It's another gloomy, hot and humid day. We've been having a lot of crisp drinks lately, and we're having them again today ✨😌✨. So today, for the first time for home drinking, we will be drinking Tobirazumi's Tobirazumi Kugen Type B. This sake is characterized by its acidity. It was hot and humid again today. I'm feeling a bit tired today. On a day like this, I'd like to go to the beach and enjoy 🍶. So, I drank a sparkling sparkling Oumachi 55 light nigori from Maruishi Brewery's Nito for the first time at home! I recently saw a post on Sake-no-Wa where people were drinking sparkling sake, and I wanted to try sparkling sake. I can't wait to drink it! However, I struggled for 6 minutes to open the bottle because it is a sparkling sake 💧. So, let's drink it right away. First, the aroma. It has a refreshing lactic acid-like aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it is indeed sparkling. It is energetic with a strong chili sensation. The mildness of the cloudy taste is also felt a little. The sweetness is subtle, and the spiciness spreads quickly and refreshingly down the throat. After that, the bitterness spreads quickly and stimulates various taste buds. I was in the mood for a sweet sake, so this was a little different from what I was expecting, but it was a delicious sake that was crisp, clear, and refreshing. Thanks to Nito, I feel refreshed 🎵All of the sake is so delicious that it is fun just to drink it 😊.

Yesterday, I went to my parents' house to see them. Since my father was hospitalized for a serious illness, I have been trying to visit them whenever I feel like it. My father told me that he has not been doing well lately, but we had a few beers and talked a lot about the old days after a long time, and I was glad to see him smiling and talking with my mother. Now, let me preface this by saying that the sake I drank at my parents' house was Koei-Kiku Sunburst from Koei-Kiku Sake Brewery, which was the first sake from the brewery I had ever tasted. I found out about this one from Sake-no-Wawa and was finally able to get a hold of Koei-Kiku, which is highly rated. Now, let's have it right away. First, the aroma. The aroma is not very strong. In the mouth, there is a gentle complexity and a refreshing citrus flavor 🎵It also has a raw, unfiltered feel. The mouthfeel is surprisingly smooth and you can easily drink as many glasses as you like. In the second half, a salty taste comes to the surface, and while the citrus flavor is still present, there is a slight bitterness. The lingering sourness is a delicious and refreshing finish to this sake. The taste was as good as the rumors say ✨It was a blissful evening today as well.

This is the second time I have tasted Akabu sake, and all of their labels are highly rated by Sakegawa, so I would like to try them little by little. So, let's have it right away. First, the aroma. There is a hint of refreshing citrus aroma. Then, in the mouth, you feel a gentle sweetness and a slightly pungent stimulation. In the second half, you can taste a salty taste in the middle, while the bitterness spreads slowly. The balance is very good and it is really delicious. The citrus aftertaste after drinking is also very pleasant. The smooth taste makes it easy to drink. Again, Akabu-san's sake was delicious, and drinking sake really makes me feel blissful. It also blew away the fatigue of this week. 200CI.

Today I feel like drinking with fish. The sake in the fridge is getting low, but today I decided to have a bottle of Manjyo Jozo's brewer Kuheiji human. I had a different label of Kuheiji at a sushi restaurant last year, and I have an image that its spicy and bitter taste goes very well with fish. I can only look forward to it 🎵. I'm already looking forward to it. First, the aroma. It has a fresh sake aroma. It stimulates the desire to drink. When you put it in your mouth, what is it? It tastes citrusy and refreshing. Perhaps it was the combination of the subtle spiciness that made it seem even more refreshing. Then, with a hint of sweetness, this also has a refreshing and faintly bitter taste that spreads in the latter half, and this is delicious. It is too delicious. It is very easy to drink, and you can't stop sipping. Although it is under a different label, it is not quite the same as I remember from the last time, but it is very refreshing and to my liking. I would like to drink this sake every year.

I'm probably a little tired from summer, but I'm dot tired today, too. Even on a day like this, I want a refreshing sweet sake! So the other day, I stopped by an underground liquor store in Keihan and happened to find a bottle of Naeba Shuzo's brewed forest junmai ginjo! I had seen many posts about this sake on sakewa.com, and I had always wanted to try it 😊. It's cloudy and slightly effervescent when poured into a glass ✨. Let's start with the aroma. First, the aroma. It has a sweet and refreshing aroma. In the mouth, it tastes like a lactic acid drink and has a sweet taste - delicious 🎵. Not only the sweetness, but also the bitterness in the second half of the drink makes it refreshing and easy to drink. My wife was also pleased with the taste. Every time I drink a new sake, I feel blissful and think that sake is really a wonderful drink.

