Hitomebore. A store exclusive, I guess. As is typical of this sake brewery, the richness of the umami flavor is in harmony with the mild sweetness and extends smoothly.

I almost forgot. It has a fruity aroma with a hint of origami-ness and acidity. The aroma is reminiscent of grass cake and vanilla. Lightly, you can taste the sweetness and milky richness of the rice. Fruity rice. Sourness and a light texture that is crisp and clean. Taste level 3.5/5

Photo left. Sweet alcohol. From the name, I thought it would have great quirks, but it is very sake-like and easy to drink. It has a full-bodied flavor.

9 points (wife: 8.5 points) Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice used: Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio: less than 50 Acidity: 1.6 Yeast used: Shimane University HA11 Alcohol percentage:17 Store where purchased: After all is said and done, Waface (Sapporo, Toyohira-ku, Sapporo) Slightly ripe pineapple-like sweetness on the top palate The same fruity aroma as the top shelf, the full sweetness and rice flavor spreads with a light lactic acidity, and the slight bitterness and spiciness of the alcohol makes it finish quickly and smoothly. The aroma is fruity, the sweetness and the umami of the rice are both strong, but the slight bitterness and the dryness of the alcohol in the latter half bring them together nicely, so it goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own. It goes well with sashimi and chicken tataki.

Drinking continues at Don Chaya 🕺. We emptied the weird "Haneya", followed by another round 🍶. We chose our first brand that we could see in the cellar✨ First "Kame no Ou Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate" 🎉. Not much in the way of aroma, but a clean sweetness on the palate, with a pleasantly sharp and sweet [Kame-no-o] lingering finish! I found out later that they revived Kame-no-o and used this episode as a model for Natsuko's Sake, so in a sense, they are the pioneer of Kame-no-o 😁.

Purchased at the Nohmi Sake Shop, 2,690 yen per bottle. I thought it tasted a little strong right after opening the bottle, but after replacing the bottle with a 4-gou bottle, I started sipping it slowly, and the strength of the alcohol (15%) became less noticeable. The sake I drank after the pool!

This is the sake for tonight. p It's a little aged and has a sticky sweetness, but it's soft on the palate, making it easy to drink and delicious. No, it is a delicious sake. So, why don't we make a sake club? It's fun! I'm sure it will be.

We had a good amount of sake from New Year's. I was happy to be able to drink this sake, which is rarely seen in the Kanto area. It is a very refreshing sake with a very smooth aftertaste! It went well with Osechi.

For today's sake, I chose a Junmai Daiginjo from Kuchiman 😀. We compared the tasting sakes, one brought to room temperature for tasting and one kept chilled, and this one for tasting brought to room temperature might taste better than the chilled one 🤣. The chilled one is just too beautiful to swallow without anything stuck to it😅. The room temperature one spread the sweet and delicious flavor and filled my mouth with deliciousness😇

Sake limited to Sumino Sake Shop I don't really understand it, but the explanation is that it is a four-stage brewing process, which uses glutinous rice and other ingredients at the end to increase the sugar content. This method is often used for al-soaked ginjo, which is said to be sweeter and less alcoholic. It is true that the sweetness of the wasanbon-like taste may be a little too much 💡. 720 mL ¥ 2,100

My father bought it for me as a souvenir from his trip to Aomori. The nose has a faintly acidic aroma. In the mouth, there was a delicate acidity from the sake yeast and a calm, gentle sweetness and richness. It was a crisp sake, typical of Sakuta's special pure sake. It was delicious, but it was not so good when it was warmed up 🤔.
