猫punchS〆MI'm a beginner 😅 I love Hana Yuu and often drink it as well, but I have similar impression. It is very elegant and gorgeous in the mouth, and I like the umami and sweetness of the rice very much. Well, I would like to have a bottle of it because it runs out fast 😂.

The paper seems to be soft and attached with a thin sticker, so it was hard to peel off as it seemed to tear even with a scraper when soaked in hot water. The sticker on the back side was partially torn because the paper quality is even thinner😅.

Stable taste and easy to drink 😋. 猫punchS〆MI heard Osaka's sake is Aki-shika or Kurehaaru so I had it for the first time 😃I saw a raw Aki-shika 🍂🦌 so I took it home with me 😁.
The taste is not the sweet and delicious of today's sake, but it has a banana-like aroma and a clean taste due to the use of No. 7 yeast and 100% Yamadanishiki, a slight yellow texture due to the unfiltered raw sake, the umami of the rice and 17% alcohol content, and it is pleasantly rich and yet fresh 🍂. I could feel the freshness ♬♬♬ personally prefer it.

I bought it at "Sumino Sake Shop" because I enjoyed it when I drank it outside.
Unlike when I drank it outside, it was not as dry, clean and easy to drink as I thought it would be 😅 The bitterness made it seem more alcoholic 😅.
I have a stupid tongue, so I drink sake based on the atmosphere and my senses, so I feel differently depending on the day I drink it 🤣 Also, that's the fun of getting drunk 😀. 
猫punchS〆MI love Ryoseki Shuzo's elegant palate and often enjoy Hanayuup😍It was the first Junmai Daiginjo under the brand name and the first time I had the Suitama brand.
🌻🌻This was the last brand to be released before the summer season😃 🥂🥂It has a pleasant fruity aroma when you put the glass close, the mouthfeel is balanced and sharp and very delicious💗I drank too much of this 🤗I don't know the characteristics of the sake rice, Kame no O😅💦I heard they also released Jun Dai Yamadanishiki, I want to try it! 🫶💕

Gorgeous aroma. Beautiful mouthfeel, with a strong umami of rice. The aftertaste is refreshing. A sake to be savored on its own for a long time.

It is a delicious sake that you will want to drink all the time with good food and pleasant conversation 😍.

Both the back and front labels are sticker type, but if you soak them in hot water to soften them, they are very easy to remove with a scraper, but be careful not to soak the back label in hot water too long as the paper is weak.

I love the color of the coin case too 🤤. 猫punchS〆MThis is my first Yamamoto series and I don't know about the regular Yamamoto yet 😅💦They say it's a Yamahai that is supposed to be chilled in summer, but I rarely drink heated sake 😆💦 It has a pineapple-like green apple aroma, freshness, and elegant acidity rather than sweetness 😆💦. The main flavor is umami with a nice sharpness, so I think it can be enjoyed refreshingly in hot summer. I am used to sweet and juicy wine, so this was a new experience for me 😃I loved it!

I was afraid to open the bottle, but it didn't feel gassy at all 🤣 It has a nice sweetness to it that is more than just the spiciness of its name, even though I'm not a fan of sweet things 😋!
