Gifu Prefecture Tokoro Shuzo Brewery Boshimaya Junmai Super Dry Ori-Garami
It has a juicy rice flavor unique to ogara-mi.
It is quite sharp on the tongue.
The acidity adds to the flavor, making it a finish that you will never get tired of drinking.
The fruity nuances give way to the umami of the rice.
As it is claimed to be super-dry, it has a firm flavor, yet it is wonderfully crisp and clean.

Boshimaya Blue Bottle💙
After all, Boshimaya is sour 😋.
From the juicy taste of the raw sake
The dry, clean and acidic taste spreads ✨.
It seems to go well with both Japanese and Western food, so there is a wide range of meals to pair it with👍
Craft Beer from Hida Shirakawa 🍺.
Noh LAND BEER
Very spicy and stimulating 🍺🍺🍺.
Goes great with meat 😍🍖🍖🍖🍖.
I drank it at Yoshida's house.
Dry and easy to drink! It goes down quickly, but it's a warming drink that stays in your throat for a while!
It's so easy to drink because it's so refreshing!
October Tasting at Icoma Sake Shop (3)
It has a unique taste when served cold. It has a little less character than the others we drank this time.
Warmed sake is easier to drink as it has less of a unique character.
Unfiltered unpasteurized sake
Yeast: Association No. 9
Rice polishing: 65
Alcohol: 17%.
The top aroma is moderately refreshing and citrusy.
The bubbles are strong and the taste is fruity, citrusy with a slightly bitter aftertaste, grapefruit-like... mmmm, yummy 😋.
And yet, at 17 degrees alcohol, it is very drinkable!
Good for when you are tired and want a refreshing cocktail. ⤴️
