Calpis-like with a light rice richness.
Sharply acidic and refreshing.
The sweetness is not so strong, but it is softly sweet in the middle.
The second half is rather bitter, and it becomes spicy and tight.
Rare menu item: a nice fatty hokke sashimi.
It is not a good match for this sake, though.

We opened the bottle that we brought at the end of the year.
This was the only one in the lineup, so I guess nigori sake will be available in the near future. Perhaps it is because we have been enjoying sweet and juicy sake, but this one was not too sweet as I had expected. The specs are somewhere between sweet and spicy, so I guess it was just a selfish assumption on my part. It was just a slight bitterness that cut through at the end 😃.
During the three-day weekend, we just went out for a day trip on Sunday. Saturday and Monday were lazy with 6 movies on amazon prime (...;)

The taste is dominated by acidity, with a noticeable sweetness at the mid-palate.
As the label says, there is a slight gasiness to the taste. Delicious.
