It has 17 degrees and is dark. Concentrated rice flavor.
Slightly fizzy.
It has a sweet taste with no strong alcohol aftertaste.
It is mild and tasty to the end.
When I visited the sake department of Ikebukuro Tobu at the end of last year, the brewer was selling sake,
I responded that I was looking for a heated sake,
I was told that this 50% polished Junmai Daiginjo could also be served warmed.
The flavor is soft and fruity,
It has a soft, fruity flavor, and when heated, the temperature rises without losing its shape.
We served it with buri daikon (radish) and miso-butter corn casserole.
Today's sake is a Junmai Daiginjo from Nishi-no-Mon, a brewery near Zenkoji temple in Nagano Prefecture❗️ and it is also a Miyamanishiki Arabashiri unfiltered raw sake❗️❗️ which is already a buy on its own.
The aroma is faintly sweet❗️ and the sip is refreshingly tingling and crisp and fruity❗️A great sake as a food sake❗️I finished the sake before I could fill it out carefully❗️Easy to drink sake❤️

Today I went to Nishinomon in Nagano 💨 I tasted a variety of sake, but I moved to Shinshu Kuraudo in front of the station to buy some modern sake.
Today, I will have Nishinomon, which is a first for me. The aroma is sweet and fruity like green apple.
The sweetness comes on the palate and disappears gradually. It is delicious with nozawana and motsu-ni (boiled pork) 😊✨.
Here is what we have on the night of the winter solstice. I bought this bottle when I visited Zenkoji Temple. It is a matsuri (a kind of Japanese tea), but it has a refreshing aftertaste.
Nishinomon Junmai Daiginjo 40
Yoshinoya (Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture)
Nishinomon Junmai Ginjo
The aroma is very mild. It has an alcoholic smell.
The mouthfeel is sweet and a little heavy. However, it is easy to drink for a sweet sake.
It has no sharpness and is suitable for leisurely drinking. There is not much aftertaste, and the image is of drinking it in a calm and leisurely manner.
It has a heavy mouthfeel for a junmai ginjo, so it may be suitable for different people.
Postscript: 4 weeks after opening the bottle
The corners of the bottle become a little more angular, and the acidity becomes stronger.
The heavy mouthfeel has shifted to crisp and dry. The aftertaste is still mild, but it has become more sharp.
