Overall, it may be a little too mild, but it is a sake that can be enjoyed slowly and deliciously. It is also delicious with a meal. As you drink it, the smooth mouthfeel brings it all together nicely. Fourth day The taste is very smooth. The bitterness and pungency are not strong, but I can feel them more firmly than the first day. The sweetness is also felt slightly, but the bitterness is strong until the aftertaste. When served with a meal, the umami flavor is clearly visible, and the delicious sweetness is also present. Overall, it is a gentle sake that goes well with meals.

The second drink at Tensho was Harushika by Imanishi Seibei Shoten. Super dry this time! The aroma is not so strong. In the mouth, you can feel the spiciness from the traditional sake taste, but it is also refreshing. It has a complex flavor, and after the taste finishes, the lingering aftertaste is also refreshingly rich and pungent. The smooth mouthfeel is a perfect match for the flavor. So, the first sake we had at Tensho was Drunken Whale by Drunken Whale Brewery! This time it was a special junmai Let's start with the sake! First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma! In the mouth, it tastes fruity, refreshing, and complex. There is a bitter taste on top of it, and it also has a delicious flavor. The lingering aftertaste is a refreshing spiciness and a hint of bitterness. The bitterness will be a great complement to sushi. I was deeply impressed with the taste of this wine.

The lineup was not so different from the last time, so I mainly enjoyed Jikin-sama's Sake Mirai! So the second sake I had at my favorite Yakitori restaurant was Ona from Kikunosato Sake Brewery! This time it was Miyamanishiki from Nasu! Let's start with the sake! First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma! When you put it in your mouth, you will be surprised by the sweet and spicy flavor. Overall, it gives the impression of being easy to drink. The aftertaste is spicy and slightly bitter. It has a nice umami flavor. I can also feel the freshness of this wine. And it's even better when paired with a meal! Tonight's Ona-san was definitely a delicious sake! The third picture is the sake we received at the liquor store in Morinomiya! The second drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant, Tamitsu by Hayakawa Shuzo. Kiamu this time. If there's one thing I can't get enough of, it's Tamitsu! Then, let's have it right away! First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong. When you put it in your mouth, it has a beautiful mouthfeel and is tangy and spicy. On its own, it gives the impression of being dry, but when paired with a meal, it is delicious with a hint of sweetness. It also has a graininess that makes it very satisfying to drink. I have the impression that Tamitsu is a beautiful sake.
