Tasake Tokubetsu Junmai Shu Yamahai Brewing
My favorite Tasake's special junmai sake.
This time it's yamahai brewing: ✌️
I wanted to drink it warmed up... 🍶.
It has more acidity than the regular Tokujun.
It has more acidity than the normal Tokujun and it cuts through quickly.
When heated up, the umami of the rice comes out.
The acidity keeps the sharpness.
The overall taste is softened and delicious... 😋.
I'll savor it in a bottle 😊.
Heated sake is delicious this time of year 🤤.
