Today is the second day of a three-day sake drinking series to keep me going until the end of the year... 😀 I was ready to drink Jikin-sama until I came home after work.
I was all set to drink Jigi-Imasama until I came home after work, but when I got home and asked Kaori what she wanted to have for dinner, she said she wanted to have nabe today, so we quickly changed to Takasago-san from the same brewery 🤣.
I had this sake once with my friends from Sake-no-wa at the Yasubeyes' home brewery open house in August, but I was so absorbed in enjoying it with everyone that I was not impressed with the taste, so I prepared this sake to drink it again slowly 😀.
I had a light impression, but I thought it would go better with nabe 🤣.
As expected from Kiyamasa Shuzo, who brews the well-balanced Jikin, Takasago was also a very well-balanced sake 😀.
However, compared to Jikin's gorgeous balance, Takasago's balance was more elegant 😀.
I felt that Takasago was a better match for today's nabe than Jikin, so it was a good choice for me 😇.

Ori Hunter 1️⃣ 4️⃣th bottle
For this year's Christmas Sake, we have three nigori-style sake 😀.
First of all, on Christmas Eve, here is Merry Crescent, which was brewed for Christmas for the first time by Koei Kiku 😀.
The aroma is not that strong 😀.
The taste is more drinkable than the usual Koei-Kiku, with less acidity 😀.
The top clear was also collected, but I felt the sourness was stronger than the top clear when mixed with oli 😀.
Koueikiku is also taking on a great challenge 😇

It's one of the 4 major nigori 😅.
We were able to bring along a few, so we'll have some as soon as possible 🍶.
Of course, if it's good, we'll bring more immediately 😍.

After several times of immediately tightening and opening the bottle, the bottle is finally opened 😅.

Since we enjoyed Saga sake at consecutive events on Saturday and Sunday, here is a light nigori made with Aizan by Koeikiku of Saga in a series of pitches 😀.
I also successfully collected a bottle mixed with room temperature supernatant 😀.
The top aroma was a little sour fruit...grapes and green apples... 😀 The taste was soft sweetness and sourness.
The taste is a delicious combination of soft sweetness and sourness 😀.
The mixture has a mellowness that is typical of light nigori, which makes it even more to my liking 😇.
Ori and ❤️ are a good match 😇

Jikin's nigori sake has arrived safely at our house this year as well😇.
To celebrate, we opened a bottle of Jikin's special Junmai Hi-ire today, which had been in our house for a while 😀.
It's a stable taste, isn't it?
Sweetness, umami, acidity, bitterness 😀 .
Everything is at a high level, and they all coexist without fighting each other 😇.
I can only say that it's a quintessential Jikin's Special Junmai 😇.

Walking in Suita's Expo Park with sake for the first time in a while: 🚶♀️
Of course, I had been walking at the Expo Park during the summer, but I used to drink only canned chuhai during the hot season, but now that the weather has improved, it's been a long time since I brought my own sake 😀.
The sake I brought was TYPE-FY2 from Fukuoka Wakanami Sake Brewery 😀.
I've had Wakanami's sake many times, but this is the first time I've had it 😇.
The sweetness of the rice spreads on the palate, followed by a fruity sweetness with a hint of apple 😀.
It was a very tasty sake, and it sunk into my body that was starting to sweat after walking in the sunny weather. 🙆♂️
