Local Saitama sake 🍶"Sai-no-kuni yori kara kiriru stranger no reishu" うん👍旨ici♪ Sweet, sour, bitter...well balanced sake🍶Bitter aftertaste lingers...nice feeling🙆I'm enjoying it with homemade enoki yaki-sai as a snack...delicious😋.... ...
The liquor store I often go to has started carrying Sairai. I had been wanting to try this brand, so I bought it right away. It has a fruity taste, but it is quite robust. I would like to try other brands.
The moment you open the bottle, you can smell the rummy aroma. The aroma gives you an idea of what it might taste like. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes just like you expect it to. And it tastes just as I imagined. It's easy to drink, and I was quite into it at the beginning. I'm sure I'll finish it soon.
Very slight tanginess
Fruity aroma
Generally speaking, melon aroma
It tastes like strawberries.
Sweet and juicy taste with a long aftertaste.
It tastes like my favorite strain.
Served with Shirasu Junovese Pizza.
The fresh aroma of basil and the sweet taste go well together.
Today I'm going to try this one that I've always wanted to try 🎶🍶I had it at a local sake street the other day but I don't remember much about it so I'm looking forward to it😅👍️
There's a little bit of lees❄ at the bottom of the bottle 😉✨️😉.
Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ it's not gorgeous but you can smell the ginjo aroma 🎶✨️ there's also a bit of alcohol ❔🤔.
In the mouth, it is quite gentle sweet and sour (can you tell 🤣❔❔) and very easy to drink 🎶😆 I shook it just to be sure (I can't say to the extent of mixing the lees (lol)) and it was like ...... that❔ it was a little sour and lost its sweetness (or is it my imagination🤔) ❔❔. It's easy to drink because of the low alcohol content 🎶😉😉.
