I bought this Re:vive Kugasake when Rafa and I visited a liquor store in Kita-Osaka. It is a hybrid of nama moto and fast brewer's moto, and I, being a clueless person, was like ? But the husband, Rafa and Hata-san nodded their heads in agreement. All the rice used for the brew was grown in Iwate Prefecture. All the rice used is from Iwate Prefecture, and it is fermented at low temperature for a long period of time. We were allowed to taste it at the store, and it was kind of exciting to see it freshly opened. ☺️ The silky, mild aroma fills the mouth! The acidity, umami, and sweetness spread out later and later, and it's kind of delicious even after swallowing 😋The flavor, which also shows the strength of the rice, is superb✨👍✨. This is delicious 🩷I drank it in August and I still remember the taste, that's what I'm talking about 😊.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃Hello 😃Hmmm, we are a team sensibility, we live in a place where we only have one drawer of deliciousness and how we can convey it to you 😅. But this Heiroku was definitely delicious✨

At the Shojo Banquet I liked this one the best among all the sake I drank from Heiroku. Maybe because it is the closest to the sake I usually drink. It was delicious and easy to match with meals.

Other brews 🍶Unfiltered raw sake✨Kuuga Second of three bottles my wife got from participating in a crafan ✨. Sweet ✨. A little schwar✨. Grapey 🍇. I can feel the acidity in the simmered Nametagarei 😆. Gentle taste. Also, I had it with some fried firefly squid with garlic and some pickled wasabi (hana wasabi). Get it from Kurafan @ Home Drinking 20240423

Alcohol content 14 Rice used: Undisclosed (including germinated brown rice) Polishing ratio: 50% (Koji rice), 90% (Kake rice) This craft sake uses germinated brown glutinous rice as part of the secondary ingredients. It is brewed with low-temperature fermentation for a long period of time, and is slightly torrid. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, and the taste was dark sweet with some acidity.

Purchased at the Nohmi Sake Shop. I thought that 1980 yen for a four-pack was a good price, but the owner said, "We have repeat customers for this sake. After I paid, the owner said something strange. He said it was "other brewed sake. According to this website, it is a craft sake. The ingredients list includes not only rice but also germinated brown rice, and to my surprise, there is no information on the ratio of polished rice. I was wondering why the front label says, "We dare not polish the rice"! Immediately after opening the bottle, I could feel the kemuri (a kind of a puff of smoke) coming from the bottle. This strange sake has a great balance of acidity. It is refreshing and delicious! It is quite a taste! I can recommend it!

This is the first time I have had it. It is a craft saké and other brews newly launched by a former Kiku no Tsukasa brewer, and uses germinated brown rice as a secondary ingredient. It is soft on the palate with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, making it very easy to drink.

Good evening! 🙂 I feel like we have been having mild and just right temperatures for a while. It's going to get hotter tomorrow and the next day or so 😅. We have our annual audit the day after tomorrow, but since it's a regular thing, I could have arranged it a little earlier, but I'm the type of person who won't work hard unless my ass is on fire every time, so I'll just reflect on what I'm doing then, and probably do the same thing next year. 😁 Well, last weekend, I drank Re:vive Muhayate Ikazake by Hiraoroku Brewing Co. This is a craft sake, named after the word "revive," which means "revival," and was introduced to the world by Yuki Hirai, the 16th generation from Hirai's residence in Hiraizume, Shiwa-machi, Iwate Prefecture. When you take a sip, the clean flavor of rice spreads first. It then transforms into a dry taste as it passes down the throat. It can be paired with any foodstuff, and the sensation that it goes down smoothly is pleasant. I found myself almost finishing the entire bottle. Recently, I had to stop after about 2 gou of sake to keep my health in check, but this brand went down without me even realizing it. 😅 I think craft sake, like rice and agape, has really expanded the world of sake. It was very tasty! 🙋

Good evening, Tomoyuki Kumagai😄 I am very interested in Heiroku Brewing, as it seems that major liquor stores have started to carry it. I've read your review and it seems to be my favorite 🍶. Shiwa is hot right now, as is Shiwa Space: ❣️

Good morning, Kab! I'm so glad to see you here 😄. This was the first time for me to taste Heiroku Brewery's sake, but I think the taste shows that they are making something solid with a lot of history. Please drink a lot! 😁

Re:vive KUGA Unfiltered Unrefined Genshu May 12 was a tour of liquor stores in Hokusetsu area 🚗 with Mr. Wakata and Mrs. Yuki. With Mr. Wakata and Mrs. Yuki We went to Hata Sake Shop for the first stop... We chose Re:vive KUGA ✌️ I had already decided before we went there after seeing their instagram! Hizume Hirai Residence, the place where Kiku no Tsukasa was founded. Revived as a sake brewery 100 years after relocation Craft saké due to liquor tax law A portion of the moromi is fermented with glutinous rice germinated with brown rice malt is added to fermentation When poured into a cup, it is very smooth and clean. It has a very clean and refreshing taste 😋. Full sweetness and pleasant umami of rice Delicate and fresh acidity 🤤. Yuki-san is very good at getting the owner on board. The sake tasting kept coming out one after another 🤣. I didn't know you could sample this much... 😳 New discovery 💡. I, the driver, was watching with my fingers in my mouth😅.

Sake brought from a bamboo shoot dig at a friend's house Craft sake using germinated brown rice as a secondary ingredient Fresh and clean Well-balanced sweetness and acidity Easy to drink with an alcohol content of 14 degrees. It is like a modern sweet and sour sake! It was well received by all the participants on the day. The brewer really wanted to make sake. According to the website, the founder of the Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery, who apparently went through a number of difficulties, has taken up the challenge of making sake again, and I would like to support him.

Rice used is something from Iwate Prefecture and germinated brown rice from Shiwa-machi glutinous rice Classified under the Sake Tax Law as "Other Brewed Sake It is a so-called craft saké, but it is no different from ordinary sake. The fruity sweetness spreads quickly, and the umami is also conveyed clearly. The citrusy bitterness tightens up the whole experience. The lingering aftertaste seems to be slowly fading away. It is not flashy, but it is good for a leisurely sipping. However, 3,000 yen for a four-pack is a bit expensive!
