Long time no see Machida Sake Brewery... Aroma: sweet fruity rice flavor... Mouth: sweet, pleasantly bitter, sharp! So fresh! It has a sharpness that is typical of Gohyakumangoku....it can be enjoyed on its own....but today I'm sipping it with "Mackerel Sashimi"....it goes well with the fat of Mackerel....delicious....

My favorite Machida Sake Brewery...and OMACHI...my absolute favorite! The aroma is sweet and fruity from the omachi......and the mouthfeel is sweet and crisp with a nice aftertaste......this sake exceeded my expectations...! It's delicious.......it doesn't betray me.......

Fruity and sweet aroma like pear...gasiness like only direct pumping can give.... Fresh...a moderate bitterness from the sweet taste typical of the Machida brewery...delicious enough to drink on its own...I'm sipping it with a side dish of assorted fish directly from the port of Yawatahama...it goes well with white fish! Sea bream, black porgy, burdock root, red sea bream, white sea bream, mmmm...sea bream is delicious 😋!

Today, Machida Sake Brewery of Maebashi, Gunma Prefecture, Machida Sake Brewery special order project! Brewing Strategy Meeting "Machida" ❗️❗️ The raw material rice and milling ratio are also undisclosed ❗️ The aroma is fresh, fruity, and sweet❗️A sip brings a fruity sweetness and sharp astringency after a dense, mellow texture on the tongue❗️The label is somewhat jokey, "Machida" in katakana, but don't underestimate it❗️It's a wonderful sake❤️

The 5th Shinmame Festival, the 5th Kami Ongaku Mie Shinshu Matsuri㉛. I like Machida and drink it. Machida Shuzo Tokubetsu Junmai 55 Gohyakumangoku I've only had nigori Ihyakumangoku, and I often drink Yamadanishiki because I thought it would be more refreshing, but it was very tasty and made a big impression on me. I think it's a good thing to be able to drink so many different kinds of sake. And unlike a tasting, you can drink as many cups as you want, and they will fill up your sake cup. However, the sake cups at the event were 60ml, and if I had filled them to the brim, I probably would not have been able to drink more than 10 different kinds of sake. I would have been tempted to fill it up with a lot of pre-drink.

The original sake shop I often go to I couldn't drink it because it was sold by the bottle, but I found it at a nearby sake bar and ordered it without hesitation! It was fruity and easy to drink with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity! It's a fresh sake! If I buy a bigger refrigerator, I will definitely buy a bottle of this sake!
