This is an original Prototype from Isego Honten, which we had a good impression of when we drank it in June.
In addition to the yogurt-like aroma of Sairai, it has a sweet aroma with a hint of viscosity. The production date indicates that it has been aged for about half a year.
After the carbonation on the palate, the sweetness spreads, and the bitterness tightens up. I wonder if it will tighten up a little more when the temperature drops. In any case, the taste is satisfactory for the price.

I was curious about a sake called Bunraku🍶 by HinaHanaMama, so I looked for it but couldn't find it... Then I found out that Sairai🍶 is also made by the Kitanishi Sake Brewery and bought it.
