Kadoya Sake Shop February Hanpukai Sake
A special order of a certain sake made by Wakanami Shuzo
The front label is double-layered, and when you peel it off, you will find the answer...
Slightly melon-like aroma.
The light fruitiness on the palate is followed by a full spread of mellow rice flavor and sweetness reminiscent of caramel, which finishes with a rather long, bitter aftertaste.
This is a new Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki sake from Wakanami.
Sake made with Yamadanishiki🌾 produced in Itoshima🍶.
The aroma is slightly sweet and sour on the nose.
The palate has a refreshingly crisp acidity.
Juicy sweetness is very delicious.
It's the same brewery, so it's no surprise that the taste is similar to Dragonfly 🤔.
Both are delicious though 😊.
Sweet-umami type, with a thick flavor. Aroma of honey on the nose. The specs are on the second page of the label. It was different from what I imagined, but delicious.
The nose has a strong sweetness.
The aroma is full-bodied with banana-like nuances.
Needless to say, the taste is delicious. It is already a candidate for first place this year.
There is a lingering aftertaste, but it disappears nicely.
The push of the flavor and the pull of the aftertaste are exactly reproduced.
I don't often repeat myself, but this is a must buy.
It has a sweet green apple aroma, a mellow sweet taste, and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
This flavor is a standard fire-roasted version. Delicious!

Wakanami junmai raw ❣️
Non-stressful deliciousness 🎶.
A delicious sake that can be drunk easily 😋.
Exactly the Wakanami flavor💕!
Aroma of banana and citrus like grapefruit 😆.
It has a little bit of a tangy, gassy feeling, and the initial softness and freshness spreads.
The elegant sweet flavor flows straight into the palate, and then the taste of citrus like lemon 👍.
The long, beautiful acidity finishes off the finish.
The juicy flavor with lots of minerality is a quintessential young wave 🌊🌊💥💥💥🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊.
The third one is the weekend ramen 🍜🍜🍜🍜.
Spicy wonton noodles🎶.
It's a little hard to tell, but the soup is soupy and full of wontons ˙³˙ ⇝💕.
For my partner who loves wontons, it's been a while 😊.
The amount of noodles in a normal serving is a lot, so it was very satisfying 😆💕.
The pork was over 1cm thick and I was already full 😵 lol
Hi T.KISO 😃
Thank you for your regular weekly rah-rah post 🙇 I can't get enough of wontons, I love them too 😆 and I'm jealous that you can drink young waves 🤤.
Good evening, King of Noodles and Liquor😄
I am the real Noodle🍜Sake🍶´ King👑🤣.
These wontons are the king of Yamagata's Sakata ramen, big and slippery ❣️
I guess Hokkaido is tough for Wakanami 💦 hope they expand 🙏.
Good evening, T.KISO🦉.
I love Wakanami, but I haven't had the raw sake yet 💦 It looks so piquant, fresh, juicy and delicious 💦 ❣️
Wontons, they are big like lasagna😳
Hi Pon 😊
Wakanami's raw sake is so juicy and delicious ♥️ you can really taste the sweet and tasty acid 😁.
Wontons, they're huge 💦True and delicious 🎶😋.
We have had Junmai and Junmai-Ginjo nama-shu from Wakanami, and this Yamadanishiki is also very tasty with a fresh and beautiful acidity.
It was less sweet than the junmai ginjo nama-shu, and seemed to have an even better balance with the acidity.
I would like to enjoy the standard hi-ire next.
4.0 / 5.0
Clear ginjo aroma reminiscent of melon
The gaseous and clean mouthfeel is followed by juicy rice flavor and refreshing sweetness, and finishes with a lingering acidity that is refreshingly light and refreshing.
A souvenir bought by an acquaintance of my wife in her image. First drinking of Okawa's famous sake. It has a slight tangy taste with a clean and sharp taste. Even after drinking it 3 days later, the tanginess was still there. I am a little hesitant to buy it myself, but thanks for the gift!
Mild aroma. It has a rich and rich flavor for a honjozo, and is easy to drink without being unpleasant. When heated, the acidity becomes stronger and the balance is lost. What is this, a honjozo limited to chilled? I've heard rave reviews about this on X and elsewhere, but I honestly didn't understand it.
But I have experienced many times with local sake that last year it was good, but this year it was bitter or had a different flavor, so there may have been times when it was good. Unlike major sake breweries, where the quality is stable, local sake breweries in the countryside are not always the same, which some people find interesting, but I would like to see the standard sake to be stable.
