Yesterday's Aradama was from Sukumasa's hanpukai, and this one came from Kadoya's hanpukai 😀.
I felt it was from the same lineage as yesterday's Aradama, but I felt Ona's was clearer 😀.

I thought on my own that the sake must be dry because of its solid and cool appearance, but the moment I took a sip, the umami flavor spread to my mouth😇.

I think I would choose Koei Kiku myself if I found it, but I guess Hanpukai is where the world of sake expands because even the sake you don't choose at all is automatically sent to you😇. ちばさんIt looks almost like a bottled canned coffee.

This is the second nigori type following Mikotsuru's active nigori from yesterday, but it's the one for meat, after all.
I chose Sanzu-san for grilled meat, but if I want to pair it with grilled seasoned meat, I would choose a strong active nigori type 😇.
Yesterday's nigori was also delicious, but I felt that the more robust flavor of Naraman-san was better😇.
