I ran into him unexpectedly at a roadside station in Shirakawa. I always saw it only at the brewery. It has bitterness, sharpness, and super spiciness, but it is very easy to drink. Versatile food.
Purchased at the brewery! I couldn't help but oooh and ahhh. It's a perfect match for the lingering summer heat, with a well-timed rush of bitter, tasty, and acidic flavors! Yogurt type lactic acid, I guess.
Mr. Morishima! It's been a while. It has been a long time since I drank the same wine I had before, but it is my top 3 of this year. I thought it was supposed to be Omachi, but it is so refreshing and full of acidity, it is too good.
It has been a long time since I have had a summer orchid. This year, it is easy to drink with bitterness and clear taste when it is cooled down. When it is cooled down to room temperature, it has a wonderful flavor and aroma, but it is also easy to drink because of its bitterness.
Purchased at the brewery. I couldn't imagine a sake like this! When I drank it, I found it had a nice flavor, but it was surprisingly smooth. It is so delicious that it will be gone in no time!
This is the first time this year, this time around.
It is very delicious, isn't it?
The acidity is delicious and refreshing. It is the best Kirifuri so far.
I've seen it here and there, but never bought it because I could always get it. The aroma is full of oak aroma and the way it utilizes the sharpness and umami is amazing.
It's too reasonable, don't you think?
Found in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture!
I had a pack of Junmai Daiginjo the other day, so I refrained from drinking it. This one is full of umami. But it is smooth and crisp!
Purchased at Yamaya! To be frank, it's delicious, but it's made for everyone. The ginjo aroma is nice, and the rice flavor and bitterness are well balanced, making it a great everyday sake!
I never knew Daishichi had such a nigori sake, this is one of the best nigori I have ever had. The aroma of rice is clean and the balance of bitterness and acidity is great.
Hi Beta Alanine 😃.
This! I just got home from buying it because it looked so good when I was drinking it with Kotori-sanma: ‼️
I'm going to be chewing on it 😆.
The last time I had this was a regular sake, so I went with a honjozo, which has an exquisite rice flavor. The bitterness is just right, delicious, and it runs out quickly.
