Continue😊.
Next stop is Nishinomoto: ☝️
This sake is brewed with two different types of rice😊.
It's quite a rich, clean, sweet and delicious sake 😁.
What can I say, it's a sake with a solid heart ✨.
On a trip to Nagano, I visited Yoshinoyasan's sake brewery near Zenkoji Temple.
We had a lot of sake to compare, but I forgot to take a picture of it - too bad. The picture is what we drank at the inn the day before.
We were allowed to taste a wide range of sake, from about 50 milled rice to 28 milled rice and more expensive ones, as well as Fukuro-hozuri and R-Yeast sake! They were very nice and explained everything to us in detail!
Of course, we were allowed to purchase some, and I plan to write about it in a memorandum when I drink it at a later date.
Gorgeous and luscious aroma.
Tropical fruitiness on the palate.
Pineapple and mango-like nuances 🍍🥭🥭.
The wine has a rich and robust sweetness and flavor, though it doesn't have a bad aftertaste...
Sake lees cream cheese for snack!
It is a refreshing, fruity and delicious sake. It has a refreshing feeling perfect for summer. It is indeed a daiginjo, but it is also reasonably priced at around 2,000 yen.
Junmai Daiginjo🍶.
Trip to Ueda, Nagano 🚃Souvenir
Slightly bitter, but pleasantly smooth. Bitter taste is pleasant. Beautiful dry taste. Sweet and refreshing with flatfish sushi. Almost no acidity.
Super fish shop sushi (tuna, flatfish, flathead, kibinago, horse mackerel, natural kanpachi, mystery clams) is delicious enough 😋.

Miyamanishiki R Public Registry brewed unfiltered draft
It has a pleasantly sharp taste on the nose at first, but once you drink it, you will be pleasantly surprised by a subtle shwashiness.
It has a refreshing taste of green apple. (I don't eat green apples, though.)
It was the kind of sake that makes you want to drink more of it.
