The same aroma as the gentle top rise, with a slight aroma of rice malt, the soft umami and sweetness of the rice spreads with a refreshing acidity, and a little bitterness leaves a lingering aroma of rice malt, and it finishes quickly.
Fresh and mild, it goes well with meals and is moist and delicious on its own.
On the second day, the aroma becomes even softer and the umami of the rice increases.
It went well with the black hair and Minamoto beef steak and tteokbokki soup we bought at Ropia.
