Today's sake was a junmai orikarami version of Mino, which is brewed by Tokoro Shuzo, the brewer of Fusashimaya, in cooperation with a special sake shop and shipped through a special sales channel😇.
Mino is specially brewed with white malted rice and is said to be a sake with a white wine taste, but my impression is that it has a particularly strong acidity, even for a white wine 🤣.
I could feel the rice flavor from the orikarami, but the acidity from the white malted rice was even more impressive 😅.

I chose this sake because I wanted to drink a sparkling nigori to have a light, sharp, and carbonated feeling😇.
I opened a bottle of Nozomu's Splash because it sounded like a splash, but unfortunately I didn't feel that sparkling 🤣.
I prepared a splash of nigori for revenge, but after reading everyone's post, I decided to open a bottle of this active nigori Nozomu before opening a bottle of nigori splash because I didn't feel the sparkling sensation as much as I did with the nigori 🤣.
It was a delicious sake with a nice tongue feel and a sense of frothiness, but unfortunately I didn't feel the same sense of frothiness as the active one🤣.
I had high expectations for this sake because of the perforated cap, but... it is a delicious sake if you don't want a strong schwash feeling, but I was a little disappointed 🤣.

The taste was great, but it didn't have the fizziness that you would expect from a cap with a hole in it, and you could feel it on your tongue 🤣.

I like Hanamup too, but I always have trouble finding a place to put it in a bottle 😅.

The light nigorigo sake we drank today from Honkin-san was also a delicious sake😇.

I have recently been into Nagano sake and sake rice, and this Honkin was a delicious sake with Nagano's sweet flavor and beautiful acidity that tastes sharp😇.

The aroma is the mildest of the three, but it is undeniably delicious on the palate😇.
It would be very rude of me to compare them, but they are definitely delicious 🤣.
If you ask me which one is my favorite, my simple preference would be Miyamanishiki which I drank yesterday 🤣.
I've recently become really fond of sake from Nagano Prefecture, so I've decided to end my hanpukai with two different sake breweries and will be receiving my hanpukai sake from them starting in April. ポンちゃんGood evening, Yasbaye 🦉.

First of all, I will be drinking this Miyamanishiki to compare with Kuheiji's light nigori and 🐢san's Hitogokochi, which I had opened before going to Ueda 😀.

First of all, the taste of Kuheiji-san, which has been open for quite some time, has changed a lot as I expected, from its youthful freshness when the bottle was first opened to a much more subdued taste 🤣.
In comparison, Shinshu Kamerei's
Hitogokochi, on the other hand, remained almost the same with a fresh aroma and an easy-to-drink balance of sweetness and acidity 😀.
Miyamanishiki, which was opened today, had a stronger sweetness and umami flavor 😀.
Although Miyamanishiki is from Nagano, it is a very commonly used sake rice, but I can only say that Shinshu Kamerei is a master at creating a completely different nuance with Hitogokochi than other sake 😇. ポンちゃんGood evening, Yasbaye 🦉.

Today I wanted to drink something with a strong schwag feeling, so I chose Nozomu-san's Active Nama Nigori Sansan 😀.
It had a perforated cap just like the other day's Sengoku Yukidharma, so I put cello tape on the cap as soon as I got it home and stored it in the cellar at 0°C... but it still didn't work and I couldn't feel much of a fizzy sensation 😅.
I guess you can't cellotape a cap with a hole in it and you have to drink it as soon as possible 🤣.
As usual, we compared the top clear and the mixture at room temperature and the chilled mixture, and Nozomu was impressed with the taste of the top clear and the mixture at room temperature 🤣.
The chilled one was impressive with its doshy taste, while the room temperature gorgeousness was more to my liking😇.

Yesterday was Gokotsuru's Junmai, so today I decided on Junmai 🐢 😀.
It's been a while, or actually the first clear sake of the year since we were currently in Nigorinpik 😇.
First of all, I adopted Kaorin's opinion and warmed it up to lukewarm 😇.
It's still dry, but the fruity part of the flavor is more pronounced and I could feel the depth of the flavor more 😀.
The 🐢san...of course it's delicious, but since I've only been drinking 🐢san hi-ire recently, I could feel more fruity and fresh sharpness 😇.

As in New Year's Day, today I would like to start drinking together with my favorite Tsurukame from Nagano, Shinshu 😇.
The Tsuru is Mikotsuru's dry junmai ogara-mi and the Kame will be the first clear sake of the year 🐢.
Today we opened a bottle of Gokotsuru's dry junmai orikagara, which has a strong spiciness as it claims to be dry 😅.
Especially the top clear sake served at room temperature has a very strong taste 😅.
This is a very hard taste for Kaorin 🤣.
Kaorin was given the cooled version and the tightly mixed version, she made a face when she put it in her mouth, but the fruity finish at the end was nicely gone and she was satisfied with the taste 😇.
It's such a robust taste, even for those who don't like dry wine.

The aroma is the same as usual Gokozuru, but the taste at the moment of drinking is a little stronger and clearer than the previous Yamae Nishiki and Hitogochi 😀.
However, the last remaining taste is back to the usual Gokotsuru's nuance 😇.
It's amazing that the taste on the palate is so different just by using different sake rice, even though it's the same Gokotsuru's junmai ginjo unfiltered raw sake 😀.
Gokotsuru is now a sake I want to follow for a while 😇. ヤスベェAs soon as this Nozomu arrived at the store, I was fooled by the name "Splash" and the label and bought it immediately, thinking it was a schwarz sake 😇.

Shinshu Kamerei's new sake has arrived at our home.
Thinking back to this time last year, I wanted to drink Shinshu Kamerei, but I didn't have any sake at all, but I made friends with Rafa papa at Sake no Wa and he introduced me to a store that handles their sake.
