At the beginning of March, I had a cold for the first time in a long time, and maybe because of my age, it didn't go away 🤣 I drank "Shinshu Kamerei" thinking it was gone, but it didn't taste good at all and I was in a hurry, but after a while I drank this "Saku IMPRESSION-H" and it was really fresh and the aroma, flavor and richness filled my mouth. It was really delicious! Sake is still delicious 😆. My barometer of health is whether sake tastes good or not 😁. My weeping maple leaves are starting to bloom and the fresh green of the shara is so refreshing 😊.

First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to those who have suffered from the disaster. At a friend's house at the end of the year, we compared two bottles of Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi and Red Label, and on New Year's Day, we had a bottle of Hexagon. The bottle was 946/1456. The numbering of each bottle was handwritten. Full sweetness. Soft acidity. Very well-balanced and beautiful taste. We enjoyed it very much.

The bottle looks like a bottle of wine. It has a cork stopper, and when you uncork it, it makes a light "poof ❗️" sound 😄 No bubbles spurted out. This is still a glass 😁. When you pour it into the glass, the bubbles 🫧 are squishy. Refreshing bubbly. This is truly Champagne 🍾. It is very light with an alcohol content of 12 degrees. It is not too sweet and is very easy to drink. It is my favorite taste 🥰. As for the last one, a friend of mine went to Hananuki Gorge and sent me a picture of the autumn leaves: ☺️ I love the autumn leaves 😄.

When I visited my friend's house in Chino City, Nagano, I asked him to take me to Okazaki Sake Brewery😄 I went there on 11/4, but I heard that there was a long line at Okazaki Sake Brewery the day before.... But on 11/4 I found out the reason why I went to the usual sake shop yesterday. I found out why when I went to my usual sake store yesterday. The previous day, 11/3, was the day that Shinshu Kamerei's hexagon was sold. I didn't know that and went to Okazaki Sake Brewery and was able to shop at my leisure: ☺️ Everything was sold out except for the Shinshu Kamerei pictured here😳and that was only one bottle per person. The store owner was very kind and even took our picture 🥰. Shinshu Kamerei is only available locally. It has a very gentle taste. And it is very easy to drink. We finished a bottle in no time 😆. And I got a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei hexagon at my usual liquor store 😄Will have it at New Year's 🥰.

I love ❤ "Hitokochi😄" It tastes completely different from Shinshu Kamerei's Hitogochi, and since it is made with apple flower yeast, it really tasted like apples when I drank it. It is very light and comfortable to drink. It is not too sweet, has almost no pungency or sourness, and is easy to drink, which is not the case with sake. It is also delicious. I went to a friend's house in Nagano to pick matsutake mushrooms from November 3 to 6. ☺️ It was very hot in Nagano, and there was almost no rain, so we could not get matsutake mushrooms because it was a little late in the season 🥹. But we did get some kuritake mushrooms, and they were delicious 😋. I was taken to a local liquor store and bought 3 bottles of Nagano's local beer and 5 bottles of Japanese sake 😄. I immediately went to ☺️ to try the sake that arrived. I have never had any of these sake before. I started with Kurozaemon XVI. On the back of the label, it says "Juicy acidity zugo-go-oh! I wondered what kind of acidity it had 😆. Anyway, it has a gentle acidity and is easy to drink. It has no peculiarities, has a mild aroma, and is a very delicious sake that goes well with meals 🥰.

The other day, my son brought me a bottle of the 14yo when he visited me 😆 He said that his acquaintance gave it to him. Of course my son bought it 😅I was stunned when I heard how much it cost 😳😳. Let's see how it tastes. The aroma is faint. Gentle sweetness spreads in the mouth. It is not an unpleasant sweetness. It is followed by a mellow flavor that lingers in the mouth for a long time. Yesterday while brushing my teeth 🪥, a filling came off my lower right back tooth and I went to the dentist today🤣. The cavity 🦷 is deep and the doctor told me to take a painkiller 💊 an hour and a half later 🥹 as I would feel pain after the treatment. Fortunately, it was not so painful, and if I take painkiller, I will take this Echino Umezato which I bought on a trip to Niigata with 19% alcohol content 😁.... It tastes better than medicine 💊😋 with sake ❣️ The 19% alcohol content works as you drink and you get tipsy 😆 It's a kind of anesthesia 😁 I'm happy with no pain 💕. I've never had Koshino Umezato before, but it has a fruity aroma, gentle sweetness and umami. The refreshing acidity makes it "oh my ❣️ delicious 🥰" The Museum of Northern Culture is a wealthy farmer's house of the Ito family, who were the biggest landowners in Echigo. The beautiful garden from the tatami room of this large hall is a truly comfortable space, and I could gaze at this garden forever. ☺️ In the courtyard of the garden, there is a granite stone that emits chi, which is said to be a power spot. There is a large wisteria tree here, and I would definitely like to visit again during the wisteria season 😊.

