Dry!
Kawanakajima, not Genmai!
The rice has a delicious flavor but no sweetness ✨.
Clear acidity and a wrinkled, dry finish in the second half!
It's more umami and drinkable when heated up 😋.
I think it's a versatile food sake 👍
Spicy miso chain restaurant in Nagoya, Fukuro 🦉.
Rather than thick miso, it is a spicy and sour miso ramen with a strong seafood broth 🍜.
It's been a while since I've had it, but it's spicy and delicious 😋.
This is a junmai nigori sake that is said to have been drunk by Shingen Takeda and Kenshin Uesugi to relieve the fatigue of battle during the Battle of Kawanakajima.
It has a creamy texture like makgeolli, but with the umami and sharpness of rice.
I found Kawanakajima, which I bought last year and had forgotten about in the fridge, and opened the bottle.
It has been a long time since I blew it. It was a year ago, but it was fine. It's very fresh.
Calpis soda for adults. It's very easy to drink and not like sake. 300ml of 12 degrees is very gentle.
Today, we went to Kairikiya near Yamaoka family at my daughter's request. It seems to be a Kyoto-style restaurant. I had the Kujo-negi ramen noodles with a set of fried rice because it had a lot of fat on the back. I regret that I added gyoza (Chinese dumplings) because they were half price.
Guilty Road, where the Kairikiya and Yamaoka family signs co-star. There is also Machida Shoten, a family-owned restaurant on the other side 🍜.
It's mehterror for me on my way home 🍜.
Kaikirikiya, in Ibaraki, it's in Aeon, but my pride won't let me have ramen ⁉️ in the food court🤣That's what I had at Rigel's place 🤣.
Good morning, Nochi-san. 😊
Yamaoka family hiding behind Kairikiya. (😁.
I haven't been to Kairikiya yet, so I would love to go there.
I would love to go there 😂. 😂.
Manta Hi, now the gyoza is half price, so please try it. The kujo leeks will make you feel less guilty. I was jealous of the many people drinking beer!
Kawanakajima's nigori sake is something I want to drink at least once a year.
You can usually find it at Kinokuniya inside the southeast ticket gates of JR Shinjuku Station.
Unlike the fruity and flowing image of Genmai, this nigori sake has a hard-edgedness that could be called the original basic form of this brewery: dark, tasty, dry, and sharp.
Even if you don't start with the supernatant a little bit at a time, it is a nigori with a lot of density.
Serve with hot tofu, chilled tomatoes, and fried oysters.
⭐︎
Hirachoson, good morning. I see you sell them in Shinjuku station.
I'll try it next time.
By the way, the line up of this entrée is wonderful. I'm sure it goes well with nigori sake. I've been drooling since this morning.
Good morning, Hanapin 😊.
I was going to go out for dinner, but it was changed to dinner at home,
I bought fried oysters at a reasonable price at the supermarket on the way home, but tomatoes and tofu were in the fridge and saved the day!
Good morning, Duke 😊.
Yes, it is in Shinjuku station.
It's not fruity, but it's very drinkable.
It is 300ml and if you see it, please try it.
I like fried oysters in this season.
New Year's party with Mr. R and Ms. N
This is the last post of the New Year party.
We had about 5 other drinks but I didn't take pictures 😭.
Kawanakajima active nigori ☺️
It was quite healthy and took a while to open the bottle.
This is already champagne in aroma and taste 🍾.
Creamy champagne 🍾.
I prefer Hirotogawa's muddy type, but this is good too ‼️
I drank it with some natural cheese that Men-chan gave me 🍶.
This cheese is so good! I've never had such a good cheese 🧀.
I'll have to beg for some next time 💪.
Hi Manachie!
I got this cheese from Mr. Noodle King and it was delicious 😁.
It's just like a dairy town 🐄.
The "Kawanakajima Genmai" Nigori sounds so good 😋!
Hi Gyve!
This is the first time I've tasted it and it's totally different from the usual cheese sold in supermarkets, I'm surprised that there is such a good cheese ‼️
This is also nigori sake. Moreover, it is a natural sparkling sake that is not gas-infused.
An explosive type that takes quite a long time to open.
The mouthfeel is fruity and sweet, almost like a liqueur. After 2 days, it gets a little dry, so it would be good on the rocks.
