The lottery for Yoshidaya started today, so I forced my wife to buy some sake for me 👏It was for purchases over 5000 yen, so she got me two bottles, a 1.5 liter bottle and a 4 liter bottle. ☺️ It says that this Kanpokuto is great with meat, so I paired it with grilled pork shabu meat wrapped in cheese and shiso leaves, and topped it with yakiniku sauce 😋.
