So far, Gokotsuru has only used Nagano sake rice, so the dry nuance on the palate is a bit different from the Gokotsuru I've had so far 🤣.
But it's easy to drink with low alcohol content and the spiciness starts to soak into your body in no time at all 🤣.
The spiciness comes from the firm mouthfeel, and then it finishes off nicely, making it a very tasty sake 😀.

It's been a while... a few weeks, but I went walking to the Expo Park again today 😀 I brought my own sake today, FRAISE by Hyakushun... it's French for strawberry.
The sake I brought with me today was FRAISE by Hyakushun...strawberry in French...and as the saying goes, it was fruity, sweet and delicious, perfect for sake to drink on the way to the park 😇.
The alcohol content was 13 degrees, the sake level was ~20, and the acidity was 3.2, just like the specs 😇.
However, with my poor taste buds, it tasted more like an apple than a strawberry 🤣.
I had a chance to meet the young president of Hyakushun at the recent Kokusyu Sake Fair and we had a chance to talk and take a picture together.
When I visited Hata Sake Brewery after that, I told the owner about it and he told me that he had dropped by Hata Sake Brewery the day after the Kokusyu Sake Fair 😀.
He said he had heard Hata's name at the National Sake Fair and said he had not seen him for a long time so he wanted to say hello 😀.
I was a little happy to see that we connected the sake brewery and the liquor store in an unexpected way 😇. boukenGood evening, Mr. Yasube.
The Gifu booth was mostly filled with sake by the young president of Hyakushun😊I told him I wanted to drink some sake that wasn't at last year's Gifu sake event and he helped me find some 😁. ヤスベェHi bouken 😀
The Kokunishu Fair was a wonderful place where several breweries were able to show us around their other sake breweries 😇.

In the Summer Nigorinpik, I'll continue today with the activated nigori 😀.
We had an Activated Nigori Sake from Ikki Sama 😇.
Continuing from the Shuwashuwa Activated Nigori that we have been opening recently, we opened this one 😀.
This sake didn't have as strong a carbonation as the activated nigori we've been drinking recently, but it had a great bubbling sensation 😅.
It was a delicious sake with a delicious jungin taste, a bit different from the firm nigori jungin mouthfeel! ヤスベェSummer Nigorinpik 97
Today, we finally saw the 100th check-in for this season's nigori series, so we opened a bottle of Summer Doburokku, which many of our sake friends had been drinking😇.
It took a long time to open the bottle even though it was chilled enough because it is an active nigori, and the top clear liquid was not caught by the time the bottle was opened due to automatic stirring 🤣.
This Natsu Doprokku has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees, but you don't feel it at all, it is a delicious sake with a robust flavor and a good sweetness 😇.
And thanks to the solid active nigori, you can also feel the shwashiness of the sake, making it a delicious nigori sake that is perfect for summer 😀. Today I brought Nozomu-san's Splash Origami😇.
I had already had Nozomu's Splash and knew it wasn't as fizzy as Splash, so I didn't expect fizziness from Orikagarami as well 😀.
I was not expecting any fizziness from the ogara-mi because I know it is not as fizzy as the splash 😀 When I actually drank it, I found it to be a very calm, sweet and fruity sake with a delicious rice flavor, especially from the ogara-mi 😇.
I think it would be better to stop using the word "splash" from next season if possible so that there will be less misunderstanding 🤣. Nozomu-san is a delicious sake if you open the bottle with that image in mind because even the active nigori with a perforated cap didn't show so much oridance 😀.

I enjoyed it last year, but I didn't know where I had bought it.
It was a very easy-drinking sake with a low alcohol content of 13% and a strong Junmai flavor, and it was also very fruity and had a firm chirichiri-feeling characteristic of active nigori...all the keywords that we love in our house!

