Very slightly carbonated. The apricot-like aroma and sweetness comes in gusto and flows with the sourness. I opened this bottle before the Olympics to show my support 🍾. We were able to have a precious bottle of this once every 4 years release ✨. The price was also a gold medal level amongst the Imi's, and I remember 👀ing after buying it with bouken 💧. The word "sake future" was a weak point for me, so I bought it immediately. As it says "light and fresh", the pineapple aroma appears immediately, and then it goes away immediately 💨. I took the day off on a weekday for the first time in a while and wandered around Kobe City 🚗. We decided to go to a soba restaurant near the Hyogo Prefectural Government Office, where Sumino's family was said to visit. There are only counter seats in the restaurant, and it is said that there is a long line every day, but we were lucky enough to be seated easily that day. If you want to be sure of a seat, it is recommended to make a reservation on line 💡. They have a good selection of drinks and a la carte dishes, and there were a few people here and there 👀 who were having a lunchtime drink. The soba noodles restaurant had a strong aroma, so I chose the dry Hachibei 🍶. The sweetness was gone quickly and left a bitter taste like grapefruit. It's been a while since I had a dry sake, but it didn't interfere with the soba and I drank it without hesitation👍.

Long time no see! My cell phone broke and it took a while to get the data back so I couldn't post. I thought I could go back to posting on time for a while if the data was not restored, but unfortunately, the photos were still there and I will start from the second half of July 💨(I'm happy and sad 💦). I got this eimi at Mystery Chi in February, I believe. I couldn't open it for a long time and opened it in the summer 🍾. I think I got bouken's later at an off-line meeting 💡. It is thick, muscat, and sweet like Wasanbon. Fruity and delicious, but I felt the bitterness was stronger when it was cold. It was one of the sake that I could understand what "Imi" is like. 720 mL ¥ 2,300

Asano Nihon Sake Shop Sannomiya Hakuryu Fair Report 3📝. Finally, we decided to have a summer sake with a cool label. The aroma of white grapes lingered on the palate with a touch of citrus bitterness. Overall, it was dry, but this was the most aromatic and delicious ✨. It was my first time drinking this brand, so I'm glad I got some idea of what to expect from a quick drink comparison👍.

Asano Nihon Sake Shop Sannomiya Hakuryu Fair Report 1📝. I was meeting my friend at Motomachi on this day, but we arrived early so we decided to have a quick drink at Asano's 🍶. They were having a Hakuryu Fair in Fukui on that day, so we decided to order a set to compare the different types of Hakuryu 🐉. I was told to start with this one, which was a Junmai Namaisake (Junmai Namaisake). The first one was a Junmai Namaisake (Junmai Namaisake), which was a sweet sake with a slight bitterness from the rice flavor that quickly passed through 💨. The balance of sweetness and bitterness is exquisite👍

2024 Self-Serving Hiran Festival: 1️⃣ 2️⃣ The last one is Nikkomaru. But a set of oorigarami + glass 🥂. To be honest, I was hesitant because of the high price, but I bought it because I thought it would be good (for the points) if it was in Hiran 💳. I thought if they sold regular Nikkomaru, I could compare the two, but they were sold out and I couldn't get it 💧. To be honest, the base taste was the same, but the sweetness was more pronounced due to the orikara flavor 💡. I thought it was the cost of the glass, but oh well💦. 720 mL ¥ 1,3000

2024 Self-Serving Hiran Festival: 1️⃣ 1️⃣ Next up is Haven🌻 for gutsy summer sake! The stained glass logo looks beautifully colored and shines when the light hits it✨. It said be careful opening the bottle, but the cork didn't blow out👍. I write this every year, but I'm pretty sure this flavor is Aquarius for adults 💡. Personally, I find this tastier than Aoten because the overall taste is more robust. 720 mL ¥ 1,980

2024 Self-Serving Hiran Festival: 1️⃣ 0️⃣ Different brands, but it's the same Mori Sake Brewery 👍. I've been passing it up because I'm a local and always go back, but when I visited Kotobuki for a while, they had it on tap so I bought it ✨. The sweetness of the rice is overwhelming and after drinking it, you can feel the sweet and sour 💨. I guess it's similar to ice wine 💡. It's good for people who like sweet and sour, but the capacity is small so it ran out quickly 💧. Sake no Kotobuki 500 mL

You get a fluffy citrusy aroma with a touch of schwarziness and it flows with a bit of bitterness 🍊. It's quite strongly carbonated when opened, so you can gobble it up when the temperature rises 🍾. Shuwa super micro carbonated and flows with grapefruit sweetness and a touch of sourness and bitterness later 💨. When you put it in a glass, it is slightly cloudy white. Bought White again this year ⬜️ The sweetness comes through pretty quickly, and a gentle pineapple aroma escapes the nose 🍍. I can also taste the bitterness at the end. One of the breweries I regularly visit is the Karibaichi Sake Brewery in Sasayama, Tanba. I stopped by again on my way home from a stay in Tamba Sasayama🚗. I wish I had gone a little earlier in the new sake season, as it was already in cold storage in June 💡. It's been about half a year since the new sake, so you can taste a little bit of a thirstiness, and the sweetness of the apricot-like maturity spreads. Finally got to drink at home, Masayo ✨. A bottle from the May hanpukai at Sumino Sake Shop. Refreshing label that seems to blow away the rainy season blur ☀️ As you can imagine, it is a schwarz and cemedine dry type. It has a slight sweetness, but the aftertaste is quite tangy. Dairy and Yeast June Corner Report 2📝. I was still curious and drank it, Golden Chun Chun 🐤. The sweetness like Wasanbon and the good bitterness came and flowed smoothly. You can't go wrong with Golden Sparrow, no matter which one you drink👍.

Dairy and Yeast June Corner Report 1📝. I wonder if the specs for this one will be a Hashira shochu-brewed Kijoshu. It has a tart apricot-like sweetness and a sourness at the end. There was no alcohol smell of shochu, and the acidity gave it a nice sharpness. Personally, I quite liked the taste✨.

I can't wait to get into summer so we can keep moving forward. A bottle from the April hanpukai at Sumino Sake Shop. They had a standard product directly pumped for the hanpukai. It is slightly carbonated and has a sweetness like wasanbon and a bitterness like grapefruit. The aftertaste may be a bit tangy due to the alcohol. 720 mL ¥ 1,815
