I came back to Osaka from Nagano safely 😀.
I couldn't sleep at all on the night bus on the way back 😅.
It seemed like it was raining and windy and there was quite a bit of shaking so I didn't have time to sleep 🤣.
After taking a bath and getting ready for bed, I opened a bottle of this sake 😀.
This is Senkou's Sanshiki which was recommended by JN 😇.
This delicious carbonation is sinking in to my tired body 😀.
It's delicious 😀.
I thought I would get drunk and take a nap, but the Expo Ekiden is running near my house where I often walk, so I can't watch TV and go to sleep 🤣.

Kaorin asked me what kind of sake we should have for today's nabe, so I thought about it 🤣.
I opened the bottle thinking that since Honorary Ikezuki is a sweet and delicious sake, I wanted something nigori, dry and sharp...and if it wasn't nigori, Shichibonjari would be perfect for this 😇.
It was a jackpot 🎯!
Even though it's nigori, it doesn't feel too sweet, and the moderate umami of rice and the acidity from the activation accentuate the dryness, so it went well with the hot pot 😀.
Kaorin was happy that this was the best sake we drank today and that I have grown up to be able to drink dry sake, but I think it was probably because it was a pot with a robust flavor that this sake was perfect for it 😀.
It was a delicious sake that was perfect for a solid tasting dish😇.

It was a very strong flavor of chicken and white soup, so the more nigori (rice gruel) but still strong flavor of shichibonjari was perfect for me 😇

After a day off from drinking, today's drink is
ROMAN" 🍶.
I didn't know it was a light nigori sake, so I just had a glass of the top clear 😅.
The aroma is not as fruity as the usual Romain, and there is a slight alcohol smell... So I took a sip and it was not so fruity as the aroma, but refreshing 😊.
It's not as sweet and tasty as usual, but rather clean and refreshing.
I feel a new Romain 😋.
Here, I noticed a light bitterness 😱.
I mixed a little and had a second cup 🍶.
Even with the nigori mixed in, it still has a strong refreshing feeling and is still a new Loman, different from the usual feeling.
It was so refreshing that I drank it easily 😱.

This is another brand that I was curious about.

We opened the bottle immediately.
Let's start with the aroma,
Fruity ⤴️ It was surprisingly fruity, and I immediately took a sip. It is sweet and delicious 🥰 followed by a slight sourness❓bitterness❓I really feel a slight bitterness that eases the sweetness.
It's so good 😋😋😋😋.
The sweetness is a little strong but also refreshing.
You can drink more and more 😍.

I thought Ona-san was famous for their nigori ⁉️, but if it's this good, I'm sure it's good for all of them 🥰.......
I'd like to try the dry version too. It was an intriguing bottle 💫.

Today's first issue of the series
The first in a series of first bottles 🍶 "Yamano Kotobuki".
Among the many brands available, I chose this one just because of the label 😅Sake from Kyushu is also quite good, so I opened the bottle with high expectations.
The aroma is not that strong, it's more of a refreshing type 😊.
And then I took a sip. It's clean and refreshing, with a slight spiciness spreading slowly in the aftertaste.
The spiciness is just right and disappears easily.
It's the kind of sake that goes down smoothly and is easy to drink too much 😅.
I have a lot of intuition when it comes to sake choice these days, but I never get a bad one 😁.
Maybe I'm using too much luck here😅.
Well, it's a good thing I'm finding good sake 😊.

First issue of the series has resumed and this time it's "Naraman" 🍶.
Without any preconceptions, I opened the bottle and started with the aroma...mild aroma. Take a sip.
The impression is clean and refreshing, and the spiciness follows from the sweetness.
The aftertaste disappears quickly and you are left waiting for the next sip. The impression of "beautiful" is perfect.
I thought the sake brewery was in Nara prefecture because of the brand name "Naraman"...but I didn't realize it was in Fukushima 😅.

It was a brand I wasn't expecting at all, but since it's a Junmai Ginjo, I decided to give it a try and brought it along 😅.
I opened the bottle and started with the aroma...
Fruity ⤴️ and a sip 🍶.
I wonder if this is called "beautiful" ⁉️. It has a clear mouthfeel and flows smoothly down the throat.
It's a little spicy as the temperature rises, but it's totally clear and unctuous 😋.
It is really delicious ⤴️ I didn't know there was such a delicious sake even if it is a brand that is completely new to me... 😱.
It was a brand that made me rediscover the depth of sake more and more 😊.

Snow Dharma Drinking Comparison 4️⃣
The second bottle of Sentori Snow Dharma is this UA Snake🐍 😀.
It will be the first zodiac sake of the year 😀.
The amount of ori was the highest for the regular Snow Dharma and the lowest for this UA Snake, but it was more fiercely carbonated than yesterday's Snow Dharma, and as soon as we opened the bottle, it started to auto-stir and we couldn't get any supernatant 😀.
The taste is a bit lighter and fruitier than the Snow Dharma, but the acidity and spiciness from the carbonation mixes nicely and is delicious 🐍❤️
Taste-wise, Kaolin and I both preferred the UA Snake from here 🐍.

