Amafukumikasan. Fruity deliciousness. Not persistently delicious. Grapes. Kyoho grapes. Aftertaste: acidity and spiciness. Acidity and astringency. Slightly alcoholic.
Sweetness: 2.6
Acidity:.3.3
Dryness: 2.5
Aroma: 2.8
I didn't upload it yet.
I'm also drinking Wakanami Sparkling 😆🎶.
This one was opened carefully: ⚠️
The bottle is black and I can't see the inside.
(I can't see it blowing up) Anyway, carefully...
It didn't blow out...
It came up 🫧🫧 to the very edge!
It's a light cloudy sizzle 🫧🫧🫧.
Sweet and sour sour sour sour sour
Bitter taste 🫧 to bitter taste 🫧.
Anyway, it's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo dry!
Very dry!
2nd day
Good aroma of sweet and sour
It's calmed down from the first day.
It's still very soft and juicy!
It's like a tangy sweet and sour 🫧 ❣️
It's getting better and better 😋💕
It's been a week since the bottle was opened.
Still smells as good as ever 😋😋.
Still has a little bit of a sizzle to it...
The taste is mellow and very tasty 😘.
The aroma is just as sweet, tasty and refreshing as the taste 😘.
Very easy to drink 😘.
I think I like this one the best 🥰.
Hi, little crush 🐦.
You're drinking right, and you're uploading some unusual stuff, really good 😻 I'm about as calm as I can be👍.
I saw it on your schedule! I guess you thought next year would be the year 💦 I see that today 🤣.
July 3: Wakanami Day: ☝️
So,
Wakanami Day (July 3) Limited Edition Sake
〜Tojo Yamadanishiki 3rd Season
This one's on tap✨🥂✨!
Fruity aroma
On the palate
The sweetness is just a little
And the flavor and acidity are refreshing. ❣️
There is a little bit of gas.
The bitter aftertaste from the sourness finishes it off.
It is delicious with food 💕😋💕
I can't help but drink more 😚.
It's so delicious ♡♡♡♡
Today seems to be Wakanami day, so I bought this one & opened it immediately 🍾.
I wanted to buy a sparkling, but I fell in love with the ukiyoe label by Katsushika Hokusai and chose this one✨.
First of all, the aroma smells like grapes and muscat 🍇.
When you take a sip, you can smell the same grape aroma and a little gas. ☺️
The sweetness is not persistently sweet, but well balanced with the acidity, and the slightly strong, robust flavor comes in waves 🌊.
And it ended with a small to medium bitter taste that snapped me out of it 😊.
The first wave of sweet juwa, the second wave of umami, the third wave of bitterness, and the feeling that they come in waves over and over again is the greatness of Wakanami 🤔.
I had a wonderful Wakanami day, thanks for the food 😋.
Good evening, Chirsta 😃.
Cool label😍I've had Wakanami once and it's still like a wave that comes crashing in again and again! I was impressed by the acidity ✨
Good evening, Chirsta!
Young waves on a wave day, I see! The label is also nice 💓
I wish I could taste the changes in flavor that come over and over like waves 😆.
Too bad there are no stores near me that carry Wakanami 😭
Good morning, Mr. Chirsta!
It's wonderful that you all make sure to coincide with the "Fat Day" 👍Waves🌊 change their flavor and then recede, creating young waves. ‼️
Hi ichiro18 🌻.
This label is so cool, it was love at first sight😊.
It's a very satisfying bottle that tastes exactly as described by the liquor store ✨.
I see, it's the acid 🤔.
Wakanami, I'll look for it since you have a lot of sakes 👀.
Hi Hina Hana Mama 🌻.
I saw the label and knew I had to buy it, and after hearing the description of the taste from the liquor store, I made a quick decision 😂.
Oh, yes 😓.
So is Hiran, and this is the only way to go to Kyushu 🤣.
Hi Jay & Nobby 🌻.
About 2 weeks ago, my favorite liquor store told me about Wakanami day and I decided to drink Wakanami on July 3rd 😊.
I think I understand the concept of Wakanami 🤔.
If you see it, you'll want to buy it 😆.
It's so good 😋😋.
You should try it too: ⤴️❣️
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Alcohol content 15
Date of production 2025.01
Hi Rika 🐦.
