Ultra slightly carbonated, with aromas of classy pineapple and slightly aged apple, it pulls off smoothly with a bit of bitterness. An orange sea that sells out quickly when you think it will be released anytime soon. The 2024 was available for purchase when I happened to be there 💡. A definite fall sake 👍

Last year (2023) I got hooked on amber for outside drinking during this season. This time (2024), I wanted to drink it at home somehow, so I bought it at Yamamoto in Morinomiya. The aroma of apricot and the refreshing sweetness 💨. The aftertaste was clean for a hiyaoroshi, and it was very easy to drink without being sticky. The label is also very autumnal. 720 mL ¥ 1,980

I purchased one in September 2024 when I stopped by Easy's former workplace. I had been curious about it for some time, as it was exclusive to this dealer, and finally was able to purchase it. It has a citrus aroma and sweet-sourness, followed by a mineral bitterness as it pulls away🍊. I thought for a moment that it might be sweet, but it was quite complex. 720 mL ¥ 2,090

October 2024 Dairy and Yeast Horny Report 1📝. Shirakiku is expensive, but Fukyu-nishiki is affordable, so I decided to try it. It is super slightly carbonated and flows smoothly, with a slight sweetness and a touch of alcohol. I checked with Sake-no-wa and found that it is released with the same design as before Corona. Still, buying a bottle is expensive, so it's nice to know it's available for a standing drink.

The number of contributions has been increasing this year, and the Nanayo Brewery. By the way, I bought a bottle of this last September at Eezy's former work place. It is less carbonated than Yuma, less sweet, and flows easily with a little citrus acidity and astringency 💨. It also has a bit of a lemon water feel🍋. I think it was too light for me. 720 mL ¥ 1,860

One bottle from the September 2024 distribution at Sumino Sake Shop 🍾. Slightly schwarziness, hints of banana and melon, a bit lactic but flows smoothly 🍌🍈. Definitely in my hanpukai every year at this time of year. I never buy it myself, so I was lucky enough to drink it. It's not that high in alcohol content, so I guess I'm a little underwhelmed. 720 mL ¥ 2,420

HYOKO SAKE EXPO 2024 Report 8📝. The last one was Mizuho from Kenbishi, which I had put off until later when I could drink it anytime. It was a little lighter in the mouthfeel than the normal, but the robust aftertaste made me realize that it is still a Kenrishi. This concludes my review of the HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2024. I was happy to drink something I don't usually buy ✨.

HYOKO SAKE EXPO 2024 Report 7📝. If you go to Dashong, you will definitely be promoted to Miyako Bijin. I thought it would be sweet and astringent because it was hiyaoroshidashi, but I was surprised by the smooth aftertaste 👀. In a way, it may not be Miyakojimijin-like.

HYOKO SAKE EXPO 2024 Report 6📝. Here's the real deal from a major player. I saw this one at the AEON in umie and was curious about it. Sawanotsuru's *marked products have an unusual atmosphere, but 1717 was too smooth and tasteless. The label is a very Kobe-like image, but I can't really go ahead with the content.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2024 Report 3📝. The unique label of this sake caught my attention, but I have never had many kotsuzumi (small drums) before. Surprised to find it in a slim bottle containing only 2 gongs 👀. I thought the sake would be sweet as well since they are famous for their liqueurs, but once the rice flavor spread out, it just flowed smoothly 💨.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2024 Report 2📝. Senzuke is a stable to refresh your palate. I don't drink much because it's close and I know it's delicious, but it was still fresh and tasty. The sweetness is restrained, perhaps because it is Yamadanishiki, but it is like a melon soda, with a slight bitterness that flows smoothly and refreshes the palate 💨.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2024 Report 1📝. On this day, I was having a lunchtime drink in Sannomiya with my friend, and we decided to go to the second restaurant. First, we decided to try Hyogo Sake 85 from Okutanba. It had a strong graininess and a bitter aftertaste. I thought it was light for Okutamba according to everyone's reviews, but I was surprised to find it quite peculiar 👀. I think it was probably just a twinge.

Hi Yoohee 😃. I don't have any evidence, but there was no Miwa Densho Kura at that time, and the normal thermal tank version of Mimuro Sugi Bodai Hashiwa was not made with a brewery yeast, and I think this is one of the test brews 🤔 sorry if I'm wrong 🙇‍♂️
