Wakanami Honjozo 720ml
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewing alcohol
Rice polishing ratio: 70
Alcohol percentage: 15
We were advised by the liquor store that the Honjozo is delicious.
On the first day, it was a little sweet and almost room temperature.
It is a little sweet and almost room temperature. It tastes a little bit like a muddy taste. After the Sentori, it was too much.
On the second day, it was much more refreshing. It was much more refreshing. This is totally delicious.
I guess the order is important, because it gives a different impression.
Kotobuki no sakimonthi drinking comparison: ❣️
The last one is "Wakanami" ✨🥂✨
With my daughter moving out.
I opened a different bottle of sake in between.
I opened a different bottle of sake in between.
When I opened the bottle, it had more of a ginjo aroma
When you drink it
Sourness from the sweetness comes through to the nose
Tingling in the back of the throat
The bitterness comes later.
I really like the sweet and sour taste when I first taste it in my mouth. ❣️
I thought it would be a bit classical.
I thought it was a bit classical, but it's fruity and delicious 😘.
Good balance 😘.
As the temperature rises a bit, the bitterness becomes weaker.
The bitterness becomes weaker...
I prefer this one😊.
Tonight, the second day
Oh my gosh ❣️
It's so good cold 🫢.
The flavors are more integrated and there is no sourness or 〰︎ of yesterday.
I don't even feel the bitterness that much.
It's very easy to drink and very tasty 😘♪
Very nice 😋👍
The best one is....
You already know, don't you?
Yes, I know! They are all different and all good🤗
If I had to say, I'd say Wakanami 💕☺️
Good evening, Tsubuchan😄It would be interesting to compare sake rice! I guess all of them are famous, so even if they are the same sake rice, they must taste different from each other! I've never heard of Ichiginmoku sake rice before!
Hello, Tsubu-chan!
I think it's fun to compare different breweries with the same sake rice 🎵.
Wakanami is really delicious ⤴️
Wakanami is one of the top breweries I would like to drink someday 😋.
Good morning, Tsubu 😃.
I'm looking forward to the Kotobukiminmu comparison! I have an image of Kotobukinmu = Fukuoka sake 🤗.
I guess that's the result of the comparison...
Sake Jugemu 🇫🇷
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The aroma is fruity, like muscat.
It is dry, not sweet or sticky.
It flows through the mouth without any unpleasant harshness until it settles in the stomach.
I enjoyed it with wakame seaweed shabushabu and sea robin sashimi ➕ and shabushabu with tsuge 😊.
The reason why I have not tried Wakanami until now is probably due to the austere packaging.
It has a Japanese taste and a classic look.
However, after tasting Wakanami for the first time today, I realized how my preconceived notions had limited my options for sake.
It is very modern and fruity!
It has a sourness and sweetness similar to Senkou and Sancho, and I can see why it is so highly praised by the public.
Looking at the package after drinking it like this, I wonder why it looks so modern.
I'm a cash cow, after all.
Wakanami Junmai Ginjo
Wakanami is still delicious 🥰.
The robust umami can be enjoyed on its own, and the slightly spicy flavor of the second half goes well with the snacks (on this day, iburigakko and bamboo shoots) 😍.
The only problem is that you can't buy it near me.
Kadoya Sake Shop February Hanpukai Sake
A special order of a certain sake made by Wakanami Shuzo
The front label is double-layered, and when you peel it off, you will find the answer...
Slightly melon-like aroma.
The light fruitiness on the palate is followed by a full spread of mellow rice flavor and sweetness reminiscent of caramel, which finishes with a rather long, bitter aftertaste.
This is a new Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki sake from Wakanami.
Sake made with Yamadanishiki🌾 produced in Itoshima🍶.
The aroma is slightly sweet and sour on the nose.
The palate has a refreshingly crisp acidity.
Juicy sweetness is very delicious.
It's the same brewery, so it's no surprise that the taste is similar to Dragonfly 🤔.
Both are delicious though 😊.
Sweet-umami type, with a thick flavor. Aroma of honey on the nose. The specs are on the second page of the label. It was different from what I imagined, but delicious.
The nose has a strong sweetness.
The aroma is full-bodied with banana-like nuances.
Needless to say, the taste is delicious. It is already a candidate for first place this year.
There is a lingering aftertaste, but it disappears nicely.
The push of the flavor and the pull of the aftertaste are exactly reproduced.
I don't often repeat myself, but this is a must buy.
