This is the last post of the New Year party.
We had about 5 other drinks but I didn't take pictures 😭.
Kawanakajima active nigori ☺️
It was quite healthy and took a while to open the bottle.
This is already champagne in aroma and taste 🍾.
Creamy champagne 🍾.
I prefer Hirotogawa's muddy type, but this is good too ‼️
I drank it with some natural cheese that Men-chan gave me 🍶.
This cheese is so good! I've never had such a good cheese 🧀.
I'll have to beg for some next time 💪.

This is also nigori sake. Moreover, it is a natural sparkling sake that is not gas-infused.
An explosive type that takes quite a long time to open.
The mouthfeel is fruity and sweet, almost like a liqueur. After 2 days, it gets a little dry, so it would be good on the rocks.

I can't connect this bottle with Kawanakajima 😅I also can't connect the taste from the appearance and texture 🤣I'm also a bit of a bitter person 😅I drank it at room temperature the next day instead of keeping it in the fridge and it was surprisingly mellow 😉.

The spoils of my trip to Nagano. I could not find Kawanakajima Genmu, so I bought this one, which was sold at Nagano station.
In my mind, nigori often has a sweet taste of rice, but this one was more of a clean dry taste and thicker than sweet. I warmed it up and drank it, and I was right👍.