In April, I had the light nigori of Mio, a junmai ginjo from the same company, and today I will have the active nigori version 😀.
The top aroma of the light nigori was a little more gorgeous than the light nigori 🤣.
Both are fruity and delicious, but the active nigori is naturally more fruity and has a more robust fruitiness with a hint of sourness.

The first bottle of Tasake's light nigori that we opened earlier was laid down to be aged for a while, but the bottle of Mutsu Hachisen that we opened today was obtained at the same time as Tasake's and ended up being aged for a while as well as Tasake's 😀 As usual, we tasted them including the supernatant that we put back at room temperature.
As usual, I tasted the sake mixed with the supernatant that had been brought to room temperature, and I was able to taste the fruity aroma that reminded me of white peaches, and the peach flavor that seemed to be pulled along with it 😇.
I don't know if this was due to the petit aging process or the ability of Mutsu Hachisen's orikarami, but it was very tasty😇. ポンちゃんHi Yasbaye 🐦.

The Nama-shu Dai-open series has ended with Jigin-sama's Jungin Omachi Nama-shu, and today we are resuming the Nigorinpik 😀 We say summer, but there are many left over from the winter and spring Nigorinpiks 🤣.
Currently we have 14 bottles of nigori sake in stock, but we are still planning to collect summer nigori sake little by little, so I think we will be able to record our 100th bottle of nigori sake this season when the summer nigorinpic is over ❓🤣.
So the 80th bottle of nigori this season is my favorite Nagano sake, Gokotsuru's active nigori nama sake😇.
It has been sitting in our cellar since winter, but it is delicious and has a nice, robust, active flavor 😇.

This is another challenge sake from Kitaan Okuni, a raw sake made with wine yeast😇.
We went walking to the Expo Park as we usually do on holidays when we don't have any plans, but today we decided not to have a Japanese style lunch as it would probably be too acidic due to the wine yeast, but to have Western or Chinese side dishes that would be more acidic 😀.
As expected, the sake was white wine-like, but with more sweetness and acidity, and it went well with the sour side dishes and the fruit cakes we bought on the way to the park for dessert 😇 ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Yasbay 😃.

This sake is brewed at the beginning of the year and as soon as it is ready, it is locked up in a room made of snow and aged in the snow for a long time until the end of April 😀 The base is fruity, sweet, and delicious.

Last year, I took the sake diploma exam and passed the first round but failed the second round of tasting and writing 🤣.
Since the exam is held once a year, I thought I would forget what I had studied if I didn't do anything, so I decided to try the sake tasting exam first 😀.
The first exam for the sake diploma is valid for 5 years, so I'll switch and try again next year 🤣.

Today's sake was a junmai orikarami version of Mino, which is brewed by Tokoro Shuzo, the brewer of Fusashimaya, in cooperation with a special sake shop and shipped through a special sales channel😇.
Mino is specially brewed with white malted rice and is said to be a sake with a white wine taste, but my impression is that it has a particularly strong acidity, even for a white wine 🤣.
I could feel the rice flavor from the orikarami, but the acidity from the white malted rice was even more impressive 😅.

I chose this sake because I wanted to drink a sparkling nigori to have a light, sharp, and carbonated feeling😇.
I opened a bottle of Nozomu's Splash because it sounded like a splash, but unfortunately I didn't feel that sparkling 🤣.
I prepared a splash of nigori for revenge, but after reading everyone's post, I decided to open a bottle of this active nigori Nozomu before opening a bottle of nigori splash because I didn't feel the sparkling sensation as much as I did with the nigori 🤣.
It was a delicious sake with a nice tongue feel and a sense of frothiness, but unfortunately I didn't feel the same sense of frothiness as the active one🤣.
I had high expectations for this sake because of the perforated cap, but... it is a delicious sake if you don't want a strong schwash feeling, but I was a little disappointed 🤣.

I have recently been into Nagano sake and sake rice, and this Honkin was a delicious sake with Nagano's sweet flavor and beautiful acidity that tastes sharp😇.
