The fresh aroma and mild sweetness are followed by a well-balanced, gentle umami. And yet the aftertaste is clean. I will probably want to drink it again in a while...

Good bye for a week! The hot days are continuing, how are you all doing?
Well, today is the first time in a while that I'm working as a housekeeper. Since I'm living in Tokyo, I thought it would be nice to have a drink once in a while. So, I chose a summery blue bottle.
Yamori is easy to drink and I can honestly recommend this brand. I think this is my first time drinking this one, but, as usual, it is easy to drink. I drank 4 gou of it in two batches, but it was still good. It is sweet and slightly spicy. It has a rich umami flavor, so it will not lose in the summer heat.
The brewery is in Higashimurayama, so I would like to visit there someday.
I ordered Okunomi with Hanayuki. This one is sweet but has a bitter image, and I thought it had a strong flavor, but it was a slightly dry genre. I drank it with Hanayuki because it is sweet, but the synergistic effect was delicious. It goes better with food.
