Junmai Nigori Sake Kawanakajima.
I had this one hot 😊.

I had previously tried a heated version of "Kawanakajima Genmai" and found it to be a new favorite for heated sake, so I decided to try a heated version of "Kawanakajima" as well.

All of the Genmai I've had so far have been junmai, and they all tasted similar in their own way, but this bottle with aluzome is clearly different 😊.
