It's pretty much like a flower sunset. Delicious. The bitterness lasts for quite a while, but it's not unpleasant. It's well put together and nice. The aroma is also quite good. Pineapple type.

Founded in the Hino region of Omi Province, the company relocated to Yorii-machi, Saitama Prefecture, and about 10 years ago moved to Nagatoro-cho, Chichibu County. About 10 years ago, the company moved to Nagatoro-cho, Chichibu-gun. The brewery is located in a place famous for Chichibu's line rafting, and is a member of the Hamada Shuzo group, a major shochu distiller famous for Kagoshima's Aka-Usagi and Daiyame.
Nagatoro Junmai
Slightly acidic and somewhat modern. Slightly acidic and modern, with a trendy taste.
When the brewery moved to Nagatoro, the previous master brewer retired, and it seems that both the brewer and brewing staff were rejuvenated.
Mr. Bouken said, "Isn't it similar to Amami? It certainly looks like that.

Group company of Kagoshima's Hamada Shuzo, famous for its shochu
I've heard of the name and seen it at sake breweries, but I don't see it in the Kansai region.
Rice polishing ratio 70%, sakekazushi 15%, sake strength +2.0, acidity 1.5

Sakegawa search shows that Rafa-san drank it last year.
It has a perfect balance of being somewhat classic and modern at the same time. The acidity is characteristic and refreshing.
It has a soft and gentle taste and is good for a meal.
This is my first visit to Nagatorogura. The label is very cool 😊.
The aroma is soft and fruity.
It is not as heavy as I expected and has a good balance of light sweetness and a lingering bitterness.
I thought it would be more classic, but I was surprised by the gap.
Nagatoro warehouse in Saitama Prefecture, the second bottle is a Nakadori.
Nagatorogura Junmai Ginjo Namaiginjo Nakadori
Generally speaking, Nakadori is said to be more stable and tasty, but how about this one?
Well, while the Arakogiri has a strong freshness, the Nakadori has a more stable flavor.
I was able to enjoy the umami more than the sweetness and acidity, so even though they are the same sake, I was happy to be able to taste different flavors!
Sake from Saitama Prefecture has become increasingly popular, such as Sairai and Hanahayo, and this is one of my favorites. I bought two bottles and compared them!
Nagatorogura Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo Arahashiri
I was hooked on this sake when I met the brewer at a tasting at my favorite liquor store!
It tasted like white grapes, clean, sweet and fruity.
I personally liked the freshness of the "Rough Running".
I bought it due to the liquor store's push. To be honest, I had never heard of this brand.
The aroma is gorgeous. A thick sweetness spreads. The lingering aftertaste disappears slowly without being persistent. There is almost no acidity.
It is very tasty and I like it. I would like to drink something other than nigori. I am glad to meet new people like this. ☺️Thanks to the liquor store.
I bought this at a local store at Chichibu station after completing a tour of Chichibu's Buddhist temples.
The unfamiliar label made me reach for it😅.
I googled it and found that it is hiyaoroshi, which means it has a low sweetness and almost no sourness and bitterness. It is easy to drink, or in my opinion, light 🤔.
Alcohol content: 15%.
Rice polishing ratio: 40% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice
Rice used: 100% sake musashi
The 2nd day after opening the bottle
The sweetness, umami, and bitterness have increased, and the taste is richer than yesterday.
