Japanese pear-like fruity sweetness.
When opened, there is a little gas and a great juicy feeling.
The sweetness is firm with a little sourness and bitterness, similar to the Sairai that was opened yesterday. It is also 55% special pure and unfiltered. (But that one is raw and this one is hi-ire...? (But that one is raw and this one is hi-ire...?)
Comparing the two, Machida's is a bit spicier and more refreshing.

The partner, Karakuchi Teishu Kanbaku, also has a bitter aftertaste,

I got this one on the way to my grandma's house in Hiroshima, at Maeda Sake, which I visited last time and really enjoyed it. ✌️
I had been curious about this Machida sake brewery since I saw it at Sake-no-wa, but I couldn't find a store that sold it.
The taste was juicy, fruity and very delicious as expected 🌠🥰🌠.

Machida Shuzo 35 Premium Junmai Daiginjo.
3,520- at Aiba Sake Shop
This is the first time I bought this brand.
It has a fresh and fruity flavor that is typical of Machida Shuzo, and an elegant sweetness and aroma that is typical of Junmai Daiginjo.
The clear, clean taste was worthy of the name "Premium".

I came across it for the first time...and it's Omachi! I had high expectations 😁.
Fresh and fruity, with aromas of pineapple and strawberries, sweetness and bitterness with a strong umami flavor and acidity that comes later. The flavor is powerful, just like Omachi. It was juicy, sweet and delicious with a freshness and tingling gas feeling as if it were a fresh sake. Thank you very much for the meal!
