After the Ishioka Trail Running, I went to Minanogawa, the brewery last year and fell in love with it. This one has a perfect combination of umami, sweetness, and bitterness.
I prefer a lighter drink than a strong alcoholic one, and I thought this one might be too light, but it's not at all. The acidity is pleasant and I guzzle it down, and even if the strength is low, I still drink too much.
I didn't drink it because it was sold everywhere, all the time.
Now that I've had it, it's so good, I can drink it all the time, it's the best balance I've ever had,
It is the aroma of Ona! It's emphasized and it's bitter or more bitter. It is very refreshing.
It is good as a food wine, but it can also be drunk on its own.
Omachi raw, thick! It is gorgeous and has a great umami flavor. The bitterness also comes out as the temperature rises, making it easy to drink.
Great taste.
I've been curious about it but never got around to it and finally bought it!
The rice flavor is amazing! It's thick, but it's so sharp and drinkable, which is typical of Amataka!
