I finally got to drink it, albeit belatedly!
Everyone could feel that it was fruity despite being made of rice, and it was just like the sake of the moment.

First, the aroma.
The aroma is gorgeous!
When you put it in your mouth, a rich sweetness spreads, and you can feel the rich umami of the rice.
In the second half, you can feel the acidity and it finishes gently.
No gassiness
No bitterness, pungency, or astringency
It has a very elegant taste.
It has a beautiful balance that is typical of Sairai, with a firm flavor and acidity and no cloying taste.
It is clean and neat, but has a solid axis.
It is a taste that is typical of Sairai 😋.
To be honest, I didn't feel like it has evolved 😅.
I thought the taste was similar to the standard 🩵 label💦.
