One of the bottles in Sumino Sake Shop's July Hanpukai 🍾.
Fukushima sake has been served by coincidence as of late, and this is the first Aizu Musume again.
The "Yield" series is made from individually harvested Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone) and brewed in individual tanks.
When you drink it, you can taste the umami, but you can also feel the acidity at the same time, and it flows smoothly.
It was a perfect bottle for summer, with a sense of transparency rather than a harsh taste of sweetness.
The dragonfly mark and serial number give it a special feel ✨.

A bottle from Sumino Sake Shop's June Hanpukai
I've always looked sideways at the Jungin boxed bottles as they sell like hotcakes, but this one (aka Black Label) was the first one I drank at home✨.
The label looks intimidating with its pre-war typeface, but the taste flows smoothly with a melon-like aroma and sweetness.
Someone mentioned that it looks like an old man's sake, but once you drink it, you'll be surprised 👀.

Sake limited to Sumino Sake Shop
I don't really understand it, but the explanation is that it is a four-stage brewing process, which uses glutinous rice and other ingredients at the end to increase the sugar content.
This method is often used for al-soaked ginjo, which is said to be sweeter and less alcoholic.
It is true that the sweetness of the wasanbon-like taste may be a little too much 💡.

Purchased when Yoohee and I went to Sumino Sake Shop on a three-day weekend.
Stock was low after New Year's 💦.
It is like a sake that is made by letting a kijo sake sit for a long time in Yamamoto's anniversary sake.
It has a rich sweetness with a sense of maturity.
Like ripe fruit.
I've never had a matured kijoshu before, and I've never had a taste like this before. I'm a little confused as to how to drink it.

I've been curious about this since your post last year, so this is the year I took a look 🫧.
Strong carbonation and at the same time, I can feel a strong rice flavor 🌾.
After that, I feel sourness and maybe some sweetness at the end.
If I had it in a wine glass, it would have been too carbonated and quite nasally💦.
I imagined it to be thin, but was surprised by the surprisingly robust flavor 👀.
I had my sister-in-law and her husband who were over at my house drink it and they loved it 👍"It's like it's not sake 💡".

The word "sake future" was a weak point for me, so I bought it immediately.
As it says "light and fresh", the pineapple aroma appears immediately, and then it goes away immediately 💨.

It's fire-roasted but a little gassy and chili.
It has a gorgeous aroma and sweetness. Bitterness comes in the latter half of the bottle.
This one is definitely more like a nama-zake than the Kozutsuru I had the other day.
It's been 6 days, but the bitterness seems to have lessened compared to when I just opened it.

The last one is Nikkomaru.
But a set of oorigarami + glass 🥂.
To be honest, I was hesitant because of the high price, but I bought it because I thought it would be good (for the points) if it was in Hiran 💳.
I thought if they sold regular Nikkomaru, I could compare the two, but they were sold out and I couldn't get it 💧.
To be honest, the base taste was the same, but the sweetness was more pronounced due to the orikara flavor 💡.
I thought it was the cost of the glass, but oh well💦.

The stained glass logo looks beautifully colored and shines when the light hits it✨.
It said be careful opening the bottle, but the cork didn't blow out👍.
I write this every year, but I'm pretty sure this flavor is Aquarius for adults 💡.
Personally, I find this tastier than Aoten because the overall taste is more robust.