I'm so proud of you for drinking on Wakanami day! I was hoping to do it this year, but I couldn't go out to buy it 😭
It's been a while since I've had a drink ❣️
Today, July 3, is Wakanami Day🌊.
So I bought Tojo-produced Yamadanishiki, which is only available on Wakanami Day.
Cold sake
The aroma is like muscat.
Slightly gassy when opened.
Gentle umami and volume
Impression that it goes into the mouth easily.
Very easy to drink with little acidity.
At a liquor store where I work
I thought there was something interesting there.
It's a wakanami. ⁉️
But what? A can? I asked him.
I saw that it's good for camping and stuff ‼️
That's amazing ✨
You can't really tell it's sake, can you?
Worst case scenario, you're drinking it at work lol🤪.
Ingredients: rice (Fukuoka Prefecture), rice malt (Fukuoka Prefecture)
Ingredient rice: 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Fukuoka Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 15
Producer: Wakanami Shuzo, Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture
Gorgeous aroma, La France-like.
Smooth mouthfeel, slight gasiness
The flavor spreads slowly with a sense of transparency,
The wine slowly spreads its flavor, and while it is clear, it disappears with a sense of weight in the latter half of the bottle.
This Wakanami, which all the young people in the store said they like and drink a lot.
Indeed, it is smooth, easy to drink, and a little sweet.
IngredientsRice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 15
Good evening.
As a Wakanami promoter...I bought it with a sense of mission!
Tojo Yamadanishiki is expensive.
It is said to be hi-ire, but the initial reaction is not gaseous, but it is juicy.
It has a mild Yamadanishiki-like flavor that seems to swell up.
Melon aroma, but also a touch of grape-like astringency on the palate.
The finish is gentle, with the alcohol expanding.
Delicious! It's good!
But... it's expensive 🥹.
Hello, hannah 😃
The label of this one is like Hokusai's ukiyoe style rough waves 🌊🤗Tojo Yamada Nishiki and this atmosphere smells over 2000 yen 😅But it looks delicious 😋.
Mr. Jay & Ms. Nobby
Good evening 😃.
The price you will need another coin😳
Today, the second day, is still mild and tasty, unlike the label... but on the cosmetic side 🥹.
This time it is Wakanami Honjozo.
This sake is from Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
One day I had some time to kill, so I went to Kadoya-san and found this little guy standing in line. I had to bring them home.
It's been a long time since I drank Wakanami.
I drank it cold.
Crystal color with a hint of yellow. Fine bubbles.
The top aroma is of apples, pears, cotton candy, green bamboo, and freshly pounded rice cakes.
The pleasant, slightly effervescent mouthfeel is followed by a light, rice-cake-like rice flavor. The fruity sweet and sourness gently accompanies it, and it finishes off smoothly.
After opening the bottle for a while, the density of sweet and sourness increases, and the banana-like texture also expands.
Actually, it was not so good when I opened it,
But if you drink it at a temperature that is not too cold after opening the bottle, I think it will blossom.
I finally got around to drinking Wakanami Honjozo!
There are so many more sakes I want to drink🤗.
Good evening, Hirupeko!
I've been wanting to try this Wakanami Honjozo for a long time and came across it at the first liquor store I went to the other day! I gave up on it at that time, but after reading your review, it still looks delicious 🤤I think I'll go buy some 😁.
Hi Peco 🐦.
This book brewing is delicious 😻Reviews still make me want to drink it 😊.
I'm thinking of going to Kadoya for the first time in about a year 😁.
Hello, Kotaro-san. I see you were also interested in Wakanami Honjozo, Kotaro-san! It's a great price and next time you come across it, please take him home 😊.
Hi Pon-chan. I used to stay away from liquor stores because when I go there, I end up taking a lot of stuff home with me, but it's nice to take a peek once in a while😊I'd love to tour the liquor stores in Shiga someday!
Wakanami Junmai Ginjo Hisashinmu Hi-iri 720ml
Rice used: 100% Jushinmu grown in Fukuoka Prefecture
Rice used: 95.5% Jushinmu, 4.5% Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 15
The day after the nama-shu, we opened the bottle of hi-ire.
The hi-ire was more cohesive than the nama-shu. The acidity is slightly more mature.
However, the world view of umami acidity is the same.
Both are delicious 😋.