Today was a tiring day. On such a tired day, I want to drink a sweet drink! So, here we are. Today was my first sake from a brewery. I finally got to try the sake I've been wanting to drink. I finally got to drink the sake I've been wanting to try 🎵. So, let's have it right away. First, the aroma. It has a refreshing sweet aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness - it's so strong that you think it might be the sweetness of wasanbon (a type of rice cake). Delicious - it sinks in ✨. The mouthfeel is smooth, with a hint of bitterness. In the latter half, you can also feel a slight pungency that cannot be described as spiciness. The basic sweetness stands out, but the freshness and smoothness of the drink makes it very tasty 😊. I've been feeling blissful since the beginning of the week🍀.

On Saturday, we went to our favorite yakitori restaurant for a drink. This time we had almost the same lineup as last time, including Jikin's Yatanishiki and Toyo Bijin's Sake Mirai. And here is a sake that was not in the lineup last time! Ganki Summer Dry Junmai by Yaoshin Shuzo. First, the aroma. The aroma is not very pleasant. The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth. It was a delicious sake, not so much dry as umami, a little complex, but still refreshing. I was so drunk that I couldn't remember anything, but I asked for sashimi and the owner gave me a delicious yuzu flavored meatball.

I'm really looking forward to this sparkling sake 🎵. Let's start with the aroma. First, the aroma. Refreshing slightly citrusy aroma 😊. There are bubbles in the glass 🎵. The mouthfeel is refreshingly sweet and a little bitter, with a spiciness in the second half that is very refreshing and delicious✨. Today, a couple of us went to my parents' house to see them. My father has not been able to drink much since he got very sick, and my mother has never been a big drinker, so I am the only one who drinks sake. My nephew is also at my parents' house, so it is always lively 🎵. So, today's sake that we had at my parents' house was a sake from a new brewery, Fuji Shuzo's Eiko-Fuji SHOOTING STAR. I had been curious about this sake since I saw a post about it on Sake no Wa. So, let's have it right away. First, the aroma. It smells sweet 🎵. In the mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness, a moderate sake taste, bitterness, and saltiness that makes it very easy to drink and well balanced ✨. The smoothness of the second half of the drink is very beautiful and impressive, and it is a delicious sake that can be drunk with gusto 🍶. Today I was a bit busy with a series of unscheduled tasks, but somehow I managed to finish the week. The sake that soothed me today is Haginodewo Ameidare Jisame, a sake made by Fukui Yahei Shoten. This sake is made using the Edo period brewing method called jumizu-jikkuri, and the sake rice is Aizan. Let's start with the sake. Let's start with the aroma. The aroma has a refreshing sake aroma. In the mouth, there is only a hint of sweetness. Then, after a little bit of rice flavor and complexity, the bitterness comes in a flash, and the spiciness spreads quickly at the end. The sake has a traditional sake taste, but is very smooth to the taste buds. It was a little spicy for me, but it was a very tasty sake that went well with meals. Second day After cleaning, I drink it while watching Amapura. This time I'm drinking it on its own, and it's very tasty. Today we took a walk and went to a relaxing coffee shop in our favorite two-station-next-station neighborhood ☕. But it was really hot today and we were groggy even though we didn't walk that far 😱☀️ On a night like this, I thought I'd have yesterday's Kudokitoe - but it was empty after just one glass, so I opened another bottle today! This is another sake from a new brewery! Tenbi Junmai Daiginjo Akaban Omachi Rice by Choshu Shuzo! I was told about this sake when I first started working at Sakegawa and finally got my hands on it 🎵. I read in other postings that the toji at this brewery has changed. I wish I could have tried the sake before the change 💧. Anyway, I'm still looking forward to it, so I'll have it right away. First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the stimulation of chili, which is very energetic. Then, sweetness, spiciness, and bitterness move like a gradation, and it is very delicious ✨. The lingering pungency after drinking is also nice✨. The first sip of the kinky beer has a bitter taste and is very drinkable. As the temperature gets a little higher, the sweetness comes forward and is very mild and different 😊. I am so happy to be able to drink such a delicious sake everyday🍀.

A weekend of happy worries about what to drink 🎵. Today's sake is from a new brewery. Today's sake will be from a new brewery, Kamenoi Shuzo's Aizan 33, a Kudoi Ue Jr. This is a sake that I learned about through a post on Sake-no-Wawa. Seems like this year's sake rice has a lot to do with the Aizan sake😊. Let's start with the sake. First, the aroma. The sweet aroma is very exciting. ⤴️ When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness along with the fluffy sweet aroma. After that, you will feel a bitter taste and a little citrus acidity or freshness. I think it is very well balanced. This is a really delicious sake. Furthermore, after drinking it, I felt a soft pungent taste on my tongue, which is also a very delicious sake. There are too many good sake ✨.

