That thoughtfulness....Maru-san is a stone 👍. Thank you so much 😌‼️ I can't drink it very often... Do you drink it right away ❓🙄🙄? Do I let it age carefully... 🤔⁉️ I was very worried 💭. I was very worried 💭 but..., I'm practicing the first-in-first-out bicycle operation style of drinking... I'm practicing the first-in, first-out bicycle operation style of drinking.... I drank them straight away in order 🍾🤣. I also drink good alcohol... when I can find it 😁‼️ 29% polished rice, elegant and delicate 😌. Clear and refreshing on the palate. Juicy and fruity taste 😋. A tour of liquor stores in the Hokusetsu area with Maru-san We went to 4 liquor stores. I was happy to see that Maru-san was able to buy some sake I'm glad she was able to buy some sake that she can't find anywhere near Maru-san's neighborhood. It was fun 🤣.

Buy some snacks and sake at Senri Hankyu 😌. The brewer of Naruto sea bream recommended a sake tasting! A four-pack of sake in an aluminum can 🥫. This makes it easy to drink outdoors 🙄. We were also given tasting cups. We sipped it at the fireworks... Very tasty 😋. It's 18.5 degrees Celsius and very dry... It's a very dry beer at 18.5 degrees... but it's nicely balanced with alcohol and goes down smoothly... Fireworks these days are awesome 😳‼️ No big, gut-wrenching balls, but... Lots of variation in color, shape and flow👍 Its a great combination🤣. I enjoyed the drinks 🍶and the fireworks 🎇😊.

Koeikiku Twilight Orange Unfiltered Nama Sake I have a special place in my heart for Twilight Orange 😌. This sake got me hooked on sakewa 🤣. It was the first sake I bought at Kadoya Sake Shop... I had no idea about Kouei Kiku... I was attracted by the one bottle per person limit😅 I was just surprised when I drank it for the first time: ‼️ I didn't know there was such a sake 😳 I've never experienced such a taste before 😋... From there, I started looking for other sake... Of course, with the help of Sake-no-wa 😁. As the name suggests, it has the taste of orange and 🍊 I enjoy the lactic acidity 🤣. It's fun to drink unique sake! One more thing to look forward to! Here are my impressions as stated at the time 😊. The taste has hardly changed at all This year it's a bit more mature 😌.

Then I want to pair it with a Shinshu sake 😌. I bought... a bottle of Genmai ✌️ It's a very gorgeous sake 😌. Elegant and soft sweetness... Deep acidity... Slight bitterness... Concentrated sweetness fills the mouth The bitter acidity and the bitter taste are beautifully balanced 🤤. The cup goes on and on and on 🤣 I'm looking forward to pairing it with Shinshu soba noodles during the holidays. I'm looking forward to it 😊. Mifuku Yukikasumi Limited Nama Yamahai Junmai New Sake Nigori Participated in the Shiga Burabiraki (Shiga Sake Brewery Fair) guided by Kyukura-san. Mr. Kyukura recommended this interesting sake. It is an active nigori sake. ✌️ The video explains how to open the bottle 🎥. Put the bowl down and put the bag over the top... It doesn't blow out vigorously. The bubbles slowly ooze out one after another💦. Enjoyed opening the bottle of Active Nigori 🤣. It tastes like a dry sweet sake with a strong sake taste 😊. It didn't seem to suit my wife's palate. I was manacled by myself 😋.

But I heard it's good for you if you drink it... I heard it's better to drink it as soon as possible... I opened the bottle at 5️⃣0️⃣ 0️⃣CI 🤣. It's a Shirataka Aomatsu Honjozo made from the original brewing process. The taste is "sweet and spicy pin". The moment I felt the sweetness... I knew this sake was going to be spicy... After swallowing it, you will feel a sharp sharpness. It's very tasty without being boring 😋. My wife said it was surprisingly good... God is going to be mad at me🤣. This is my second special junmai yamahai this season: ✌️ It has the typical yamahai acidity and deep umami 😋. Clear mouthfeel that only rice wine can have 😌. I liked it very much 🥰. I rarely drink the same sake in the same season I rarely drink the same sake in the same season..., I rarely drink the same sake in the same season... but since the Yamahai season is almost over I'm glad I was able to drink it 😊. Urasato Light nigori 2nd Manachie and everyone else raved about it. Urasato Usu Nigori 2nd... I could finally drink it😅 It's a very healthy drink 🤣. I took off the aluminum cover I was looking away for a couple of seconds... and all of a sudden 　I heard a "pop💥🔫" and the cork flew open with great force🚀🚀🚀. The cork flew out of the bottle with a huge bang 🚀 and it hit the ceiling and fell to the table. It hit the ceiling and fell on the table. They brew delicious sake 😊. I bought sake from this brewery last year too! I bought the most favorite "Sake Za" from 3 different kinds of sake at the paid tasting. I chose "Sake Za" which I liked the most 😌. It is a little dry but strong and has a beautiful acidity. It is easy to drink and tastes great 😌. Easy to drink and delicious 😋. Sunday is Soba day! It's starting to look a lot like Soba... but I still can't make it the way I want it 😭. but I still can't make it the way I want it to be 😭 How to make it next time... It's fun to think about it 😁.

Buko-Masamune Special Junmai My wife's sister came to Osaka at the end of March. She gave me a bottle of Buko-Masamune as a gift. My sister-in-law's husband is from Chichibu. It's one cup and 4 bottles. Perfect for cherry blossom viewing👍‼️ Saturday we went to Ryokuchi Park🌸. Sushi 🍣 and Tempura 🍤 ready 😋. We drank one cup of special junmai and one bottle of sake I drank 🍶. It was a perfect accompaniment to the meal... Very tasty 🤤. Too much more work than expected 😅. I won't serve it again 😭" and the brewery 😁. Which means... we can't drink it again 😁. I was happy to drink it this time 😭🤣‼️ As you can see it is thick and full of lees🤣. The unique taste of Kouei Chrysanthemum is concentrated... Very luxurious👍‼️ It is good on its own... Senkou Modern Solid It's been a super long time since I've had a Sentori Modern Solid... It's been a year and a half 😳 I thought I was drinking more 😅 As the name "innocent" implies, it is pure and simple. It has a simple taste 😊. The aroma, sweetness and acidity are both low. Very mild 😌. Sentori is... The first one I drank was the Modern Innocent. I had never had a sake like that before. I was hooked right away 😁. It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still delicious 😋. I tend to neglect my regular sakes these days... I want to take care of my regular and tasty drinks 🤣.
