Here is a bottle to accompany this evening. When the bottle is opened, it has a flowery ginjo aroma. In the mouth, it has the sweetness of apples filled with honey. The sweetness clings to the tongue, but the acidity neutralizes it and it goes down your throat nicely. Today is a time sale side dish day. When paired with fried quail egg, the oil flows nicely. The fried burdock root is sweetly seasoned, which refreshes the sake and creates an endless loop. The main course is sushi. This rounded out the entire sake and made it very easy to drink. I enjoyed drinking again this evening!
Strongly carbonated liquor with a sweet and strong aroma.
The sake was easy to drink and tasty with a clean aftertaste
I made my own sake cups that had just arrived. Cheers!
It's been a very long time since I've had a Nishinomoto. When I opened the bottle, it smelled like grapes? It is hard to put into words. The color is like a golden white wine. In the mouth, it has a strong sweetness and a firm aftertaste. The weak bitterness brings it all together in what might otherwise have been a bland taste. Tonight, we are having charbroiled hamburgers. The strength of the alcohol is as strong as the spicy garlic flavor. The sweetness of the Mexican Chipotle Pineapple Burger enhances the refreshing feeling of the sake and is a nice touch... As I'm more of a french fry than ramen after drinking, I'm happy to let the grease flow through me without losing out to the fries. I don't know if this is the original flavor since I let it sit for 6 months, but I enjoyed it!
Purchased at the 22nd Hankyu Brewer's Festival
I had tasted it before and enjoyed it very much.
I remember tasting it before and it was very tasty.
We had a casual conversation.

I was so nervous, but he told me that he used to do tastings all the time at department stores.
I was so upset, but she told me that she had dealt with me at many tastings at the department store,
I was 😅 I was so upset 💦.
Maybe next time I'll ask her for her recommendation 😁.
Sweet aroma with a hint of sourness in the glass.
On the palate
A little bitterness and a little sourness,
A little bitterness, a little sourness, a little sweetness...
The taste is a little bit bitter and a little bit sour.
Tingling sensation of slight carbonation on the tip of the tongue 😆.
When you finish it, the bitterness is pushed away,
The bitter bitterness is pushed away and a refreshing sourness appears quickly and washes it away.
The lingering blissful aftertaste that seems to escape from the nasal cavity,
It is slightly pleasant. ☺️
I knew it would be good at Nishinomoto 😋.
Thank you for the food 😋😋😋😋.
Today's sake is from Shinshu
We will enjoy Yoshinoya's Nishinomon Junmai Ginjo!
The aroma is fruity.
The taste is sweet at first with a clean aftertaste.
It is delicious!
Sake-like, soft and nice smell.
When you drink it, it has a surprisingly sour and dry mouthfeel.
Slightly ripe fruit aroma.
A slight carbonation-like tingling sensation.
The flavor is moderately structured.
It is a good match for eel skewers with sauce.
