Nagatoro Junmai Ginjo Light Nigori
~La neige d'été
I bought Nagatoro because it had a subtitle like L'Arc-en-Ciel.
La neige d'été is French for "summer snow", and the details of its origin have not been announced, but it is exactly what it looks like: ⛄️
When you open the bottle, you can taste green apple and alcohol 🍏.
The aroma is mellow and fruity, like freshly picked green apples and pears 🥰.
Tastes like the apple, the most apple-like sake I've ever had 🍎.
It has a great sharpness and finishes with a slight bitterness.
The inside of the mouth is clean and refreshing.
After the second day, the sourness and bitterness become milder and the apple flavor becomes more mellow 😋.
If I see it, I'll definitely buy it again. ☺️
Good evening, Afio😄.
L'Arc-en-ciel has bitten me 🤣.
I've always thought L'Arc's Honey is the pinnacle of J-rock songs 😊.
Oh, sorry I wasn't talking about alcohol 🤗.
Nagatoro Junmai Ginjo Hi-iri ~La fusion
Nagatoro-kura is one of my favorite sake breweries.
I bought it because it was a blend of "Arabashiri" and "Sesto".
Since I am a novice who can't tell the difference in taste, I only thought it had a strong aroma of sake yeast at the time. I was only surprised by the strong aroma of the sake's yeast and thought it was a bit too strong.
When I drank it again at Starbucks, it was so much easier to drink without such a peculiar smell of the yeast and I wondered why 🤔.
At any rate, it was a delicious sake with a fruity and refreshing aftertaste with a touch of minerality, which is the current trend 🍶.
Good evening, ichiro18: ☺️
I wasn't convinced when I drank it at home, so I tried it again and for some strange reason it turned out to be really good 😳.
It was fruity yet refreshing 😋✨.
Good evening Jay & Nobby, ☺️
I know many of you drink at Sake no Wa, Nagatoro San 😊.
I would like to invite you to drink it as it is my recommended brewery that has both clear and sweet types 🥰.
While drinking Toyo Bijin at Horikoshi Shoten in a friend's car, we drove to Nagatoro, passing through Seiun Shuzo and Teisho. After walking up Mt. Hodo and visiting a shrine, we went to Nagatoro-gura.
The Nakadori was delicious, but I chose Oragami, which I had never drunk before. Orikarami is precious, so there is nothing I can do about it.
It is called "rich umaguchi. It has a nice "schwarziness" to it. It is the opposite of Hakurakusei.
My favorite local sake😍.
The balance between the gentle sweetness of the rice and the acidity is irresistible! It leaves a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste, so I never get tired of drinking it. ❗️
Nagatoro Junmai Daiginjo Shizuku
Ichiro18 posted Nagatorogura, so I'll jump on the bandwagon 😌.
The reason why there are two bottles is because I splurged like an idiot on one bottle with Jigokan and another bottle with another Jigokan on a different day 🙄.
My wife scolded me for this 😭.
I love Nagatoro-san to begin with, so I will at least take my time to enjoy it 🥺.
The aroma is modest, but the elegant ginjo aroma tickles the nose, and the fruity aroma of young melon🍈 and apple🍎 wafts softly through the air. ☺️
It has a gorgeous impression and seems to be quite easy to drink 😆.
The first sip reveals a clean texture with no clutter and a pleasantly smooth feel on the tongue 😋.
It is a delicate sake with a juicy sweetness like fruit at first, followed by an elegant acidity that flows through the entire bottle 🥰.
There is a slight bitterness at the end, but it is easy to drink as the umami is not bothersome from the second sip 😌✨.
It has a nice sharpness and is not too sweet, so I recommend it as a food sake 😆.
Good evening, Afio 😃.
Is this the Junmai Daiginjo Shizuku you mentioned 😳
The box and label are very classy to look at ✨.
But it looks like an elegant, mess-free sake...looks delicious! It's great that you can also buy it with the Jigin hug!
Good evening, ichiro18. ☺️
Yes, it is! I highly recommend this one 😆 It's simple looking and tastes great without any clutter 😋.
I could buy it but at a huge cost 😭
I was interested in Nagatorogura after reading your review, but I couldn't find it near me and thought I would have to go to Chichibu.
I thought it might be a blend of Arabashiri and Blame, but I didn't find it to be too heavy 🤔.
It smells like apples. It has a soft mouthfeel, with a firm sweetness that spreads out but is not heavy, and the acidity is just right. The aftertaste is short and refreshing.
It was a sweet but refreshing and easy to drink sake 😊.
The photo was taken at a yakiniku restaurant in Musashi-shinjo, which turned out to be a beer festival since there was no sake available. The price was honestly expensive but it was delicious 🥰.
Good evening, ichiro18. ☺️
I see you bought Nagatorogura!
It's delicious, isn't it? It's my favorite too ✨
Junmai Daiginjo Shizuku is also very tasty 😆✨
Harami and liver look delicious 🥰!
