Saku Junmai Ginjo Enochi I forgot to drink on the day of Saku😅 Looking back it's been a year 😳 It's been a long time since I've had Saku 🤗. Megumi again this time 🥰. It's a classic amongst all the other crops 👍‼️ I don't need to tell you how delicious it is 😌. Smooth, calm sweetness and flavor 😋. The acidity is moderate, but the aftertaste is sharp and clean. Aftertaste that casually disappears 🫠. I haven't had this for a year... What a waste of time😅. It's fun to drink different kinds of alcohol. I want to drink regularly and carefully I'd like to take my time and drink regularly... 😌.

December is 　Hitogokochi Junmai...exquisite balance In January 　Miyamanishiki...Elegant sweetness 　Hitogochi Jungin...light and smooth In February 　Yamae-Nishiki...pure and mellow And this month 　Yamada Nishiki This one is also very tasty 🤤. It has a mild umami like Yamadanishiki and a light acidity with a hint of gas. ☺️ And above all, the lingering aftertaste with a hint of bitterness The lingering aftertaste is profound😊. Among the many spring sake on the shelves I saw a smart, spring-like label... 👀 It was a brand I had never seen before, "Hanamemi". ✌️ 　A young master brewer is being honest with himself 　To keep challenging himself 　The brand he launched The brewery is Ota Shuzo in Mie, which brews Hanagura. After a hint of sweetness and sourness After the slight sweetness and acidity, a pungent taste gradually emerges... 😳. This spiciness has no unpleasant taste and is easy to drink. Tasyu Tokubetsu Junmai Tasake Special Junmai, my most consumed bottle. All in one bottle, this is my 8th bottle ✌️ I love this sake😍! It's been half a year since last September... It's been quite a while😅 The taste has changed since last year... It's not what I imagined when I liked it... I complained many times 😓. I drink it a little less often now. This year, for the first time I think it's back to the old taste. From last year's slightly tart taste to the clear and transparent taste I used to love... ✨🤣🤣. Clear and transparent taste... ✨🤣. Did they change the brewing method with the change of year... 🤣 Maybe they changed the way they make it? Either way, I'm sure I'll be seeing more of Tasake Tokusyu this year. I'm sure we'll be seeing more of Tasake Tokujun this year👍‼️

Jyuseki Shuku Junmai Ginjo Spring Kyukura-san purchased this at the Fushimi Sake Fest... We went straight to the offline meeting in the afternoon 🚃. We were given a bottle ✌️ Thank you, Kyukura-san 😊. I was planning to wait until the cherry blossoms I was going to wait until the cherry blossoms 🌸 to drink it since it has a spring-like label 😌. But...I couldn't resist 🤣 I bought other spring sake... I opened the bottle with an excuse I don't understand 🍾. It's delicious 😋. Soft and light on the palate... Mellow and gorgeous sweetness... Soft and fluffy aftertaste... A soft, lingering aftertaste, then a smooth, crisp finish 😌. Very spring-like flavor... A little hard and young 😁.

Amano-shu Ginjo-genshu Osaka Ai 💖 after a long time It was given to me by a customer but there was no one to drink it. It was left on my desk at work... 🥲. I couldn't stand it so I took it home. I kept it in the fridge at home for a while and opened the bottle 🍾. After drinking it, my wife said to me... 'It's just like the label says it is'... Classic as it used to be😅 It has a lot of bad taste, strong habit and strong alcohol taste My wife's glass stopped ✋😓😓... But... After a while, when the temperature rises... 😳 The flavor is beautifully rounded and very tasty 😓😓. round and very tasty 😋😋. It was the right decision to leave it at room temperature 🤣. Then let's drink heated sake 😁. Caramelized sweetness and good acidity... The taste is even more rounded 🤤. My wife can't stop drinking 🤣. It was quite a deep tasting sake 🤤.

I opened a bottle of Hana Yuu Sake Mirai the other day. I'm going to drink a bottle of rare sake rice "Sake Mirai" 🌾. I rarely compare the two 😊. Yumeshin Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu Nakadare When I see it, I can't help but buy it! It's so delicious 😋. Lightly carbonated and juicy sweetness intertwined with a refreshing sourness The taste is indescribable 🤤. Sake with acidity is sometimes too light and lackluster but 😅 this sake has a strong flavor. This sake has a firm umami flavor Not too much, but just the right balance 👍 My impression of the taste is... I copied and pasted from my review last August Copied and pasted from a review last July🤣 Yesterday was Valentine's Day 💝. My wife made a chocolate cake 🍫. She made it by hand😊. Very tasty 🤤 but... I've never made a homemade cake before... What happened to my wife... 🙄... 🎶Rafa family...what's going on in the theater🎶. People who don't watch the laugh track won't understand 😁.

Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi Unfiltered Nama Shu Pairing Shinshu Kamerei with soba noodles... I've always wanted to do this! Finally my wish came true! And the soba noodles were handmade by myself ✌️ I tried to make handmade Soba a few times last year... I'm not sure if I can do it right 😭. This time I went to a soba noodle making class 🏫. Finally I was able to make Soba noodles the way I wanted 🤣. I got compliments from the teacher... I felt like climbing a tree 🐷. Shinshu Kamerei is Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi 🌾. I was going to bring it to a drinking party... But now I don't have any more to bring 😢. Then let's drink it 😁. Fresh aroma and light taste... It goes well with soba noodles 🤤🤤... I bought other Shinshu sake yesterday! I need to make soba at home again... 😆

Takihama Dry Junmai Taki Suiryu Unfiltered Nama Sake When I see sake from Mie Prefecture I want to drink it by accident 😁. I was just thinking "I want to drink dry sake..." when I came across this one 😊. I was thinking about it when I came across this 😊. This is my first time to try Takihama! Taki Suiryu" is read as "Hayase". 　Just like the flow of a waterfall 　It is a junmai sake that has both a smooth and refreshing sharpness 　It is a junmai-shu with a refreshing sharpness... It seems to be a regular sake, so I'll have a bottle... ✌️ It's dry, but it seems to be from Mie Prefecture. It is clear and very refreshing 😌. It has enough umami from the rice and a nice sharpness. It is a very tasty food sake 😋. It is a very tasty food sake 😋... And it doesn't get in the way👍 I would like to drink it again! I'm off to a new comedy show today 🤣‼️