After a short trip that I was looking forward to, I'm back to reality today, and it's time to drink that. I can finally drink my first sake from a brewery, in my opinion! Sono Kangiku OCEAN99 Hoshikai by Kangiku Meikozo. Kangiku is also highly rated by Sake-no-wa! Finally! I can only look forward to it so much, so I'm going to have it right away. First, the aroma. It has a fresh sweet aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it goes from chili and stimulation to bwaht sweetness~✨ but then the bitterness rushes in and flows 🎵. Delicious 😊. I felt that this sake is more silky and the bitterness does a very good job than the other day's Tadasan, even though they are the same unfiltered raw sake 🍶. Sake really is a wonderful thing that gives me a different impression every time I drink it, big or small🍀. After the second day, the sweetness and umami remained the same, with a little citrus freshness, and the bitterness became less and less pronounced, but it was still a delicious sake all the same 😊.

The second cup we had at our favorite yakitori restaurant was the Toyo Bijin Jyundo Ittou Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai from Sumikawa Shuzojo, which has never failed us with Aizan and Omachi. The owner of the restaurant said, "You can't go wrong with Toyo Bijin this year, can you? I agreed with him! I also agree with him. Let's start with the aroma. The aroma is fresh and sweet. The soft sweetness in the mouth is irresistible. I also felt a slight bitterness, but the irresistible sweetness was very impressive and delicious 😊. Well...just a delicious sake! I can't find any other words to describe it, it was that good ✨.

Today, after going to the cellar for sake, I went to my favorite yakitori restaurant for a drink. This time I had made a reservation, so I wondered if it was available now. The owner, who never disappoints, prepared a Jikin Yatanishiki Junmai Ginjo Hi-iri from Kiyamasa Shuzo, my favorite sake brewery, which shocked me last year. Of course, it was unopened! The chief - thank you always. The aroma is fresh and sweet. In the mouth it has a mild but firm sweetness and aroma - too good to be true! The balance is of course good, with a touch of bitterness and spiciness in the latter half, but no matter when you drink it, it never disappoints! Since we had the bottle open, we had it for the third and fourth glasses 🎵. My wife was also impressed with the taste! My wife was also impressed with the taste.

The second drink at my old favorite sushi restaurant was Hakkaisan Junmai Daiginjo by Hakkai Jyozo. I often had this sake when I was in my 20s. First, the aroma. This one does not have much of an aroma. It has a smooth taste in the mouth, and compared to Kurehaaru, the bitterness is more impressive. However, in the bitterness, there is also a hint of sweetness, and it is a tasty sake that does not get tired of being drunk and does not interfere with meals. After the third glass, we had more Wu Chun and enjoyed the last night of our excursion to the fullest 😊.

The second day of a short trip to Shiga Prefecture with my wife. Today we went to the Kurokabe area in Nagahama. There was a liquor store with a fairly good selection, and we were able to get the sake we were aiming for without incident. After we finished sightseeing, we brought souvenirs to each other's parents' homes, and for our final party, we went to a sushi restaurant we have been going to for a long time. It had been a long time since our last visit, but the sushi was as delicious as ever 😊. The first sake we had at the sushi restaurant was Kurehaaru Special Ginjo. First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong. In the mouth, you can feel a little soft sweetness and a gentle bitterness. It also has a slightly fruity taste and is very tasty. The taste is smooth and easy to drink until the latter half of the bottle. Sushi and sake are a great combination, and I felt bliss once again ✨.

My wife and I took a short trip to Shiga Prefecture (5) The last sake of the night was Kohama special junmai sake from Sato Shuzo. First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong. The moment I felt the sweetness in my mouth, I was immediately hit with bitterness. The menu listed the sake as slightly sweet, but I found it to be dry and very drinkable.

Short trip to Shiga Prefecture with my wife (4) Next up on our three-drink comparison was a Junmai Daiginjyo Yamadanishiki from Tomita Shuzo. I think I have had Nanamoto-yari once before, so this was the first time for me to drink it. So we enjoyed it for the first time. First, the aroma. It has a faintly refreshing aroma, or maybe not. The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel sweetness, followed by bitterness and pungency until the latter half of the bottle, which makes it a very pleasant drink. And the mouthfeel is smooth, very clean, easy to drink and delicious 😊.
