All Ibaraki Prefecture sake! I really like this type of sake. It's crisp and mild, but lively (acidity rather than gasiness), with rice umami afterwards.
I'm drinking it too fast...dangerous!
Sometimes, major regular sake, this sells well. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink.
Not too much aroma, but a nice, clean aroma.
You will never get tired of it.
I always found it in convenience stores and ignored it - it is a dry sake as it belongs to the genus. It is a good balance of bitterness and acidity with plenty of rice flavor. This is a sake that will definitely sell!
Is it the new Ike-Nishiki?
The liquor store in Kanuma that I visited once took over? It will be a sake.
I happened to find it at the newly opened Torisen (supermarket)!
It's so delicious, though,
It's so good, it's really bad.
It seems to be limited edition, but I wonder if they still sell it!
First sword in 3 years. I said it was amazingly delicious. The aroma is herbal, but the acidity and bitterness are a bit strong, but it disappears before you know it. I never get tired of drinking it. And it is reasonably priced.
New sake every year from Amataka.
This year is spicier than last year! The aroma is also stronger than last year.
The umami of rice is less than last year. It has more acidity and bitterness. However, it is drunk cold.
It's a gold medal winning sake!
Beautiful and extremely tasty.
It has a nice sharpness and a mild and gentle aroma.
Maybe the best sake I've had this year?
Good evening, Beta Alanine!
You did well to get this precious sake, which has only one place for the top prize in the Ginjo-shu category (Kanto Shinetsu....the sake competition) ❕ And since it is a drop sake, you can taste the same thing as the exhibited sake, which is a quintessence 🤩.
Good evening, Beta Alanine 😃.
It's been a little while, hasn't it? I'm relieved to see you're drinking so much 🤗.
Yokosuka Story♪ I missed you so much!
I bought it cheap at the supermarket and thought it would be great when it aged.
Great, great flavor and aroma, some bitterness, but it disappeared quickly....yikes!
This year's East Rikishi is different: ❗️
Complex taste. It has a unique aroma, but once you drink it, it is refreshingly dry. It tastes like Azuma Rikishi.