Snow Dharma Drinking Comparison 3️⃣
This is just my own idea, but I chose the Five Greatest Nigori Sake based on the nigori sakes I drank during last year's Nigorinpic and this year's event 😀.
For me, the five greatest nigori are Jikin, Hirotogawa, Ona, Hanazumi and... and this Snow Dharma 🤣.
The other 4 bottles I drank this season confirmed the deliciousness of the other 4 bottles, but I finally got to my first Yukidharma this season 😀.
I heard that Sentori changed their production this year, so I was really looking forward to it, but it is as delicious as ever 😇.
Thanks to the fact that it was well chilled, it didn't blow out and I was able to get the supernatant without any problems 😀.
The supernatant and nigori that had been brought to room temperature and the nigori that had been chilled 😀 Each has different nuances.
Each one has its own nuances, but they were all delicious 🤣.
However, the chilled one was the most tasty as it gave the most nuance of the active nigori with a sense of effervescence 😇.

Today is my first brand series 🍶 "Banjo Kotobuki" 🍶 which I brought to the liquor store after much deliberation in front of the fridge 🍶.
I was attracted by the label and the cosmetics😅.
The bottle was opened immediately. The aroma is a little sour. A sip and it's surprisingly refreshing and not too sour 😅I guess my stupid nose is exploding ⁉️
The aftertaste is also refreshing 😋That's right 🎯⁉️ and the second sip... I raise the temperature range to feel a little taste in my mouth... First the aroma is like a disinfectant 😱The taste is also a little peculiar 😅.
I take a chaser to clear my mouth and take another sip 🍶I can feel the beautiful taste when I drink it normally 😅It's a little strange sake 🍶.

Winter Nigorinpik 29
This is the first challenge nigori sake brewed by Matsuyama Shuzo since its revival in 2023 in Fushimi, Kyoto.
I actually had a chance to talk to the head brewer of this brewery, who moved from a major brewery to Matsuyama Shuzo last summer at an event in Namba for the revival of the brewery, and I have been paying attention to it since then.
The fruity sweetness and deliciousness filled my mouth in a natural way with no clinginess at all 😇.

It was a really nice Kyoto nigori sake brewed with Kyoto celebratory rice and a yeast called Kyoto no Koto 😇.
And the label was very impressive, beautifully depicting a ten stone boat floating on the moat of Fushimi in the snow 😀.

Continuing from yesterday, we will open a bottle of Koei-Kiku's Hello Oumachi Usu-Nigori Sansan for comparison 😀.
After yesterday's scare, we carefully opened the bottle today and found it to be very mature compared to Snoqualmie's 😇.
Although the bottle was mature when opened, I felt a stronger schwash in my mouth when I put it in my mouth 😀.
The taste was more sweet than Snoclet's 😇.
It is a bit higher at 14 degrees compared to Snoclet's 13 degrees, but it is rather amazing that you don't feel the alcohol 😀.
Kaorin says that I prefer Omachi to Yamadanishiki because this is Omachi compared to Sunokure's Yamadanishiki, but I wonder if that's true ❓🤣.

Kaorin asked me to choose a sake for today because she was going to grill some meat that she received as a tax return gift from Saga Prefecture, so I opened this bottle of Snow Crescent first because I had two bottles of Koei-Kiku's nigori type sake from Saga 😀.
When I opened the bottle, it almost blew out with a loud pop, but I managed to hold the stopper down to avoid a disaster 🤣.
The alcohol content is low at 13%, but with the robust flavor of Yamadanishiki, it doesn't feel too low in alcohol 😇.
Koeikiku is still delicious 😇
However, Tengu Mai's Yamahai Nigori went very well with today's Yakiniku 😀.
I think a robust nigori type of dobrokku goes better with yakiniku 🤣.
Tomorrow, I'm looking forward to the next Kouei Kiku with today's Kouei Kiku because it will be a fish-based food 😀.

This is a sake prepared for the hanpukai by my regular liquor store😇
I was a little disappointed because I thought I was covered since this one came in the hanpukai sake after I originally bought the Winter Session... but I was betrayed in a good way 🤣.
The amount of cage sedimentation is almost the same visually, and the automatic stirring ollidance behaved the same after a few seconds of opening the bottle even though it was kept at freezing temperatures😅.
The aroma was also almost identical 😀.
The difference is the taste in your mouth 😀.
As I mentioned before, Winter Session also tasted delicious, but the basic taste direction was the same but clearer and more transparent😇.
The specs of this sake are totally secret, so all I know is that both have the same alcohol content of 14 😅.
The Winter Session was written as 55% polished rice, so my guess is that this sake is more highly polished ❓😇😇

After purchasing this Winter Session, a very similar sake from Yamanobusyu came in from the hanpukai 🤣.