First "Akabu" 🥰 that I wanted to try Yesterday I went to Ono Sake Shop in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki for the first time. The inside of the store is very stylish💕. I was so excited to see all the sake I had never had before 😆. The aroma is slightly fruity. The sweetness comes first, then the gentle bitterness and spiciness. The harmony is very good ⭕️. I liked it very much 😄. Yesterday, my friend, her 2 sons and I went to a bakery 🍞 called "Kura Biyori" in Tsukuba City for tea 😊 The upstairs attic was a nice 😻 space and very relaxing 🥰.

A two day and one night trip to Tsukioka Onsen in Niigata Prefecture☺️ We visited the brewery because we could taste the premium lines of all the breweries in Niigata Prefecture and buy them as souvenirs 😄. We were given 3 pieces of tokijiki (a small piece of rice cracker) and depending on the rank of the sake, 1 piece of tokijiki equals 1 cup of sake, 2 pieces of tokijiki equals 1 cup of sake, etc. 😊. My husband and I tasted 10 different kinds of sake 😆. My husband and I agreed on 2 bottles to take home. That is this "Itaru". I wanted to try the "Yamashiroya" that Pon-chan posted... 🤣 "Abe" was also gone...too bad. A faint aroma of rice. Sweet, acidic, spicy, and very refreshing. Gutsy and manly sake. ☺️ Sake taken here, the indirect lighting makes the bottles look very beautiful 🌟😆.

I went to Tsukioka Onsen in Niigata Prefecture for two days and one night. ☺️ It's been a long time since I've been to a hot spring♨️ I was so relieved when I got back that I drank my favorite sake ❤ "Tasake" 😊. The aroma is mild. The sweet flavor spreads in the mouth and is cut off by a gentle and refreshing acidity. Delicious 😋~❣️ We took a footbath, compared 4 kinds of local beers, had roast beef on top of a bowl of rice, and enjoyed gelato 😆. The breeze was so refreshing and pleasant😊 Autumn🍂 was just around the corner.

The Black Fox is said to be an incarnation of the Big Dipper, and its appearance is said to be a "symbol of peace" that brings good omens. This is the first "Uragasanryu" 😊. Limited quantity sake. Rice: Snow Goddess Alcohol content: 16 degrees It has a gorgeous aroma without any peculiarities, a clean and elegant taste 🥰 and a taste that makes you want to have another cup and more cups 😊 My son was also here and the 720ml was gone in no time 😆. The 4th picture is my first yakiniku in a while. I like liver sashimi, but it's hard to eat it now 🥲 I tried to eat it raw, even though it has to be grilled, but my family stopped me 🤣.

It has a calm taste, a subtle aroma, and a moderate sweetness. Not much acidity and a moderate bitterness at the end 😊 Well-balanced sake. Good as a food sake 🥰. Recently I have been cooking with a special microwave cooker called MUTEKI RENGE. It can cook fish 🐟, fried eggplant, etc. with very little oil, and is really convenient with little to wash 😆.

I bought the one recommended by the lady at Bishakudo Branch Moriya 😊. When I drank other "Aizu Ryugasawa" I was not so impressed, but this one was delicious 🥰. It is an autumn sake that is bottled and stored in fire-refined bottles in its undiluted state 🍂. Rice: Yumenokou Alcohol content: 16%. It has a subtle pineapple aroma with a sweet flavor that is cut off by the acidity. It has a soft and mellow taste, and is a good autumn sake 🍂.

Purchased from my favorite sake store as it was well received. ☺️ 　Rice: Gohyakumangoku 　Alcohol level: 15 　Type: 1 time fire-fermented This is a limited edition of Autumn Sake that is bottled individually and stored in cold storage (about 8 months) in its original state during the summer in order to maintain good maturity and aroma. It has a full aroma and gentle sweetness. It has a full-bodied aroma and a gentle sweetness, and its mellow and calm taste keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. The peanut🥜 in the third photo is a large peanut🥜 that only comes out during this season. When boiled raw in a pressure cooker, they are soft, soft, and delicious 💕. I'm currently in the middle of a paid vacation due to my new job. I'm listening to music and having coffee ☕️ slowly in the morning. And I'm relaxing with my cats🐈.
