Last week, I had dinner with a customer in Fukuyama City.
I thought it was a good opportunity to try a local sake...
I drank Tenpoichi for the first time!
It was so delicious that I was going to drink something else.
I had another glass of Tempo-Ichi 😅.
It's soft and easy to drink...
I went to the store this weekend and found some more Tenpoichi 😳
And it was a bottle of ✌️
I had to bring this one home 😁.
It's the first new sake of the year...
It's fresh as new sake should be😆.
Unlike the impression I had the other day, it's a bit naughty...
Unreservedly like a child, yet
Pure and pleasant 😌.
Thick umami flavor spreads all over the mouth.
The strong acidity gives it a refreshing kick ✨.
It's assertive but crisp and easy to drink
Very easy to drink 😋.
It's also interesting to meet this kind of sake 🤣.
