I thought it might be a little harsh because of the oriented taste.
but it has an excellent sharpness, so you can drink it without hesitation.
Sake with a perfect balance of bitterness and umami.
The change in taste depending on the temperature is fun and delicious!
I really like the acidity of the sake.

Purchased at a tasting just in time after the Kobe Year-End Party😅
Orikarami with No.9 yeast is a new product.
It has spiciness, but it has a gorgeous and sour taste. I thought it would be popular with everyone because of its spicy but gentle taste.
I really like the sourness.
It tastes sweeter after a long time than when it is freshly opened.
Super dry orikara.
The freshness of the wine is accompanied by the crispness and sharpness of 17 degrees alcohol!
The tailings bring roundness to it ^ ^.
☀️
For a super dry wine...the umami of the rice comes through clearly 🌾.
It is not dry and does not give you the feeling of being turned away thanks to the umami.
It finishes with a tangy acidity that gives it a nice sharpness.
The umami flavor remains on the tongue and I drank it while drinking 😁ummm🙂↕️
Purchased at Kanese Shoten in Nagaoka in September.
I had seen this brand here and there and was curious about it.
It is now moving from summer sake to hiyaoroshi (cold-aged sake).
Now, the actual tasting.
The aroma is subdued.
The first thing you feel when you drink it is the acidity. It is hard to find an appropriate word to describe it, but it is combined with bitterness to give a unique taste.
It has a crisp and refreshing aftertaste that is typical of Gohyakumangoku.
It seems that G2 yeast (Gifu yeast) is used.
Gifu also has a variety of good sake. There is also Tsushimaya and W.
When I visited Gifu City two years ago, I could not touch sake very much, so I would like to go to Gifu for sake next time.
Have you had it a few times?
I guess the rice taste and sourness comes first.
The aftertaste seemed dry.
This is a good food wine!
The loop of drinking ⇄ eating never stops.
The alcohol content was a little high at 17 degrees.
