I recently opened a bottle of this new sake from Koueikiku, which I was very curious about after reading many comments on Sake no Wawa😇.
As you commented, I chilled it properly and quietly turned the plastic part around the stopper gently, but at that moment the stopper blew out and I was surprised 🤣‼️
I was even more surprised when the cork blew out and the top clear liquid was safely removed. ‼️🤣
The top nose was quite mature, but in the mouth it was delicious with a strong piquancy and quiet fruity sensation.
The fresh rice flavor was also very tasty 😇.

Today's sake is also from the Winter Nigorinpik, a light nigori sake from Tasake.
Actually, this sake has been aged at freezing point in our sake cellar for 6 months since I heard in a post by Sake-no-Wawa that new sake is a little bit cloudy 🤣.
I don't know what it tasted like at first, but the taste I got today after a little aging was very refreshing and the fruity acidity was very pronounced.

I looked at the list of sake that I can buy with my points at the liquor store I frequent and found a four-pack of Jikin Toku Jun Hi-ire and a bottle of this Jikin Jungin Omachi Nama Sake...now which one should I buy 🤣.
I decided to go for the bottle I usually don't buy because I had a bottle of Toku Junsei that I had just opened in my cellar and I thought this might be my last chance to get a bottle of this season's Jijikin Nama Sake 🤣.
It was great to compare the Toku Junsei and Jungin Omachi Nama for the first time 😇.
Both are wonderfully balanced, just like Jikin-sama 😇.
However, when compared to the Jungin Omachi, I felt that the Jungin Omachi was more balanced and all the flavors were more pronounced 😀.
Kaorin preferred the Jungin Yumachi, which had a more balanced and gorgeous flavor, while I preferred the Toku Junsei, which had a more delicate and balanced flavor 🤣.

Today I brought a Junmai Daiginjo Nama Watabune from Nanabonjari, which I received from the Kadoya Sake Shop's hanpukai a long time ago 😀.
I could smell the ginjo aroma, but it was a more robust and sturdy sake 😇.
I had an image of Shichibonspear as a light and dry sake, but thanks to the addition of the junmai daiginjo, it had a gorgeous fruity aroma until the middle of drinking, and from there it quickly became sharp and strong 😀 It is a dry sake, but it has the strength of a bento.

First up is Jikin's Special Junmai Nama 😀.
Jikin has a good balance, but this special junmai nama is the one that sticks out to me the most😇.
Today's sake comparison is Shinshu Kamerei and Tsukiyoshino, both of which were opened earlier, but since they are all delicious sake, we chose Japanese food such as sushi, bamboo shoots and eel liver so that the food would not interfere with the sake 🤣.
All the sakes are definitely delicious 😀.
We were able to compare the best of the three sakes: the well-balanced Jikkimasama, which I never get tired of drinking, the 🐢sama, which has great flavor and sharpness, and the Tsukiyoshino, which matches its gorgeousness and gentleness 😇. ma-ki-Good evening, Yasube!

This sake is also a special hanpukai sake and is a junmai ginjo orikarami sake brewed by Naraman in Aizan😇.
It was a delicious sake with a sweet and robust flavor that is typical of Aizan 😀.

I like to pair curry with sparkling sake, but today I happened to see a friend of mine drinking a bottle of sake from Jukinmu, so I brought along a sparkling light nigori made with rice from our own Jukinmu sake rice 😇.
It doesn't have much of an aroma, but the unique sparkling bubbles bring together the flavors of the curry deliciously😇.

There were 30 curry stores, but Kaorin and I each selected 2 stores to compare 4 different sake curries🤣.

It was the first time I could identify the fruit so clearly 😅.
It was that strongly banana.
The taste is a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness in harmony with the petitiveness of the raw sake 😋.

I'm going to enjoy sake at a place where I can see the most beautiful cherry blossoms in the Expo Park😇.
I came to this place with a tent and a table just like this time last year, but that time I had Ozeyuki which I got yesterday as an accompaniment 😇.
This year, I decided to go with Sakura OHANAMI by Senkori 😇.
Kaorin had issued a ban on purchasing this sake, but after reading Nao888's and others' posts, I really wanted to try this year's sake, so I told Kaorin that it was for the cherry blossom viewing so I could bring it along 🤣.
The sake was made differently and as you said, it had a more umami flavor with a carbonated acidity that made it perfect for Hanami 😇

I've had this one many times and it's still delicious and well balanced, and the Aiyama rice is one of my favorite rice varieties, so how could it not be delicious?
The Saku that we opened yesterday is also very tasty and I think it is more fruity than Jikin, which is our favorite, but I still prefer Jikin because of its good balance and umami 🤣.
However, I'd like to drink some of Jikin's fresh sake during the season, since they've only been making hi-iru recently 😀.
