The impression is that it is a little less sweet and acidic and more sharp than last season, but still has a good balance of umami, acidity, and bitterness, giving it a more refined impression!

Ibuki Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu from Ibuki, Fukushima❗️ drank the No.4 bottle last year in no time and thought I would have a bottle next time❗️ and it's been a year (;_;).
The aroma is fruity and sweet❗️ and when you take a sip, it has a mild texture on the tongue followed by a tingling sensation. Then you can feel the sharp bitterness❗️ and the fruity sweet aroma leaves your nose❗️ interesting sake⭕️

I think it was one of the sake that I was offered by the owner when I told him I wanted to try a sake with a good taste of rice.
It was already full of rice flavor!
It had a hint of sweetness and fullness, but was balanced without leaving too much of a lingering aftertaste.
