It is one of my own top 3 nigori, Kawanakajima's nigori. It is a very good nigori 🍶.
I often drink it at my favorite restaurant, but this time I got it in a pouch and drank it at home. (3rd picture)
The nigori is super creamy. It has a great texture and smoothness on the tongue, and a rich umami and sweetness.
I recommend heating up the nigori at Kawanakajima. 😋😋😋😋😋

I bought this in Nagano last summer 😁.
Nagano sake, delicious 😋.
Now, unlike Genmai, this one seems to be seen often.
Since the brewery was founded in 1540, it is said that Shingen Takeda drank this sake. I'd like to see the historical records to support this 😗.
It looks like dobrok, but it seems to be backstrained, so it is smooth and creamy😋 on the palate.
It's dry and dry. There were some comments online that it has a peculiar taste, but I don't think so 🧐 It's easy to drink.
The side dish is Tosa-Yaki bonito.

Purchased when I visited Nagano. This is my first time to buy Kawanakajima.
The label on the back of the bottle said "Shake well", so I stirred it from the beginning.
Even so, I could tell even before I opened the bottle that it was very thick.

Of course, it is a bit thick on the palate. The acidity is quite strong and full of flavor.
The acidity is strong until the aftertaste, so you don't feel the heaviness, but the overall volume is large.
Yamamoto's "Do" has a sludgy impression, but perhaps it is because it is so smooth that there is no impression of sludginess. It is a smooth and smooth type of nigori sake.
I like it as one of the top-ranked dry nigori sake.
