My favorite sake that I haven't been able to buy recently!
In a good way, the price does not match the taste, and this sake overturns the image of honjozo.
Wakanami Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjyo Nama-Shu 720ml

The main store was the first place I visited. When you go upstairs, you will find a wide variety of sake lined up in a small space. There was Nabeshima Aizan, but I gave it up because it was only available in one bottle. I took this sake with me, which was chilled to a crisp.
We opened the bottle at the inn. It was my first time to try Okawa sake.
What do you think? It has a light, light sizzle in the mouth that is different from the fizzy sensation. It is a little expensive at 2,310 yen for a four-pack, but it is fresh and delicious.
The shime was Ichiran, but it was served in a strange bowl.
Scoring: ☆☆☆☆
Wakanami's Honjozo ❣️
It's been quite a while since I've had Wakanami 😅.
I saw this Honjozo at Sakegawa and wanted to try it, but the stores that carry it were having a hard time getting it in💦.
Finally, I saw the information about its arrival and dashed to 🏃♀️💨(lol)
The aroma is elegant and banana🍌 type ❣️
Is it a real brew? It doesn't have an alcoholic taste.
In the mouth, sweet and sour taste spreads in the mouth 😋.
The lingering taste is spicy, and the overall balance is good 🎶.
It has a juicy taste with a hint of tanginess 💕.
As expected of Wakanami 🌊👍
Even the honjozo is good enough 😁.
Good morning, T.KISO!
Yes! I've been buying Dora-chan to hear that Wakanami's Honjozo is delicious, but I haven't had my turn yet 😅I can't wait to try it 😙.
Good evening, Tsubu 😄.
That's what I'm talking about 👏🎶, Dora.
It's fire-retardant, so no matter how much you sleep on it, it's safe!
I'll be waiting for your review 🤣.
Wakanami Honjozo
Sake with a high rice polishing ratio of 70% and a type of rice enjoyment 🌾.
I thought it might be the type of sake to enjoy rice.
I was fooled ❗️
It's not like that at all, it's more like...
It's rather too cosy. ‼️
I liked it better in a crisp, cold glass that you can drink in a sip 🙂.
I liked it better in a glass of ice-cold water that goes down easy 🧊.
Ingredients: rice (domestically produced), rice malt (domestically produced), brewer's alcohol

Producer: Wakanami Shuzo, Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture
This is my favorite young lady ❣️
I bought both Junmai and Junmai Ginjo because they are so good 😍.
The Junmai I drank first
The Junmai I drank earlier was a bit tame this year so I'm looking forward to the Junmai Ginjo.
I'm looking forward to Junmai Ginjo ⤴️
Now, with excitement in my mouth
This time, I'm going to scream!
Um~... hmmm? ...Huh? 😂...
Usually it's bananas and peaches, so juicy and gorgeous,
But this year it's much more modest 😆.
Delicious! Beautiful and very tasty!
But this one ended quietly too, until we finished it 😆.
Now I'm going to try a fire-brewed one 🔥.
The taste is somewhat different from the previous years, which makes me love Wakanami more and more 😂.

Chika ⤴️ Wakanami's raw sake is delicious 😍😍The fire-brewed is delicious but the raw sake is more and more fruity and fresh ❣️ I want it every year 😆 I'll get it again next year 🙌
Pon-chan 😂the problem of whether there is a Wakanami distributor where you can go 😂is a serious one 😂It may not be easy to get it, but if you see it, please give it a try: ❣️❣️
This is my favorite young master: ❣️
It's good raw sake, so I really want to drink it again this year, so I got it: ⤴️
I was so excited before I drank it,
Let's shout it out!
Um~... hmmm...? What's that?
The usual bright, fruity, juicy flavor is quite subdued 😂.
It ended up quieter than usual until I finished it 😆.
Of course, it was delicious though!

Nearly colorless crystal with a sense of transparency
The first impression of the aroma is moderately floral
yellow apple, pear, melon, white dumpling, lime-like minerality
The first impression on the palate is light.
Mild sweetness, fine acidity, and a touch of bitterness.
Light, but not too light, with a balance of mild bitterness and easy-drinking bitterness with the umami of the rice.
The aftertaste is moderate.
The bitterness is moderate and easy to drink.
I would like to drink it in a wine glass at a cooler temperature.
I'd like to drink it with an appetizer or something with salty red bean paste sandwiched in the middle, if I'm in the mood.
Oh, the bavarois that my daughter is making in front of me right now looks pretty good!
I'll ask her to share some when it's done.
I wonder if she'll share it with me,
