Good balance of umami and sweetness
Slightly acidic with a refreshing aftertaste
I drank so much that the bottle was empty before I could take a picture...
Very tasty!
Second bottle of home stock release 😭
I was going to drink it slowly at home, but then I got drunk and offered it 😂.
I think it was gentle and tasty until I was amazed. My memory is fuzzy. But I think I cleaned up well, went home, took a bath and went to bed.
The "stranger who came from the land of Sai" 🤗.
What a great expression, I can't catch up with Heppoko's imagination. I can't catch up with my imagination.
The name "Sairai" is beautiful, the label is beautiful, and the taste is beautiful👍. I drink it whenever I see it. LOL!
Vesper is a clear liquor with a clear bottle, a blue tag and stylish lettering 🥰🥰. The alcohol is also moderate at 14 degrees, and this is the look, right? It's going to get hot from now on, but a bottle of Sairai chilled in the fridge will get you through the day 👍👍👍.
Now, back to the daily routine and turning the stock.
Purchased at Kanese in February.
I drank Junmai Ginjo in Yokohama last month, so I drank it as I remembered it.
The aroma is almost imperceptible, but I wonder if this is a temperature issue.
Slight bubbles in the poured body.
In the mouth, the same vanilla-like sweetness as the junmai ginjo spreads gently. Compared to junmai ginjo, it is much more subdued.
There is also a hint of sweetness reminiscent of strawberry and berry acidity.
This cute sweetness sounds familiar.
I looked it up and found that the koji rice is Yamadanishiki and the kake rice is Akita Sake Komachi!
I see...Akita Sake Komachi. So it is Akita Sake Komachi.
Of course, there is a sense of gas.
After the sweetness, the acidity brings the flavor together, and it finishes crisp and clean.
The balance between the cute sweetness and sourness of Akita Sake Komachi is very exquisite!
Personally, I prefer this to Jungin.
It is delicious!
I think I drank Vesper by Sairai last year as well.
I just can't help picking it up, partly because of the beautiful packaging.
It has a sweet and juicy taste, but it is a little more subdued and elegant than the usual Sairai.
The aftertaste is relatively refreshing, making it even easier to drink.
GW is here! So I opened this bottle that I fell in love with at first sight at the liquor store 😊.
It has a gorgeous mouthfeel, with a hint of gas, and the sweetness spreads slowly and the acidity is moderate, leaving behind a slightly strong bitterness that quickly disappears 🍶.
I looked up the word "vesper" and found that it means "evening star" or "first star" and I thought it was a sparkling and gorgeous sake 🤔.
Thank you for the drink 😋.
Good evening, Chirsta!
That's a beautiful bottle of sake that at first glance you wouldn't even know is sake✨.
Love at first sight is understandable with its form 😊.
The aroma and taste balance looks great 😋.
The last was Sairai for the second time this month at my wife's request.
It seems to be a sake offered only at restaurants.
It has a sweet and delicious flavor that is typical of Sairai, and it may even be a bit like Spodori 🤔 lol.
Today's restaurant also had good food and sake 🍶.
Beautiful aroma like pear.
The sweet, sour, and bitter taste spreads in the mouth and leaves a refreshing aftertaste.
It is more voluptuous than the usual Sairai.
