Matsuzaki store's thorny ball of gin, which is like a kijoshu made with gin instead of brewing water in the fourth stage (or was it?). It's a kind of kijoshu made with gin instead of brewing water 😊.
Not too sweet and has a refreshing gin-like taste 😊.

I quickly drove to Nanyo Brewery 😊.
I was able to buy it😊.
And...I didn't get the Katsuma 😱.

I came to the Urawa PARCO store for Katsuma but it was out of stock😱.
I was frustrated so I went to the corner 😊.
I got Tasake, Yamamoto, Koshi and Hakkaisan.
They were having a sake tasting contest for 3 different types of Aizan 😊 with a chance to win a raffle ticket to buy a bottle of Jikin.
The thing 👍 to win the Jikin, Hanayuup, and Masumi MIYASAKA from the three varieties.

This one was totally preferable to the Aizan I drank the other day 😊.
It is a 50/50 blend of a 49% polished Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Nakadori and a 35% polished Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo, stored and aged for six months.

It has a mild lychee-like sweetness and acidity from the white malted rice, and the secondary fermentation in the bottle makes it pop and disappear with carbonation 🎆It definitely looks like fireworks 😊.
