Akirika Junmai Araogoshi Nama I was busy last week... 💦. I didn't even get a chance to look through the sake... I couldn't drink much sake🥲. One bottle I did drink was...Akishika🫎. Osaka Ai 💖. It's an active nigori... It's an active nigori... but you don't feel it, it comes with a bang! First impact 😳‼️ Akizuka's typical spicy sourness first punch 👊. The sweetness of the rice flavor appears later... The acidity gives it an excellent sharpness... I can't stop drinking 😋😋. Not to be outdone by a strong meal Addictive taste 😌😌. I had it in Takamatsu on a business trip. Kakiage oroshi bukkake It was delicious 🤤.

I had my bad luck exorcised at the Setsubun Festival gomadaki at Shohikona Shrine 🔥. I'm sure I'll be fine now... 😮‍💨 And... I drank my first Risshun morning aperitif 😊. It's the first time I drank it super kyu. ✌️ Sake I didn't know before... It's a sake from Wakayama 😅 Very tasty... 😋. Freshness... It has the roughness of new sake. Excellent acidity and sharpness, and it goes together beautifully. From sashimi to strong flavored food... It is a food sake that can be paired with anything! I would like to try other sake as well 😁. I also did exorcism... ⛩️ Eat ehoumaki (sushi rolls)... 🍙... Drinking Risshun morning pressed sake 🍶... Wash the car for the first time in a while 🚗... Full of rice flavor like Yamadanishiki 🌾 and light acidity with a clean finish. Light acidity and clean aftertaste 😋. It was a very tasty food sake 🤤. Of course, it can also be enjoyed on its own. I think I've been loving Tochigi ❤️ a lot lately... 🙄. I should love Osaka too... I'm so sorry 😅

Beautiful acidity and sharpness 😆🔪🔪🔪🔪... Anyway, fresh 🤤🤤🤤... Made with Sake Mirai from the Yamagata Sake Brewery😳 Yamagata Sake Brewery... that's where they are 🙄🙄🙄. Naraman's Sake Mirai is released as both fire-aged and unpasteurized sake but this is the first time for the brewery to release a new product. This is the first time for the brewery to commercialize it... The "Nakadori" version 👍‼️ Special order type "Etokodori" 🤣. Kadoya Sake Shop's hanpukai is very interesting this time of year. Tamitsu Tokubetsu Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu Kami no Ho Following the Tazake Special Jun Yamadanishiki... It's not "Denkou", it's "Tabika". It's not "Denko", it's "Tabika" 🤣. It's "Tabika" 🤣... I think I might have mistaken the labels... I like Tazake, but I love Denkou too... I love Tazake but I love Denko too And yet it's been a long time since I've had a Tamitsu 😅... Beautiful and refreshing like Tamitsu ✨. It's just harder and heavier than I expected... 2 days later... Taste opened up and very tasty... 😋... This is it, this is it👍‼️ Soft flavor and beautiful acidity... The bitterness that felt heavy is now rounded out It is a good accent 😌... Tasake and Tamitsu are both delicious 🤤. Taste and clarity are similar... 😁.

Tazake Tokubetsu Junmai Yamadanishiki Tasake's special junmai... 🥰. This is the sake I drink most often. But this time the label is a different color... 😳 The sake rice is Yamadanishiki 😊. The regular one is made with Hanafuki. The rice flavor is rich and fresh 😊. Clean and fresh taste 😋. It reminds me of the first time I drank Tasake It reminds me of the first time I drank Tazake👍 Such a clean and clear feeling... I loved it 🙄. The standard flavor changed the year before last... I liked it better before the change ❤️ I wish Yamadanishiki was the standard 😁. Yellowtail daikon with daikon radish from the field.... It's the best 🤣👍👍‼️

Shichihon-yari Junmai Tamakae Activated Nigori Sake Late to the nigori season... 🥲. I ordered a bottle of Shichihon-yari Activated Nigori on the way to pick up my hanpukai from Kadoya Sake Shop. I ordered a bottle of Shichihonnyari Activated Nigori Sake while picking up my Hanpukai at Kadoya Sake Shop. When I went to the store to pick up the sake... The hanpukai was also a Shichihon-yari 😳⁉️ Oh no 😅 Let's compare the sake positively 😌! Next up was the active nigori sake... I had a hard time opening it😅 When I put a little air in... Bubbles and bubbles came one after another... 🫧... It's hard to open 😁... Finally opened the bottle and took a sip 😋... This one is also... Fresh 🍋 and wild 🦍. Great presence... 😳 But... It was full of energy in the bottle... Not so much when I drank it 🤔... The lees are counteracting the energy... 🙄⁉️ I think I prefer the light nigori... 🥰. Day 2...wild to mild😳 Round and insanely delicious 😋. It goes well with grilled meat too... 🤤.

Jinya Special Junmai Hatsu Shibori Hon Nama Jikin Kimoto Comparison... Just as I was about to start, a couple of friends invited me to a New Year's party... A friend and his wife invited us to a New Year's party... 😁. Wife likes Sake but she is not a sake drinker... Husband doesn't care much about sake... I think it's too good for them 🤔. The sake comparison was ended early 🤣. So I opened a new bottle of Jinya 😌. I bought it in December when I patrolled Hata Sake Shop. I got a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Miyamanishiki with it ✌. Freshness that is typical of new sake with a light cloudiness. The sweetness and umami of rice that only Tokujun can provide. and the freshness of the petit fizz. It is a very delicious sake 😋. Encountering unknown sake on a patrol... It's also fun... 😌 The wife was dizzy from too much drinking 😵‍💫 We returned home early 😁.

Jikin Kimoto Akaban Omachi Wooden Okehi New Year's Eve and New Year's Jikin Festival🎉! Kimoto Heated Sake Drinking Comparison on the 4th day🤣‼️ We compared the sake made from the traditional sake yeast.... We also compared the heated sake 🍶. Both Yamadanishiki and Omachi are originally very refreshing I'm glad I didn't have to drink them warmed up 💦. I think we didn't need to try it heated 😅... But it was still delicious! I enjoyed the Jikin 😋. No more luxury this year 😁. Work starts today... 😅 My dreamy holiday is already over... 🥲.
