The perfect balance of sweetness and acidity makes this sake like drinking white wine.
It also has a refreshing aftertaste. Perfect with meuniere of white fish. It also seems to go well with cheese.

This sake brewery is located in the tourist area in front of Zenkoji Temple. The large site is open to the public for tours of the production process and displays of sake labels from around the country.
The sales floor is designed to let visitors taste and buy sake. The unit price is high. Due to the nature of the area and the time of year, it is impressive that there are many customers who are not sake enthusiasts but seem to be ordinary people.

We also stopped by last year after visiting Zenkoji temple on our Shinshu sake trip 🍶 for the first time in a long time 🤗It was expensive as you said 😅 so we didn't buy it there 😆.

The high unit price is a concern, but it is not a bad purchase if you are traveling by car since the parking lot nearest Zenkoji Temple is free.
Please come to Shinshu Sake Trip as often as you like. The Suwa drinking tour is now open.

Of all the sake related words, my favorite is "ice temperature aging".
When I find it, I basically go to the cash register 😁.
If it's a fresh sake, it's even better💘
The aroma is quite sweet 🍑 and the attack is actually as sweet and juicy as you'd expect.
But surprisingly, it doesn't linger and tightens up with a nice spiciness: 👍️
It is said that this is a half year old sake from this spring, so you can't smell the matured aroma in the hints.
It is good with a hearty meal. ⛩️
It can be served with Western food as well.
