Junmai Ginjo Activated Sake
It took 5 minutes to open the bottle!
The gas is amazing!
The aroma of the just opened bottle is wine itself!
The taste is sake! It tastes more like sake than wine! LOL!
Fruity, juicy and delicious!
The sweetness is not as sweet as I expected, maybe "refreshing" would be a better word!
7.5 points
I would buy it if it was available!
There was a sake I had never seen before, so I took a closer look and saw Kawanakajima Sparkling😳.
It doesn't say it, but it seems it's a draft sake.
I've never seen it in person before😅.
I didn't know Kawanakajima Sparkling actually existed💦.
It's a bit fizzy and bubbly.
Low alcohol, light but not too light, exquisite. Fruity, very sweet and delicious 😋.
I'm going to be pissed off that it's not a drink for the end of the day 😱.
Opening the cap is super dangerous ⚠️
You have to open the cap so many times that you have to slurp it open 💥 so much foam 🫧.
Well, the expression "sake" like champagne fits well.
Naturally, it's schwashy and delicious😋.
Alcohol content: 12 degrees Celsius

Nigori sake from Kawanakajima is a nigori sake from Kawanakajima that you will want to drink at least once a year.
It is basically available at Kinokuniya, located in the station premises just inside the southeast ticket gate of JR Shinjuku Station.
Unlike the fruity and flowing image of Genmai, Kawanakajima's nigori sake is a hard-core style, dark, tasty, dry, and crisp, which is the original basic form of this brewery.
This brewery is basically a hard-core brewer.
Genshu Mai's gorgeous and flowing style is a different story.
Bottom line, I would definitely like to drink it at least once a year in the future: ❗️
The usual Kawanakajima nigori
After a glass of cold sake, I had a glass of hot sake.
The sweetness of the rice increased, and this is good!
Two gou of sake went very fast!

If it were true, I would have been in Koshien today.
I had the advantage of one win, and if we won three games in a row, we would win the championship on Friday, so I applied for Friday's ticket.
I was laughed at when I said that in my department 😢.
I won!
But I missed the lottery 😭 Many people in my fan club missed the lottery, so I wondered who on earth won.
I'd like to say congratulations 🎊, but I've been home late at night this week, including drinking sessions, so I couldn't watch even a minute of the live broadcast. I couldn't even see Morishita's homerun 😭I miss teleworking...
Anyway, let's have a toast. I don't have any 🐯 related drinks, so I'll have a bubbly 🫧 drink. I was dying to drink it but it took a long time to open the bottle and once it was safely opened, I drank it all in no time 😆.
Hello ichiro18 😀.
Thank you very much. I'm glad to hear that it's a department and there are a lot of antagonists (because of those who jump into the river)! Yes, it was muuuch more delicious than usual by a factor of 50.
Comparison of Kawanakajima
As it says "dry", this one is spicier than the other one.
I was quite full from the many dishes served that day 🈵.
I think it's time to end the meal.
Both are made with 59% polished rice.

Next, let's compare the Kawanakajima!

I have had this every year since 2023 and 2024!
It is a standard sake to enjoy its acidity and spiciness!

I heard that Kawanakajima is in trouble this year.
I'm Fuwarin, who drank it last year and liked it a lot,
This year, too, I'm having a lot of fizz.
Aroma and attack are a little nutty. The sweetness is a bit weak, and the bitterness comes to the forefront. I like that the bitterness is mild because of the strong fizz (childish tongue).
