The last time I had this was a regular sake, so I went with a honjozo, which has an exquisite rice flavor. The bitterness is just right, delicious, and it runs out quickly.
Utsunomiya, I think. I was passing by and was curious to make a U-turn to buy. Kurumazaka seems to have recently made a deal, first time for me too. I am glad I bought it! The rice is full of flavor. Delicious.
Unexpected taste! It's very thick and robust, but it's also refreshing and easy to drink, and when warmed, the acidity is emphasized.
The hiya and chilled versions have a wonderful rice flavor! A hit this year!
The aroma was so good from the moment I opened the package! I was convinced it was absolutely delicious.
It was delicious. It was like a very fresh Houou Mita.

The label is completely different from the previous ones and stylish.
It is a bittersweet and strong in body, but I'll drink it!
But I'm going to drink it!
After the Ishioka Trail Running, I went to Minanogawa, the brewery last year and fell in love with it. This one has a perfect combination of umami, sweetness, and bitterness.
I prefer a lighter drink than a strong alcoholic one, and I thought this one might be too light, but it's not at all. The acidity is pleasant and I guzzle it down, and even if the strength is low, I still drink too much.
