⛈️ It has a gassy, summery and refreshing taste. After opening the bottle, it has a rummy, cream soda-like aroma, and as you drink it, it also has a pear-like aroma👍You will drink too much 😚This is delicious 😋. Where to buy 🍶: Sumino Sake Shop

A bottle of Sumino Sake Shop's August hanpukai 🍾. From the moment it entered my mouth, it was a full-blown Pinappo, and I could tell that it was one of Hanayuup's most representative bottles 💡. I couldn't get it last year, so I automatically got it in the hanpukai👍 However, it seems to have a strong alcohol taste that comes afterwards, so be careful if you like to drink it: ⚠️ 720 mL ¥ 1,980

The mouth is flooded with pineapple aroma and sweetness, which lingers a bit before receding 🍍. This is a bottle that made me realize how fruity Koshiro Nishiki is. On the other hand, if you like regular rice wine, you may not like it so much. ⁉️ 720 mL ¥ 2,100

A bottle of Sumino Sake Shop's August hanpukai 🍾. I often see this in Kansai, but I've never had a chance to drink it properly ✨. The sweetness comes and goes, like the taste of wasanbon, and then it quickly goes away. It is a little dry, so I drank it with sashimi and it went down smoothly 💨. I thought Itoshima was a fishing town, but now I know it is also a rice-producing town 🌾. 720 mL ¥ 1,914

Super slightly carbonated, green apple-like aroma and sweetness, flows smoothly with a sweet and sour taste 🍏. Not quite dry, but fruity with a clean aftertaste💨. It emptied quickly even in the middle of summer💧. Great price for the use of Dewa Butterfly. 720 mL ¥ 1,650

Purchased at Sumino Sake Shop in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. I got the last bottle. My wife seemed to like it, so I bought it. The aroma is fresh and crisp, with a ginjo aroma like rumen. The sweetness and richness are well balanced with the lightness. Delicious. ❗️ I'm glad I bought it 🌈

Atago's eyelashes with more glitter labels than usual✨. I was attracted to this design 💡. Later, when I looked at it more closely, I saw that it was made with Hakutsuru-nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, so my expectations were high 🌾. It has a melon-like aroma, a bit of sweetness, and a light aftertaste. As with all brands, I personally prefer the aroma and sweetness of Hakutsuru-nishiki to Yamada-nishiki. 720 mL ¥ 2,090

A bottle of Sumino Sake Shop's July hanpukai 🍾. Pesticide-free cyclical agriculture self-grown rice field omachi🌾 No.7 yeast🫧. I haven't had Akizuka in a few years since I drank it before Sake no Wayaaru🦌. It has a magic feeling and a gusto of sweetness like Wasanbon, and pulls away with a bit of bitterness. It tastes better at room temperature when the temperature rises. It's a pretty peculiar sake, and I thought it doesn't need to be refrigerated if it's of this quality 💧. 720 mL ¥ 2,100

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee 😊. I've bought some room temperature aged sake from a brewery a long time ago, but it was definitely not the right quality for cold sake💦. I think Akizuka can be stored at room temperature 🤔.

Good morning, bouken. ☀︎ I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy it myself and leave it at room temperature for a summer, but I'm not sure I have the courage to do it. I'm curious to see what would happen if I buy it myself and leave it at room temperature for a summer, but I don't have the courage to do it 💧.
