that this is not the taste of Tenmei's Hakuten that I like 🤣. Not that it tasted bad by any means, but I felt the taste was going in a different direction😅. Today I'm trying again with lightly nigori-styled Momoten 😀. Momoten light nigori is delicious😇 The taste was so impactful and delicious that I can't remember the taste of the old Momoten 😀. Momoten is a good choice 😀. The flavor may be even better than the Sake Mirai from Hanayuup, Junmai Daiginjo from Romain, and Muryozan from Kido that we compared today 😇. I'm looking forward to compare them now that we have both the former and the new Kurotempatsu fire-returned brews lined up at our house 😀.

Finally, we are down to the last 4 prefectures for the second week of our sake tour of Japan 😀 Today, we have chosen Kagawa Prefecture from among the 4 prefectures. Today we chose Kagawa Prefecture from among them 😇. Kagawa prefecture also has the same Sanuki Kuraudai as the first round 😀. Kaorin was shouting for the first time in a long time that this was not sake 😀. No matter how many times I drink it, this is definitely an adult Calpis 🤣. And today we tried a little twist...we made it on the rocks too 🤣. This is just regular slightly diluted calpis 😅....no, no, no....if there is even a little bit of alcohol in it, kids can't drink it 🤣. In summer, Sanukikuraudai on the rocks might be good too😇.

for some reason 　I was in the mood for a drink. 　　I opened the bottle. Today is my 　anniversary 　　　　　Tawara Yasube I'm so happy to be here... 🤣. The day before yesterday, I drank a bottle of Jikin's Omachi Hi-ire, which was delicious, so although it was not a special day at all, I wanted to drink Jikin slowly at home today 🤣. There was also a Hi-ire Oumachi, but I dared to choose the Hachitan-Nishiki Nama today 😇. Zik Jikin 😇 As expected of Jikin, which has a good balance of sweetness, umami, acidity and bitterness in every bottle 😇 Compared to the Jikin Omachi Hi-ire that I drank the day before yesterday, I felt that the Omachi was moist and beautiful and the Hachitanishiki was gorgeous and beautiful... 😀 That's the difference between the Hi-ire and the Raw. I couldn't tell if it was the difference between Hi-ire and Nama or the difference in the rice used for the sake 🤣. The sake we drank together, Sairai and Haneya's Kasumi Sake, was also delicious and we had a delicious home drinking experience😇!

New 3 major nigori drink comparison Hirotogawa version I wasn't aiming for this, but just happened to have all three available at the right time, so I decided to compare them ✨. I went to Yamamoto based on information from Nemuchi and they still had a few bottles left 👀. When I opened the bottle, it almost spewed strongly so I had to open and close it 3 times 🫙. Strong carbonation. Good balance of sweetness and bitterness with a clean pull. No wonder so many people are addicted to "Hirotogawa no nigori" 💡. This was my first Hirotogawa, but if it is this good, I am curious to try the regular version. 720 mL ¥ 1,760

Spring Sake & Nigorinpic0️⃣ 9️⃣ We've had a series of dry and strong sake, which is rare in our house, so today we chose Harukoyi, which we can imagine that it's low alcohol, sweet and tasty and can be drunk with gusto 😀. It was far more than I imagined 😇 It was like drinking a strawberry smoothie 🍓. It was a delicious sake with a sweet and sour taste that came through in a thick drink 😇. And the Himeji-jo by Ryuriki that we compared today, the strong fizziness of the first day was gone a little and the cherry taste that I felt on the first day came out more clearly and turned into a delicious sake with a slightly pungent taste and the delicious cherry taste can be recognized 🤣. It's also fun to enjoy the changes in taste after the bottle is opened 😀.

Today, I'm opening a bottle of Toyo Bijin's Jihonben from my hometown in Yamaguchi Prefecture 😀. I have always had a strong impression that "aluzoe" is a term used to describe a sake that tastes bad but is made to taste good by adding aluzoe, and I began to think that we were losing money by avoiding aluzoe. Of course, I have had Junmai Toyo Bijin before and I know it is delicious, so I chose this sake because I thought I could experience the taste of Daiginjo more with this sake 😀. When I opened the bottle, I could smell the delicious ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the deliciousness comes rushing in at once 😀. Then... ❓😅😅 I can't tell the difference in taste between Aru Soze and Junmai type 🤣. So this is what a good al-soke daiginjo is 😅. It was a nice sake that taught me that from now on, I don't have to stick to junmai type 😇

My hard-to-find sake (3) Today I opened a bottle of Jikkai draft 😀. In my case, Jikin really depends on the luck of the draw 🤣. Last year I tried 5 times and won 4-1, which is a high percentage, but the only raw was nigori 🤣. This year I've tried 3 times and won 2-1, still a high probability 😇. And this time it was Yamada Nishiki raw 😀. First, as promised, we started drinking with a "Sieg Jikkai" 😀. The comparison of the two, Yonotori, Izumi, and Jikin...............................it's a great picture 🤣. Of course I don't dare to compare with Yonotori because they are different from each other 😅... but I still find it hard to say which one is better 😅. The Jikin is slightly better in aroma, but both are wonderfully balanced in taste 😀. Jikin for its gorgeous balance, and Ⅱ for its calm balance 🤣. I was the happiest one to be able to compare them together ❤️

