And the third cherry blossom was at Anyoji Temple in Matsumoto. It was a beautiful weeping cherry tree. Spring has finally arrived in Matsumoto🌸

Delicious and repetitive Akaobu SNOW EXTRA It has a good balance of sweetness, rice flavor and acidity. And it has a nice, small, slightly sparkling 🫧 taste. It's 13 degrees Celsius, so you can drink it easily! I'll be back for more 🤣.

I've been so busy that I haven't posted anything for the month of February 🤣. I'll try to get them up soon 🤣. Here is a picture of Mt. Ena from kino. Thank you kino. 🙇‍♂️ I drank it about 2 months ago, but I remember it perfectly because it was so delicious👍. Celebration Hokuriku Shinkansen Fukui opening🚄🎊㊗️🎉 We were planning to visit the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum for our kids' spring vacation, and it just so happened that we were able to go to Fukui on the historic day of the Shinkansen opening in Fukui✨. On the 16th, the opening day, we went to the Dinosaur Museum during the day, but in the evening we went to the Shinkansen platform at Fukui Station to see the Shinkansen train enter the station 🚄🙌 And the sake I drank that day was Hourai from Gifu, which I bought on the way. I drank it at the hotel 🍶. It tasted dry! I kept it chilled in the fridge, but it tasted better when it was warmer. The photo of the dinosaur in the upper right is my son taking a picture of the sculpture in front of Fukui station with his camera 🦕. It was so cute how he pointed his camera at the dinosaur, so I snapped a quick shot from behind 📷. The bottom right photo is a bowl of rice topped with a bowl of rice topped with shrimp that we had at Mikuni Port Market on the 17th. Gasa shrimps are rare and hard to find outside of Fukui Prefecture! These were so sweet and delicious✨! We had to wait in line for about an hour before we could eat it, but it was worth the wait! I wanted to drink sake to go with the shrimp 🤣.

Think Finland, but Philando Low-alcohol sake brewed by the Hiran-no-mori Sake Brewery Drank at the inn we stayed at in Hirado A super sweet dessert sake with low acidity! Maybe the sweetest sake I've ever had. I googled to find out how much sake it has! It's -70 degrees ‼️😳 No wonder it's sweet! The ladies in my house were raving about it✨ It's 500ml so it was a quick drink 🤣.

Returning home for the first time in a year 🛬 to take my son, now in elementary school, to meet my parents. My mother said, "You've grown up" when she saw my son after a long time. I am relieved that I could fulfill my role this year too 😊. On the second day of the Kyushu tour I left Fukuoka and went to Hirado with my parents. ❗️ Hirado is famous for Hiran ‼️ We couldn't miss visiting Mori Sake Brewery 😆. When we entered the brewery, we were excited to see a barrel with the name "Hiran" written on it 🙌. When I told the proprietress that I was from Matsumoto, she was so happy to see me and told me all about how they brew their sake with Hirado rice and that they won 8th place in the Sake Shop Grand Prize 2023 😆 She was so charming! The brewery sells both this limited edition sake and Philando, and I got two bottles, one for drinking at the inn and one for drinking at home 😁. We immediately had them at dinner at the inn! The bottle was opened with a lively sound 🎉. Second fermentation in the bottle, quite shwashy 🫧! And it has the sweetness and umami of rice, It has a sweet and savory taste of rice, which I like very much 🥰. I was so excited to drink it ✨! It was the best drink I've ever had in my life 🍶.

I am relieved that I could fulfill my role this year too 😊. And if I came back to Fukuoka, I want to eat delicious food: ❗️ So we went to an izakaya where we could eat both motsu nabe and mizutaki 🍶. Next stop is Toichi. I heard that Toichi was named in the hope that it would become the best sake in the East! I heard it was light and dry, but when I drank it, I felt it was gently sweet! The taste is not too assertive and refreshing. It goes perfectly with Hakata's delicious food 👌 After drinking, we had tonkotsu ramen for dessert. The next day, we had Fukuoka's soul food, Goboten Udon noodles! I ate a lot 🤣.

Review of Houou Mita while soaking in the afterglow of Matsumoto Castle This is my first time to see akaban! Elegant and beautiful sweetness and acidity. I can also taste the umami of the rice. It is easy to drink and has no unpleasant taste. As expected of Houou Mita 💖. It was delicious 😋.

Roseyuki ❗️ They brewed the unrefined sake with red yeast and pressed it to a rosé color🌹. From the outside it doesn't look like sake, but when you drink it, the sweet and sour taste reminiscent of strawberries spreads on your palate, and there is not much alcohol in it 🥰. It has a light sweetness and a low alcohol content of 12 degrees, so you can easily go for it 😆. I bought it thinking my wife would love it, and sure enough, she loved it: ❣️ I'm so glad I bought it ✨
