ヤスベェFor some reason, we decided to start the Nigorinpic in our house on December 20, and we have a cellar and refrigerator overflowing with our favorite Nigori sake, but right now we are watching the Nigorinpic with our fingers crossed 😀 .
So, the last sake I chose before the Nigorinpic is Jikin's special junmai hi-ire.
I had a hard time deciding between Jungin and Tokujun, but I was in the mood for Tokujun today 🤣.
After all, no matter how many times I drink it, Jikin is always delicious 😀.
It gives me the illusion that it's still a pure sake despite the fact that it's hi-ire 😅.

I originally like cold sake and stock my sake in such a lineup, so I can't find it in such a situation 🤣.
Then I found this Tasake 😀.
I felt it was a bit too good to heat up sake, but I gave in to the temptation to drink heated sake today 🤣.
We compared cold, room temperature and lukewarm sake, and each temperature range was different and delicious while showing different faces 😀.
Kaorin seemed to prefer the clear and fruity cold sake, but I preferred the deep and open taste of the room temperature sake the best 😀.
Of course, the lukewarm sake was also delicious, with a deep flavor that is not typical of junmai daiginjos 😇.