Amami Junmai Ginjo Light Nigori Nama-zake The first drink after the replacement of the master brewer was Momoten🍑. Last year's taste impression was... First, the supernatant... Chilli bubbles, then soft sweetness... Clear acidity and slight bitterness... A smart cut with a touch of bitterness... The lees mixing makes it milder... Fresh and delicious 🤤. I can't tell the difference between last year and this year 😅😅 because I have a stupid tongue. I don't know😅 I think it will be delicious this year too 😋. What surprised me... 😳 Even 4 days after opening the bottle, it still tastes chili. Fresh taste 🤣‼️ I don't know the previous master brewer... I wasn't drinking it because of Mr. Fujioka... I'm not sure if it's because I know him... 😁. Sake is not made by the master brewer alone but also the brewers work together to make it 😊. Amami is my favorite sake 🥰. I drank it this time and it was simply delicious I'll drink it again 😌. First of all... I'll go buy a bottle of Kuroten, which I have a connection with 🤣.

Today, my wife and I will go to the nearby Expo Park to see cherry blossoms 🌸🌸. We brought a tent, a table, and sake 🍶. I brought a bottle of Ozeyuki's Peach Color Nigori because it's cherry blossom viewing 😇. The entrée was a picnic set from a wood-fired pizza shop in the park 🧺. There were several bottles of Hanami sake in the fridge, but I was right in choosing this one😇. The cheese on the pizza matched well with the sweet and sour taste of the peach nigori, and both the pizza and the sake were delicious😇 We are still slowly enjoying the sake while loving the cherry blossoms 🤣.

It is the first Kaze no Mori to use Yamanokami yeast. It is also a Noto Peninsula earthquake relief sake. I was a little worried when I saw the review by Aladdin, who drank it first, but I opened the bottle. The aroma is herbal and lime-like. When you drink it, the taste is wild and rough. I get the impression that the bitterness is more prevalent than the sweetness. I can't describe it well, but it has a woody feeling like taking a bath in a forest. The taste is quite different from usual Kaze no Mori 🤔. It also has a slightly mineral taste. I drank Choryu's Yamanokami yeast in the past, but maybe because it was fire-brewed, Kaze no Mori tastes quite wild. On a side note, I tried the curry beaver! It was easy to eat, not as salty as the Aosa salt 😋.

Drinking Comparison of Three Prefectures on the Eastern Northeast Coast (3) We started with Iwate Prefecture, followed by Miyagi Prefecture, and today we are going to Fukushima Prefecture 😀 There were two bottles of Fukushima Prefecture sake in the fridge, and I was torn between them. As soon as the bottle was opened, there was a nice ginjo aroma... not the typical delicious fruity aroma, but more of an elegant floral 🌺 atmosphere. The moment it enters the mouth, there is only a beautiful umami flavor, and then the fruits open up and cut through nicely 😀 It was a delicious sake 😇. It was a delicious sake 😇 The three Tohoku prefectures sake comparison was successfully completed, in fact, there is one more bottle from each prefecture, so I'm going to go around again starting from Iwate prefecture 😇. Following yesterday's Iwate Prefecture, today we are in Miyagi Prefecture 😀. I actually bought this sake without thinking when I saw the bottle 😇. It's a very beautiful blue bottle with a beautiful gradation 😀. I took a closer look at it at home and saw that it is a collaboration sake between Yamawa and Hakurakusei 😀. The taste... the aroma is very slight, and when you put it in your mouth, there is no strong sweetness, sourness, or bitterness, everything comes together in a natural and nice way 😀. As expected from the collaboration between Hakurakusei and Yamawa, who advocate the ultimate food sake, the flavor alone asserts itself without interfering with the taste of the meal or the other sakes being compared😇. It was a sake that can be easily matched with anything 😀. It is a delicious sake that combines the best of each other 🍶. Tomorrow, we will finally enter Fukushima Prefecture😇.

I drank Kaze no Mori for the first time. My first impression immediately upon opening the bottle was that it was pleasantly gassy and rummy. There is also a slight sweetness and a well-balanced acidity, and for the price, the cosmetics are excellent. I paired it with tonight's menu, a chicken and vegetable miso nabe, but I think it goes well with just about anything.

Today we opened a bottle of Isshaku-Suisei Kijoshu 😀. We compared Gohashi Momo-iro Nigori, Senkyoku Kijozo-shu and Shichihon-Yari 😀 ❓❓I was told that Ippakusuisei is a Kijozo-shu but it is not 😀. I was told that Isshiro Suisei is a kijoshu but it's not ❓. It certainly has a strong sweetness, but the white nigori and fizzy feeling is normal active nigori sake 😀 ❓ Is it really a kijoshu? Is it really a kijoshu? If this is really a kijoshu, this sake is really amazing 🤣!

I drank it for the first time in about three years. The rice is Yamadanishiki and Hyogo Yume Nishiki from the special A district Yoshikawa. Unlike past sakes, it has a gaseous and clean taste. I wonder if it is the effect of the gravity system and the Shin-Gin rice polishing. It is gorgeous and sweet, but I think I prefer the Shippo series. I haven't tried all of their products, but I think their sweetness and gorgeousness are the best among Banshu Issen's products. But Banshu Issen tastes good no matter what you drink. I would like to try some of the local products in the future 🤔.
