We compared the sake made from the traditional sake yeast....
We also compared the heated sake 🍶.
Both Yamadanishiki and Omachi are originally very refreshing
I'm glad I didn't have to drink them warmed up 💦.
I think we didn't need to try it heated 😅...
But it was still delicious!
I enjoyed the Jikin 😋.
No more luxury this year 😁.

It was a good new year's day to drink a variety of Jikin 🤣It's a very beautiful sake with not much of a raw yeast character 😅It's good heated up but I think it's fine as it is 😅I wonder if I should have raised the temperature more 😅⁉️
