Masaaki Sapporo
8 points (Wife: 8.5 points) Ingredients : Rice (Miyamanishiki), Rice Koji (Miyamanishiki) Rice polishing ratio : 60 Sake degree: ±0 degrees Alcohol content : 16 Sake Shop Shichikura (Chuo-ku, Sapporo) Shu when opened Almost no gas Slightly kiwi-like top-end The same aroma as the gentle top rise, with a slight aroma of rice malt, the soft umami and sweetness of the rice spreads with a refreshing acidity, and a little bitterness leaves a lingering aroma of rice malt, and it finishes quickly. Fresh and mild, it goes well with meals and is moist and delicious on its own. On the second day, the aroma becomes even softer and the umami of the rice increases. It went well with the black hair and Minamoto beef steak and tteokbokki soup we bought at Ropia. Went well with lebanilla and meatballs!

Thank you, Hirupeko 😃I wanted to try it because it was well received here and I captured it 🏠As the days went by, it became mellow and that was also delicious 😋.

Yum! Too good! It's like dessert. I want to restrain myself from stopping and enjoy it tomorrow, but I'm still going to drink it. The umami, acidity, and bitterness are all nicely asserted, and rather than being clear, the complex flavors are well blended together. Toyokuni Shuzo is my recommendation.

This year I was able to get it as soon as it was released! And it evaporated every time 😭This is my 4th bottle and my first post 🤣. Hirupeko reviewed it beautifully, so I have nothing to say 😅 Elegant fruity 🍏 gentle sweetness with a bitter accent and just a little bit of gasiness to refresh ✨. It was great with the butterbur miso I made with the butterbur I picked with my kids 🥰. By the way, the first one was with tempura cod sprouts ✨It goes well with the bitterness of the spring taste 😋.

This is the second bottle of sake in my life. I'm completely addicted to sake! This one is from the town next to ours. This is... Delicious! Fruity, umami... The slight bitterness and sourness that comes afterwards is addicting. Is this really made from rice and water? It was the best! Thank you Toyokuni Shuzo!

Ippouki Junmai Light Nigori Finally opened the bottle. Finally opened the bottle 😆. Oops..! Delicious 😆 Tasty 😆 🐴~iii😆 Fruit - citrus? The aroma and sourness of the fruit - citrus? and acidity combined with pleasant gasiness 🤓. Silky flavor that is typical of light nigori (Silky and delicious, like a light nigori (preconceived notion 🦆) Gentle aftertaste 😎 Comfortable to drink 💯. Gone too soon... 🤣 Best and highest 👍