Good morning, ichiro18 😃.
We are also interested in Nagatoro 🤔 but we have never seen it in a liquor store 🥲.
And! I didn't know they have such a thick slice of liver 😳It seems like it would take a long time for those who cook it well😅.
Good morning, Afio 😃.
I finally came across Nagatorogura... Junmai Daiginjo Shizuku 😳It looks like an expensive sake 🥰I'll try it when I come across it...
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
I gave up in my hometown and went to a liquor store I don't usually stop by and met my destiny 😍I think it might be in Tochigi because it's an adjoining prefecture. Maybe they don't ship enough 🤔.
Good morning, Manachie 😃.
The liver was really plump and tasty. I love liver sashimi. I had it with only the surface seared because the surroundings were grilled ✨I want to eat it again 😁.
Good morning, ichiro18!
When I dropped by Sugihara Brewery the other day, I also dropped by a store that specializes in "Imi" and they had 3 different types of "Nagatoro" with different specs ✨.
I was wondering if the quality of the meat is 😲demoniacal 🤣.
Hi Gyve 😃
Wow 😳God you had 3 kinds of Nagatoro 😍Nice ✨I didn't have a choice so I wanted to try the Nakadori and other drinks 😅The meat quality is good and the restaurant has a 4.3 food log rating but the price is a little bit 😅.
Good morning, ichiro18!
The thickness of the meat and the idetachi as well as the sake are enchanting 😍.
The aroma and the sweet and sour taste are so delicious 🤤.
Hi ma-ki-😃
Liver is so picturesque and beautiful 😁I remember the owner of another barbecue restaurant saying how cute it was while cutting the meat before 🤣It seems sweet but the aftertaste was just right with a clean aftertaste!
Hi ichiro18 😃
First of all, my eyes are on the meat 🥩... 🤤.
I've never seen liver like this 🤩.
It looks like it will take a long time to grill or more like it will be difficult 😅If I fail, the outside will be burnt and the inside will be semi-cooked 🤣.
Hi, HinaHanaMama 😃.
I thought it was not good to eat liver raw, but I grilled it until the outside was brown, and the inside was not.... Yes, it was delicious 😁It was resilient, happily chewy, and tasted great without being mushy 🤣.
Slightly tangy
Aroma of grain and rice-like sweetness in the mouth.
After a moment of soft acidity, there is a slight bitterness that quickly disappears in the aftertaste.
The sake is said to be a blend of Arabashiri and Yamewari, which is then fire-aged and matured.
The aroma is gorgeous and refreshing, but there is also a robust sweetness afterwards.
Overall, it has a fruity impression, but it is easy to drink with a solid feel.
It has a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of green apples and a refreshing acidity.
You can enjoy the soft umami and sweetness of rice that "Sake Musashi" has to offer.
I wonder if this is a new brand in Saitama. Rumor has it that it has been capitalized and has become tastier.
The brewery in Nagatoro, or rather, the direct sales area, is also stylish.
If you have a car in Chichibu, please visit there.
I went to Matsuzaki and saw a kura and decided to buy Nakadori-dashi after a long time.
It is gorgeous and sweet without being dull. Fresh and fruity. I think it tastes so much better than the last time I drank it. It is now ranked 11th in Saitama! I feel it should spread more.
I was visiting relatives on the far side of the country and missed out on eating, so I went to Junk Garage, which I had been curious about. I was surprised to see a new restaurant in a very rural area. I had mazesoba with all the toppings. The baby star, shrimp mayo, and okaka were just like junk. I forgot to take a picture of the ramen.
Hello Nochi-san, ☀️
Nagatoro, it's one of the sake I'm interested in 🤤 I thought the brewery was stylish too 🤣 and when I opened it, it turned out to be a ramen shop 🤣and no picture of ramen 😝 Sometimes it's good to be junky 😉.
Hello Kotaro-san, sorry for the check-in, but nothing to write home about.
But the storehouse is stylish, so please stop by if you are sightseeing in Chichibu. Iwadatami, line rafting, Hodosan Shrine, Nagatoro-Kura are all in one place.
Nagatoro is delicious, isn't it? You should check it out👍.
The direct sales shop is stylish, too.
Junk Garage's mazesoba is junk.
I have an addictive craving for it every once in a while, and I keep getting caught out by the garlic smell 😅💦.
This sake was purchased at a brewery in Nagatoro. The aroma of rice spreads softly and the flavor spreads to the back of the throat as you drink. It is sweet but not cloying.
Slightly effervescent feeling. Gorgeous acidity and sweetness, with a strong sake taste at the end.
I opened it when it wasn't very cold, so I have high expectations for tomorrow and beyond.
As a resident of Saitama, I can at least read Nagatoro!
Nag...shizu? Yes. Nagashizu. Or Nagasou.
On purpose, right? Of course. I can read as much as Nagatoro! I can read even when I'm drunk!
It is a good drink to get drunk with. I like it.
It is heavy but not heavy.
