I was also curious about this one I saw in cold storage the day before
Machida Shuzo with a green label.
I've had blue, black, and orange, but this was a first for me!
It was unexpectedly delicious!
Fruity and pineapple-like, similar to the Hana-Hoso.
Machida Sake Brewery has certainly been rated favorably in my past sakéwa posts!
I think I'd like a warm entrée on a cold day.
Chonai chives and baby sardines with egg and shirasu
This is the best 😃!
I remember drinking Machida Sake Brewery often at Sendai Ami!
I miss it 🍶🍶🍶🍶.

When the sake breweries start shipping out the fresh sake every day... we tend to buy more and before we know it, our fridge is full 😨.
So....even though it's a weekday, I have no choice but to open the fridge, so I'm going to break a taboo and open it 😆.
It's been a while since I've had a bottle of Machida Shuzo 🍶 Miyamanishiki🌾 nigori ❗️
As the note ⚠️ says... it didn't blow up when I slowly opened the bottle, but it smelled like melon🍈 in the air with a very fizzy feeling🫧😍 (the schwag (2) feeling is awesome as you can see in the picture!
The sweetness of the melon is more apparent in the first sip than in the taste, which is more like a refreshing Sue Fat Dry 😊The texture is much more tingling + dry than sweet 👌.
It's been a while since I've had a sake with a very strong fizzy feeling 🍶. If it's after a bath in the summer, it's definitely going to be gone in a blink of an eye 🤣.
However, I feel like it's not as sweet as it smells when you open it, so there might be that gap😅.
The fizziness is quite strong, so on the contrary, I think it would taste better if it calmed down a bit after tomorrow 😌.
Looking forward to it again tomorrow: ❗️
I bought this today on the liquor store's recommendation! He said if you like chrysanthemum, you will like it 😊.
There was a warning that the crown might blow off when opening the bottle, so I decided to take advantage of my experience of blowing off the crown with Nabeshima! I opened the bottle slowly!
Oh, ooh, nigori and shuwashuwa are rushing in! The aroma is sweet and juicy!
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the softness of the chrysanthemum, and the sweetness and sourness are in good balance 😆 It is a Japanese style of giving each other over. It also has the Japanese-ness (?) of giving each other over to each other, and then it goes away quickly and easily...ah, this is delicious...I've met a very good sake...
One more gong is not enough, so I'm going to have another 🥰.
Thanks for the delicious sake✨
Good evening, Mr. Ankake!
Machida Sake Brewery is delicious, isn't it? ⤴️
I've only had the Machida Sake Brewery once, and I remember that encounter was so delicious 😋.
This is a brewery I would like to drink again 😊.
ma-ki-San.
Machida sake brewery is so delicious 🤤I've had it two days in a row 🤗It makes me happy when the first sake I drink is so delicious ☺️ I hope you'll try it again ✨
It is a versatile sake that is gassy, refreshing, and has a nigori rice flavor.
I chose Miyamanishiki because I had had Gohyakumangoku before, but I think I prefer Gohyakumangoku.
a little hard after opening
Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good.
Good, good, good, good, good.
The glucose sweetness and the gas and the aroma can be deceiving, but it's good enough.
No bad taste. That's all that's good.
I have a feeling it's going to be bitter the next day, so let's just get on with it.
The next day, it tastes bitter when chilled.
I've been a regular customer of this sake for a long time, but the perfection of Mangoku is wonderful!
Popping when opening the bottle! Please be careful when opening the bottle. I was excited to purchase this limited edition directly pumped version of special junmai sake.
The freshness and fruity aroma is irresistible. The mouthfeel also feels sharp.
It was a good decision to buy a bottle.
Long time no see, Mr. Machida. It is directly pumped from Gohyakumangoku.
The sweet & sour aroma is like cream soda.
There is still some gas and it is slightly cloudy. Aroma of oli.
The sweetness comes first, then there is a bitter taste and it is crisp and refreshing. It is like a bitter cream soda with a bit of lychee and pear added.

The aroma is not that strong, but a cucumber-type ginjo aroma gradually rises.
The taste has a slight carbonation and acidity that creates a strong attack, but then it is refreshing. The bitterness lingers at the back of the tongue, and the koji flavor also remains.
It is easy to drink and seems to be popular.
This is the second Machida brewery this season. Automatic stirring. The taste is a "shuwashuwai gubigubi" type. The sweetness and bitterness are just right. Not too sweet. Be careful not to drink too much. ⚠️ I want to buy some Omachi.
Purchased online from Shichikura, a Hokkaido sake brewery.
When you put it in your mouth, the umami sweetness spreads. It has a delicious rice flavor, moderate acidity, and a gaseous taste.
Second day
The fruity taste increases and the balance with the acidity becomes more to your liking, doubling the deliciousness.
Machida Shuzo Tokubetsu Junmai 55 Limited Edition Direct Kumi, a special sake for the Machida Sake Brewery in Komagata-cho, Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan.
It was also purchased at ". Aiba Sake Shop in Kiryu City, Kiryu Prefecture. The price is ¥1,540-.
The sake is generally known as Kiyomizu, but the brewery doesn't sell this sake.
I recently learned that there are many sakes that are not sold at the brewery, but are sold exclusively to special dealers.
The sake had a sweet and sour aroma, a sweet taste, and a slight sourness and bitterness.
It tastes sweet, with a slight sourness and bitterness.
It is my favorite type of sake!
The second day was just as delicious as the first.
Hello, Tsuyopon-san 😃.
Mr. Machida! It's so good 🤗
The special distributor only ones, as the name suggests, are very special and you tend to want to get them 😅Drinking them and being delicious is the best 😋.
Hi Jay & Nobby😃
I used to live just around the corner from here until 5 years ago, but back then I only drank the regular Sei Yeon and this was the first time I drank the exclusive distributor's sake and I was surprised at how delicious it was 😋.
I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer 😆.
Unfiltered Nama Nao Kumi Nigori Nigori
I like ❤️ full of keywords!
I had a sweet impression of Mr. Machida...
The foamy, sharp and fine,
The aftertaste is very refreshing 💪.
Not spoiled at all😄!
Harami covered with pak choi 🥩.
Liver covered with green onions and 😍
Self-made blissful pairing
Wai, I feel like I'm right in the middle of the target group 🎯 that the creator wants people to drink.
I feel like I'm right in the middle of it, somehow.
But surprisingly, I can't buy it in my neighborhood, so I can't drink it at home.
I can't drink it at home.
I drank my second cup 🍶✨.
This is my first time at Machida Brewery.
I knew the name, but I was a little worried about how it would taste.
It was a great cosmetics product, and I will buy another brand next time.
