The initial aroma is sweet and sour like yogurt, with slight banana and melon fruity notes.
In the mouth, it has the umami of rice, tangy acidity, and some astringency. Finally, a slight alkali and banana aroma spreads in the mouth and disappears nicely, leaving the umami and a tangy sensation on the bottom.
It is very good. I think it is the best ever among the dry to medium-brewed wines, including the price.

On the 2nd day, it certainly seems to resemble the color series of Shinsei! →On the 3rd and 4th day: It seems to be mellower and more cohesive after a few days than right after opening the bottle 😋.

Fukuoka Sake
Wakanami Junmai-shu 1.8L
This is Wakanami's standard sake. It has a fresh aroma with a slight sweetness and umami of rice. It has a refreshing aroma, a slight sweetness and umami of rice, and it seems to disappear quickly and easily. Even though it is a junmai sake, it is a beautiful sake with no cloying taste. Moreover, the price is less than 3,000 yen including tax for a bottle. A similar sake, Hirotogawa's Tokubetsu Junmai, is priced at a little over 3,000 yen per bottle, but it is more mellow and sweet, while Wakanami Junmai is more light and dry. Both of them are very cost-effective, so I would like to keep them on hand.

This is 💁, a bottle of "Dragonfly" by Wakanami Shuzo 🍶.
My junior bought it for me during the Bon holidays 😁.
The aroma is apple ❓....moderately fruity 🤔.
The first sip... while it's fire-roasted, it has a slight sizzling sensation mixed with umami and sweetness... it's quite tasty 🥰.
I personally like this flavor because it has less bitterness, which I don't like, and it has a nice sharpness. ⭕️
The fact that it is a special junmai sake and the price is affordable🙆🙆
I have high hopes for tomorrow's flavor change 🥰.

Finally, I can drink Wakanami's Omachi 😭.
I'm super excited because the last time I saw it, it was already sold out 😊.
The aroma is a mix of orange 🍊 and grape 🍇, which is very gorgeous and very typical of Omachi 🤟 When you take a sip, the soft and tasty rice sweetness and the juicy grape, orange and strawberry 🍓 spread all over your mouth. This is one of my personal top hits of the year!
