Later, when I looked at it more closely, I saw that it was made with Hakutsuru-nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, so my expectations were high 🌾.
It has a melon-like aroma, a bit of sweetness, and a light aftertaste.
As with all brands, I personally prefer the aroma and sweetness of Hakutsuru-nishiki to Yamada-nishiki.

It has a magic feeling and a gusto of sweetness like Wasanbon, and pulls away with a bit of bitterness.
It tastes better at room temperature when the temperature rises.
It's a pretty peculiar sake, and I thought it doesn't need to be refrigerated if it's of this quality 💧.

Houken, which I had never touched before because of its label that looks like it could be mistaken for a shochu (rice wine) 🗡️
It is as refreshing as water when drunk on its own.
When drunk alone, it is as refreshing as water, but when paired with sashimi, the sweetness is brought out a bit like wasanbon 🐟.
I can taste the flavor better when the temperature is a little higher 💡.

Fukushima sake has been served by coincidence as of late, and this is the first Aizu Musume again.
The "Yield" series is made from individually harvested Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone) and brewed in individual tanks.
When you drink it, you can taste the umami, but you can also feel the acidity at the same time, and it flows smoothly.
It was a perfect bottle for summer, with a sense of transparency rather than a harsh taste of sweetness.
The dragonfly mark and serial number give it a special feel ✨.

The label looks intimidating with its pre-war typeface, but the taste flows smoothly with a melon-like aroma and sweetness.
Someone mentioned that it looks like an old man's sake, but once you drink it, you'll be surprised 👀.
