Junmai Unrefined Nama Shu Omachi Polishing ratio 70%, white malted rice used. It has a strong acidity, but it is well-balanced without the sourness that white malted rice tends to have. Usagishin WHITE Unfiltered Nama-shu Polishing ratio 60%, Gohyakumangoku It has a gaseous feeling. I think this is also white malted rice, but I'm not sure. Blue bottle of Junmai Unfiltered Nama-nihonshu Polishing ratio 65%, Ihyakumangoku, Sake meter value +10 It seems to be a summer type sake. It is dry, but not too spicy and easy to drink. I bought and drank most of them at Icoma except for the Blue Bottle. I thought it was consistently tasty even after drinking it again!

It has a refreshing flavor typical of nama-shu, and as it is super-harsh, the aftertaste is certainly clear and dry with a slight bitterness, but when the lees gets involved, the impression on the palate is soft and sweet, and this impression gradually increases as the day goes on. The change in expression is quite enjoyable and above all, delicious.

I went to Icoma Sake Shop and they gave me a drink of 11 years old? I was allowed to drink a bottle of Boshimaya 😳. I think this is the first one I've had that uses #6 yeast 🤔. It doesn't have that much color and it doesn't have any sense of maturity. The taste is complex and hard to describe. I think it's dry at +7, but I don't mind the spiciness. It's just a normal wine that I enjoyed drinking. I also had a bottle of Senzuke's ROCK and it was just as good as last year's 😁.

Part 3 I've seen Boshimaya but never got around to buying it. Well, it's not that I've been avoiding them 😅😅. Yopa Memo_φ(____) Melon🍈feeling is soft and fluffy. A little bit of a kick comes later.
