I drank it at Yoshida's house.
Dry and easy to drink! It goes down quickly, but it's a warming drink that stays in your throat for a while!
It's so easy to drink because it's so refreshing!
October Tasting at Icoma Sake Shop (3)
It has a unique taste when served cold. It has a little less character than the others we drank this time.
Warmed sake is easier to drink as it has less of a unique character.
Unfiltered unpasteurized sake
Yeast: Association No. 9
Rice polishing: 65
Alcohol: 17%.
The top aroma is moderately refreshing and citrusy.
The bubbles are strong and the taste is fruity, citrusy with a slightly bitter aftertaste, grapefruit-like... mmmm, yummy 😋.
And yet, at 17 degrees alcohol, it is very drinkable!
Good for when you are tired and want a refreshing cocktail. ⤴️
Is sake too good to eat with miso katsu on a business trip to Nagoya...? 😋.
Slightly dry, clear, with just the right amount of bitterness, little miscellaneous taste, and it helps the miso and oil flow down the drain 😆.

Drunk on Gifu's Local Sake 2024" in Tokyo 🏢.
At the event, unseen labels 🏷️ are a top priority 👀
🐇Rabbit Heart GOLD
Rice🌾 flavor and soft acidity.
Slightly carbonated🫧 and Swiss drinkable😙.
Rabbit Heart BLACK
Nigori (cloudy). Of course, rice 🍚. Tasty and slightly sweet.
Rice flavor is the base, with a slightly bitter aftertaste 😝.
I think I prefer GOLD. ☺️
Taste as expected.
On the palate, a refreshing feeling spreads with a hint of bitterness.
I drank it quite cold, but it would have been good if I had raised the temperature a little.
Ibi-gun, Gifu Prefecture, #Tokoro Shuzo's #Boshimaya Usagi Shin BLACK Unfiltered Nama-shu Ginbuki.
It has a unique mellowness and a crisp acidity. The combination of this and the gasiness makes it very tasty. The flavor of grapes with red skin has a sweetness that has been stripped away. It would go well with fatty sashimi and meat dishes 😊.
Drinking Gifu's Local Sake 2024 in Osaka (2)
Boshimaya" booth.
Boushimaya is bringing a very expensive sake! Mr. Bouken spotted it and tasted it.
Boshimaya Rabbit Heart Gold.
The most expensive sake, priced at 4,400 yen. It has a nice aroma, sweetness and bitterness, and umami.
Boshimaya Rabbit Heart White
The same sourness and bitter bitterness as at the Japanese Sake Festival, but the impression is the same.
When I said to the brewery's toji, "You come to Osaka every week," he replied, "I come here every other week, and it's surprisingly close, so I can make a day trip.
Miss Yuri Minami of Miss SAKE Osaka poured the sake for me, saying, "Osaka people drink from the most expensive one."
